-Jake used to be in not one, but TWO abusive ex relationships.

-Jake's first ex had a very messed up method of ghosting him for weeks if he ever did anything wrong.

-Jake's second exe once dumped him for his BPD, saying he couldn't handle him anymore. (He was an ableist)

-One part of Jake's family once mocked Jake's mom for being forced to take care of a child with a "Psycho" personality, It went on until they cut ties with them.

-Jake also once thought that Tom didn't talk to him for 2 years because of his role in S1 and was ghosting him and not talking to him as payback. (Tom assured him it wasn't the case.)

-Jake actually once tried to kill himself before after S1, But was stopped by Shawn and got therapy for it.

-He tried to follow Tom's advice by talking to him in All-Stars but was often pushed away for it.

-Jake actually once thought Ellie was right about him being dumped by his exes and never told anyone about it.

-He gets worried when his mom gets mad because he didn't want to stress her too much due to his BPD.

-Tom felt guilty for pushing Jake away in All Stars that he hugs him and sleeps with him for comfort, afraid that Jake would end up doing it again. (He had to assure him he wouldn't do it again.)

-He sometimes hugs his Sanrio My melody doll for comfort and cries himself to sleep whenever he's alone.

-Jake became determined to make sure to follow Tom's advice more carefully next time. (And Tom vowed to do the same thing as well.)
