"Don't scream at me! I was dragged by Dream!!!"

I glared at him as he glared back to me with him holding my arm harshly. Dream left a few minutes ago when he heard his brother came. Ink sighed and rubbed his forehead. His skull started to sweat as his magic drained by the second. "sh!t..." He mumbled as he looked at me. He looked back to a wall clock and he started walking forward. I was confused.

'What are you doing now?'

He walked towards to the crowd as he started smiling and talking sweet to his friends, adding me to the mix but I just gave them a nod and a forced smile.

•- Time skip -•

Everyone left, leaving me and Ink in this odd, suspicious looking hall. It was barely passed by monsters, if there is any. And it was dark, it keeps getting dark, darker and yet darker every seconds passed. Am I being delusional? Maybe... Ink stayed quiet...deadly quiet while his eyesockets shadowed with a scary grin on his face.

"Join a haunted mansion ya creep. You're scaring the crap out of me."

I joked as his head turned and glared at me. "shut up." As he leaned against the wall.

"Harsh much eh? Are ya pissed off cause somebody threw a banana at your shitty face and everybody laughed?

That person was hilarious! They even screamed when it landed on your face.

'THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR BEING A PEICE OF SHIT TO [Y/N]!!! HAVE A BANANA DARN YOU!'

And ran away with more bananas at hand and wearing a monkey costume! Hilarious! I soooo wanna meet that person again! I bet we can be greatest of friends!"

Driving him the edge and to be annoyed is fun. Considering I'm bored as HELLLLLLL!!! He sighed and didn't answer back while he crossed his arms together. Which made me smile wider.

"Sooooo Inky, what are we doing here? Got some eeevviillll plan of yours to destroy the whole multiverse and rein over it all? Or some other dumb shit clichè as f plans you have there in that nut brain of yours?"

"shut up or i'll throw you like a rag doll across the room." He glared at me making me squeak in the head by surprise.

'Well, sh!t. He can be scary if he wants to be.'

I shut my mouth and looked around instead.

Wait... What? I flinched as I noticed the black goop slither it's way close to us. Specifically to me. The goop formed to a some sort of tentacles and grabbed my foot. It pulled my foot up making me go upside down, I shrieked caught one Ink's attention. Luckily I wore my jeans today.

"finally you came. took you long enough."

"heh, sorry boss, i had a few... inconveniences in the way." A voice chuckled and walk down from the ceiling and took a look at my face. He revealed himself and it was, Dream's brother?

"she's pretty." He smiled at me. Ink scoffed and rolled his red vibrant colored pinpricks. I couldn't help but smile and wave at him. "Thanks! I'm [Nick/name]." He blinked his eyesockets, probably surprised that I was answering him in a calm, cool, collected way.

Wait. I GOT MY VOICE BACK!!!! WOOOOOOOOO!!!

"well, [n/n]. it's nice to meet you, i'm nightmare. the giver of nightmares, hopelessness, despair and many more." He replied in a almost joking manner. Ink coughed a couple of times turning everyone's attention.

"where are the soul fragments?"
