Ranboo's Point of View~

"This one should go... here!" i heard Amber say as she was decorating the Christmas tree with Crumb, Addie, Billzo and Aimsey.

Everybody was basically helping out the other for the Christmas Party or Dinner which we will be having later at the evening. Freddie and Tubbo were basically helping out Kristen and Phil with making the dishes.

Wilbur, Techno, Purpled, Clara, Dream, George, Sapnap, Quackity and Karl were decorating the outside of the house while, Punz, Boomer, Foolish, Elaina, Eret, Fundy, Jack, Hannah, Tina, Niki, Puffy, Foolish, Anne, Charlie and I were decorating or cleaning around the house.

It was pretty tiring but worth it. I was basically dusting around the place while setting down some boxes of decorations which Eret had decided to bring so they could put them up. I decided to help around with some parts of decorating since i was pretty tall enough to reach the high places in the house.

"Can somebody pass me a step ladder?" I heard Niki say as Jack came rushing in with one and handed it to Niki as she put it down and used it.

"You're really good at cooking Freddie! Did you learn it by yourself?" I heard Kristen ask.

"Yes I did actually. I self taught myself." Freddie answered as I dusted the bookshelf and later went onto mopping up the floor.

What I liked most about this AirBNB was that instead of having a heater we had an actual fireplace which we decided to light later on. I really liked fireplaces over heaters since they are much better in my opinion.

"Hey after we're done decorating the bottom part of the tree, can I place the star on top?" Crumb asked.

"Sure! We'll help you do it or we might have to get something to help you put it on top." Addie said.

"Okay." Crumb responded going back to hanging Christmas baubles on some parts of the trees.

I decided to go outside to see how the rest of the folks were doing. I saw that George was literally over Dream's shoulder as he was putting on one part of the Christmas lights on top of the roof. I looked to the other side to see Techno and Quackity putting down smaller trees outside. Purpled and Clara were setting up the place and Wilbur was nowhere to be found.

"Oh hey Mark! Perfect timing! Do you mind passing over that box?" I heard Karl ask as I nodded picking up the box and passing it over to him.

"Here you go." i said as he took the box in his hands.

"Thanks. Can you go check if the decorations' angle look okay from the distance?" he asked.

"Sure. I'll see to it." i said walking a few steps back as I took in everything. It looked good not gonna lie.

"Everything looks spot on!" i said giving him a thumbs up.

"Alright! Thanks for confirming." he said as I went inside yet again only to see Charlie and Boomer putting up a mistletoe in one of the rooms.

"Seriously?" I asked raising a brow.

"What? They look good plus it's funny when people come under it." Boomer said shrugging.

"Agreed!" Charlie yelled from the back as I rolled my eyes and walked away to the kitchen to see if anybody needed any help since I was free from what I was supposed to do.

"Need any help?" I asked as Tubbo looked back at me.

"Oh hey Boss man! I was wondering if you could taste test what I am making?" He asked holding out the batter in front of me as I took a spoon and tasted it.

"It tastes good." i said putting the spoon down.

"Okay thanks." he said.

"Anything else?" i said looking at the other three.

"Not for the time being but thanks for coming to see if we needed anything." Phil said as I walked out and into the living room.

"Hey Mark can you help us out a little?" I heard Aimsey ask.

"Sure what's up?" I asked as I came towards them.

"Can you help Crumb to put the Star on top? We wouldn't have really needed you on this if Crumb got help from Billzo which she declined cause she doesn't trust him." Aimsey said as Bill gave an innocent look.

"I don't know what I did." He said as Crumb deadpanned at him as I snorted.

"Sure I'll help her up. Let me help you get on my back." I said as I helped Crumb get on my back as I slowly lifted myself and got a little close to the tree where she was successful on putting the star on top.

"Success!" Addie said clapping a little.

"The entire tree actually looks good." Amber said smiling as I let Crumb down. That was when we saw Anne and Foolish enter.

"Man! Cleaning the first and second floor was tiring!" Anne said slumping down on the couch.

"I mean we did clean around the place without a break so no wonder it was for you." Foolish said laughing a little.

"Yeah no joke. The living room looks pretty good! All we need now is to place all the gifts under the tree so we can open them tomorrow morning." Anne said looking around the room.

"Yeah true and I did notice the placement of mistletoes in some parts of the house." Foolish said as I sighed shaking my head. 

