Aiko opened her locker to find a box of chocolate and a note. She had got chocolates and valentines earlier. She opened the note.

You're awesome Misako Aiko!

Misako smiled. All the other letters were just 'I love you' or 'Would you come out on a date with me' yet this one was encouraging. She did not eat chocolate much because her parents said it was bad for her but she decided to eat one in the box.

'Aiko-san!" a voice called.

Misako turned around to face Fujiko.

"The ace of the boys' volleyball team wants to see you," Kiku said.

Misako walked to the door slowly. She faced the tall boy she has bumped into earlier.

"You dropped this earlier," he said.

"Oh," Misako said smiling, "Thank you,"

Suddenly, Misako remembered something.

"Are you the boys' volleyball team's ace?" she asked.

"Oh," Iwaizumi said, "Yeah,"

"I need to research on a sport for my project," Misako said, "I was wondering whether I can watch a few of your practices?"

Iwaizumi smiled.

"Of course," he exclaimed.

"Thank you!" Misako exclaimed.

As Iwaizumi walked away, he kept on smiling.

"I better spike, serve, receive and block powerfully," he thought to himself.

"Iwa-chan!" Oikawa exclaimed.

Iwaizumi suddenly felt hopeless. There was no chance Misako would be impressed by him with Oikawa around.
