New York
March 27

THE MORNING IN New York City is always a rushed one. Nothing was different for today, from a far, you can see young Athena Knight walking on the sidewalk, along with hundreds of other people. Athena is rushing to get to her favorite coffee shop because she is desperately in need of caffeine in her body system.

She can't sleep yesterday because she was planning her next street show. When she finally reaches the little coffee shop by the corner of the street, she went in and order her coffee. She waited on the side, using her phone... searching more about the two sided tarot card. She heard the barista called her name, she looks up and walk over and take her coffee, thanking the worker.

She pulls the glass door only to bump into someone and that only made her spill her coffee all over her outfit. The young magician gasps in shock.

"Oh my god, I am so sorry," The other person said, Athena look up from her outfit and stare at the guy in front of her. "Let me get you some paper towels," The guy said before he ran to the side to grab some paper towels. Athena flung her hands around to get the sticky liquid of her body.

"Here," The guy gives her the paper towels, which she took it and wipe off the coffee off of her outfit. But then, of course, its coffee the stain sometimes doesn't wash out. "Sorry," The guy said again. Athena takes a deep breath before looking up at the person again. She plastered on a fake smile and said: "It's okay, I mean it's not like I want my coffee or anything." Athena mumbled the last part.

The stranger had a charming smile on his face when he heard she say that. "I'm Jack, Wilder. Jack Wilder" The person lend out his hands to greet the girl. Athena looks at it and stares blankly at his face. "Right, not interested" he withdraws his hands, and they just look at each other, Jack thinking that she's pretty and Athena is cursing him on the inside because he just ruined her favorite shirt and she didn't even get to drink her coffee.

Jack cut the awkwardness by coughing and Athena snap out of her trance. "Let me get you another coffee," Jack said to smooth out the tension. "No thanks, but I rather drink my coffee, not wear it." The young female replied the boy before walking around him to get out of the coffee shop.

The young girl crosses the streets to get to the subway, she was already running late to get to the animal shelter where she volunteers every Thursday. She reaches for her purse in her bag, but it's gone... her hand touch every inch of her bag but to no avail. It's gone... 'Son of a beach ball, that Jack guy, he must've stolen it!' A scowl appeared on Athena's face. She grabs her phone from her back pocket, 'Thank god my phone is still here'

She grabs some money from the pocket that she put there for an emergency, and bought herself a ticket. From the looks of the young girl's face, she was pissed, no she was beyond pissed.

She's a magician, of course, she got a backup plan. Plus that guy owes a new shirt... she grabs his wallet, that he stole, from her bag and looks at it with a smirk.

Oh it's on