"We're gonna be putting down presents and placing them under the tree in a few." Riley said.

"That's good." Puffy said coming in sitting down and that was when we heard the front door open.

"I'm back and I have a ton of drinks with me!" Wilbur said passing the living room and going towards the kitchen as I followed him to help and there I saw Purpled behind him. 

"Wil please don't tell me you brought a sh*t ton of alcohol!" Phil said.

"Well I may have actually done that but I also brought non-alcoholic beverages and wine along with what you just said." He said slightly laughing as Phil had a huge look of disappointment.

"At least your brought non-alcoholic drinks for the kids tho!" Phil said.

"These three aren't underaged though." Wil said referring to me, Purpled and Freddie.

"Yeah but where me and Purpled are from, we aren't exactly the age to drink and Freddie doesn't drink even if it is legal for him." I said.

"Well that's good then. Don't want any of you kids to get drunk or I am gonna be responsible for this." Phil said as I helped Wilbur put the drinks in the fridge.

"In all honesty, I probably would have tried one alcoholic drink but I don't want my parents to find out about plus I am too scared to even try." Purpled said laughing a little in the end.

"Same with my parents, God if they saw me with dyed hair. They seriously didn't even know I was doing that." i said laughing it off.

"Not gonna lie the color suited you. It wasn't that bad." Freddie said from afar as I shook my head.

"Yeah but I'd rather not have that colored hair and have something else." I said thinking on dying my hair again.

"What are you guys talking about?" I heard Amber speak from behind as she walked in making me smile and ruffle her hair a little.

"Nothing much. Mostly about dyeing my hair is all." I said.

"Not gonna lie your hair had the color of cranberry." She said snickering as I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah and I am never dyeing my hair like that." I said.

"Yeah but since you have me as a girlfriend there is bound to be somethings happening that you're trying to avoid." She said as I quirked a brow at her.

"Like what?" I asked.

"Like I may cause a felony which I might bring you into." She said jokingly.

"Oh god please no..." I said as she laughed.

"Oi lovebirds! You done flirting over there?" We heard Tommy say from the wall behind.

"Shush Tommy!" Me and Amber both said at the same time as he surrendered and left making us burst into laughter.

"You two are literal meant to be since the beginning." We heard Freddie say as he passed us and went to look for somethings in the cupboard.

"I guess you could say that." Amber said shrugging.

"Don't you guys have things to prepare or are you done?" He asked.

"We're done with whatever we were supposed to do. Need any help?" I said and asked as Freddie nodded.

"Yeah uh can you bring a few large bowls out of the cupboards? I need them." He said as we both nodded and got to work.

We both carefully one by one brought them to Freddy who was helping Kristen with the cooking as he took in the bowls and handed them to her. After all that, we were done doing the job and decided to leave the kitchen knowing there was nothing else needed to be done here.

We went back to the living room to see that Crumb, Riley, Addie and Bill were placing down the presents we bought under the Christmas tree. Kind of glad that everyone had written their names and who they were gonna give it to or it would have been a nightmare to figure stuff out in the morning.

"Honestly can't believe there are so many presents from all of us here. Kind of glad they are all small boxes or something cause God we wouldn't be able to fit all these in." Aimsey said placing the placing the presents down.

"What's more fun and nerve wracking is the huge mess we all will create tomorrow in the morning." Bill said helping Aimsey.

"That's technically what I am dreading." Amber said sighing. 

"Eh hopefully we won't make a huge mess out of it." Addie said getting up from the floor dusting her hands. 

After we were done placing gifts and decorating, we decided to chill as we ate some snacks that Kristen and Amber had prepared before dinner. Honestly I loved Amber's baking and cooking since they were really good to eat.

We all mostly hung around the camp fire to ourselves while talking with other people. Everyone seemed to be fine. I was glad to see Riley doing well in some cases. She was talking to Amber earlier but now she's with Tubbo. I was legit talking to Bill at the moment.

"So... how are you and Amber doing so far?" I heard him say snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Oh yeah me and her are doing well till now. I am just hoping I don't mess it up or anything." I said feeling slightly nervous as Bill put a hand on my shoulder patting me there.

"You'll be fine. Don't get so nervous and paranoid about anything." He said as I sighed nodding.

"Yeah I guess i should stop being paranoid. It's just that she is basically the first person I am dating so I am just being careful is all." I said explaining as Bill nodded.

