As we all know, vampires can't exactly walk in the daylight. Though, I have vampire OCs, Luca and Luke, who can walk in the day.

I'd like to think that if you're a pure blooded vampire, you can walk in the day. But! Luca isn't a pure blooded vampire. She was turned by a hybrid (a werewolf mixed with a vampire). She can only walk in the day since she drank the blood of pure blooded one back when she was turned.

Due to them being able to walk in the day, they can't fly in their bat form when the sun is out. That's the price they have to pay to walk out in the sun.
