I'd like to think that some demons, born or poping into existence (will explain in part 2) may have the ability to mature quickly. Take Katrina and Katy for instance. These two twins, from a roleplay I do with CrumbledMuffin (see "The Bad-Boy" in my Roleplay Book), are about maybe 11 months old. But! They are able to talk, walk, and understand most things.

Take Katrina for example. She speaks like a teenager, and she acts as if she is one. Yet, she's not. Her mentality and actions are of one due to her having this quickly maturing ability that her type of demon has. Perhaps she acquired it on her own, or maybe Korben (CrumbledMuffin's OC) had it?

Due to Katrina being Ace's daughter, maybe she actually got it from having a human turned to demon dad? This ability has many questions, yet it is all explained in this whole document quite easily.