"Yeah i can see that and you should know well that it's also Amber's first time dating someone and the way I saw how you two are good friends and hung around each other is basically the most beautiful thing I have ever seen." he said taking a bite of his cookie which he cautiously ate.

"Yeah I guess we were good friends. Still feels surreal that we're together now." I said smiling to myself.

"Honestly how I would've felt with that bartender lady." He said jokingly as I rolled my eyes.

"Bill. That lady was literally four years older than you and an adult." i said as she tried not to spit out the cookie from his mouth while nearly laughing.

"I know but you gotta admit she was nice." He said as I let his words fly out.

"What are you talking about?" I heard Crumb say as she sat down beside me.

"We're mainly talking about how Mark is paranoid and nervous about dating Amber thinking he might mess up." Bill said as I gave him a small shove on the shoulder.

"Shut up." I said as he snorted.

"You literally have no reason to be nervous you know? She's a really nice person after I had talked to her. Kind of glad I get along well with her." Crumb said happily.

"Do yourself a favor Crumb and donate some positivity to my soul since it's just filled with anxiety and other sad things most of the time." i said jokingly as she giggled. 

"I mean it's not that hard to be positive! Just don't let things get to you and you'll be fine!" She said giving me a close eyed smile.

"Thanks Crumb." I said smiling back.

"Your welcome!" She said enthusiastically.

"Hey guys! Dinner's gonna be ready in fifteen minutes! Save some room!" Freddie yelled as he left after informing us about this.

"So Mark! I have a question if you don't mind me answering?" Crumb asked as it also caught Bill's attention.

"Go on." I said motioning her to continue.

"Did you buy something Special for Amber which you're gonna give tomorrow? Like a promise ring or something like that?" She asked.

"Yeah I'm curious too." Bill said chiming in.

"Well... I may or may not have bought something like that." I said as Crumb looked very excited.

"Nice work Mark. That will slowly pave your way to actual marriage proposals." Bill said chuckling to himself as I blushed hitting him on the shoulder.

"Bill! We're literally still young." i said not so loudly so people won't hear me.

"Okay okay I am just kidding dude." He said laughing a little.

"I wanna be the bridesmaid at your wedding." Crumb said bringing up the whole ordeal as I died internally.

"And I'll be the best man there is." Bill said as I put my hands over my face feeling done with these two.

"Okay so whatever you want but you two gotta wait for a very long time for that stuff to happen." I said.

"We can wait don't worry." Crumb said.

"Yep." Bill agreed.

"Okay... Enough about me, how has your days been Crumb?" i asked her as she shrugged her shoulders.

"Not much really since I mostly hang around with Aimsey or some other people." she said and that was when Freddie came into the room.

"Dinner's ready! Slowly make your way to the dining room to eat! Don't forget to wash your hands though!" He said leaving yet again.

We all slowly made our way to wash our hands and enter the dining room one by one as we saw how nicely the table was set with the food smelling really good and the Christmas lights hung from the ceiling making it very festive.

"Before you guys eat, lemme take a quick picture!" Wilbur said as me and Amber got out our mask and glasses while Dream did the most easiest and riskiest thing and pulled up his hoodie and hid his face with it as Wil took the picture.

"Done! Now let's dig in." he said as he what I assumed posted the picture on Twitter as we all sat down and began eating. 

The minute I took a bite of the dishes I got on my plate, I was honestly mesmerized by the flavors. They tasted really good. The cooking was very well done in my opinion and it felt like food done by a professional.

"This is really good cooking Miss Kristen." Fundy said.

"I agree." Punz chimed in.

"Me too!" Boomer said as everyone else even agreed including me

"Aww thank you dears but the actual credit should go to Freddie here since he was the one that did most of the cooking here." Kristen said as Phil nodded smiling.

"Oh it was nothing really. I don't want to take all the credit here." Freddie said smiling a little.

We all continued eating as we exchanged conversations and stories while we ate. I honestly loved the turkey way more than the other but they were good as well but I just loved the Turkey more.

After a few, we had finished eating and put our plates away as we decided to come back to the living where after a while drinks were served. Of course not all of us got alcohol or wine and only got canned drinks which I preferred way more.

We all sat by the fire as we drank our drinks and continued talking about different things The night was still young even if it was slowly gonna be midnight soon. I didn't care since the best part about Christmas Eve was falling asleep in the living room or just spending time with friends or family.

