"So Vegeta, what made you so protective all of a sudden?" He smirked, "who wouldn't like such a beautiful lady like yourself." I blushed, "I am not!" He chuckled as we laid down, him propping himself on his elbow as he looked at me. "You're so brave for taking care of yourself like that, even being so kind for taking me in. Even though I demanded everything, you came from nothing. Just know, I'm proud of you Y/n," He kissed my head, then laid down, turning his back to me. I faced the other way, then feeling his arms wrap around me as he turned to face me.

After waking up and getting around the next morning, we went out to find the last few of the dragon balls. The locator picked it up in a small village, not too far from where we were. Yamcha and Vegeta gave each other nasty stares as we took off for the village.

When we had arrived, we followed the location to the ball. It pulled us to a small cottage, we knocked on the door to a blue haired girl. "Hi, what can I help you with?" She looked at Vegeta and her face went red. I rolled my eyes, "you have something we need." I stated, she let us in, "what is it that you need?" I spotted the glowing orange ball. "That," I pointed at it as she looked at Vegeta. "I'll only give it to you on one condition!" I cocked a brow, "if you let me and Goku join your team!" We both agreed and she gave us the ball, we only have two left to go.

After leaving the small cottage, we went looking around for the male that she called Goku. Vegeta stayed close to me, keeping his eye out, making sure she didn't get close. We found Goku in the middle of the village, introducing us to him, Goku seemed a little weird. "Hi, I'm Goku!" He smiled, then patted my crotch," Oh, you're a girl huh?" My face went red, Vegeta started yelling. "How dare you touch her there!" He barked as Goku looked confused, then Goku shrugged it off. Vegeta then stood close to me, not leaving my side as we started walking out of town. "Time to find the new dragon ball," I spoke as we only needed two more. I felt exaughested from having to keep going every day to find them. Vegeta knew something was bugging me and he stopped me, "what's wrong Y/n?" I sighed, "I'm just tired of looking for them, it was fun at first, now, it's getting tiring." He smiled, "we could head home and stay there for a while if you like, no matter what you choose, I'll always be there to help you with the decision." I hugged him tightly, his arms wrapped tightly around my waist. "I'm ready to go Gete," He nodded, looking to the others. "We're heading home for now, okay? You guys can come if you like," They all nodded. "Sure, lets go," Yamcha spoke, then we took off back home.