I glanced at Amber who seemed to be talking with Riley and Aimsey. She seemed very happy and I liked that about her. Her smile and laugh was just everything to me. It made me happy in return knowing that she is doing well both mentally and physically.

After a while, everyone had fallen asleep in the living room. Well not everyone since Amber was still awake as well as me. Everyone else had snuggled into a blanket with each other or themselves and had fallen asleep.

The people who didn't seem to have blankets were given by us as we put it on them and let them sleep in peace without accidentally waking them up. After we were done doing that, I saw Amber about to head out of the room.

"Are you going to your room?" I asked as she looked back and shook her head.

"No I am just gonna sit outside and look. Wanna come?" She asked as I smiled and nodded.

"Sure." I said as I followed behind her.

She walked down the hall as she came across the door which led to the outside as she opened it for us and slowly sat down on the steps of the house as I closed it behind me quietly and joined her on the staircase as we looked outside together only for me to break the silence.

"So how about this weather huh?" I asked quietly laughing to myself as felt Amber giving me the stink eye and playfully hitting me on the arm.

"Please don't try and make small talk with me like this." She said as we both laughed.

"But in all honesty, the weather is really nice I'll admit." She said responding to my question as I nodded agreeing. 

Silence overcame us once again as we looked outside and would look up at the sky whenever we felt like. No words were exchanged between us for a while. It was fine but comfortable too due to the sound of nature at night was soothing.

"Hey Mark?" I heard Amber say.

"Yeah?" I asked as I looked at her but she wasn't looking at me and more like looking down. I don't know why I was getting concerned right now.

"Do you ever feel like... running away?" She asked her tone slightly changing making me look at her slightly puzzled.

"What?" I asked as my attention was fully on her now.

"I don't know... like wanting to run away from everything or your problems that you don't want to deal with or just anything in general?" She said continuing.

"Amber are you alright?" I asked and after a few she looked at me before looking down and smiling.

"I'm alright. It was just a random thought really." She said but I just felt worried.

"Okay." I said looking forward as she spoke yet again.

"One of my favorite places in any country are piers. I guess the sea brings calmness to my mind whenever I want to take my mind off of things." She continued as I quietly listened.

"If you ever don't find me at my house or anywhere else I would most likely go to, you would mostly find me at the pier standing around while taking in everything." She said as I looked beside me to see her smiling still looking down.

"Why are you telling me this...?" I said getting slightly concerned as she looked at me.

"I thought I'd tell you since you'll know a bit about my favorite places besides the park or the library." She said still smiling.

As if on instinct, I quickly wrapped my arms around her bringing her into my embrace and hugging her in the process. She didn't hug back for a few but eventually did. I don't know why those words even concerned me but it just felt off.

"Why are you hugging me all of a sudden?" She asked as I stayed quiet before speaking again.

"I just thought you might have needed one is all." I said as we both pulled away as I placed my hand on hers as leaned down and gave her a small peck on the lips.

"Just know that I love you very much and nothing can change that, alright?" I said and asked as she looked at me and nodded.

"I know you do and I love you as well." She said giving me a quick little smile but I didn't let go off her hand.

"Anyways, it's getting late. We should head off to sleep since we have a whole day of unwrapping gifts tomorrow." She said as she slowly got up as I did the same.

We both came back inside to see the house was still dead silent meaning that everyone was still asleep. I was making my way to the living room but I saw that Amber was heading upstairs making me confused.

"Don't you wanna sleep in the living room with the others?" I asked as she looked back and shook her head.

"I'm okay. I just want to sleep in my room is all. Goodnight Mark." And with that she had left leaving me standing with many thins inside my head.

I was honestly worried with what she had told me. Was that supposed to mean something or was that just random thoughts. Either way it felt kind of worrisome but I didn't want to think too much on it cause it will obviously make me look stupid if there was actually nothing wrong and it was just random and all.

I sighed as I looked back at the staircase and then turned around and headed for the living room as I sat down in a spot with a blanket and put it over me as I slowly drifted off to sleep as I awaited for the next morning to come.

Truly sorry but those words may or may not foreshadow things in the future! >:)

Okay so as I may have said a few chapters ago that I wanna write oneshots based on events that will take place in the future along with other things such as DSMP and OSMP and AU spinoffs along with a few headcanons!

The question here is that: Do you guys want me to write those in a separate book or write it here in this book later on?

I hope I can get an answer soon cause I really wanna write those!

I have many ideas! :D
