1. This will be a group RolePlay seeing as Dragon Ball is never focused too much on just one person

2. You can not be too strong, c'mon leave room for your characters to grow and develop

3. Guys please C'mon, there can be romance but like the show nothing dirty

4. There will be a select few of different races, though Humans will still be the dominant race on "Our" Earth

5. I will be selecting who the God of Destruction and Angel of our Universe shall be(Basically those two will be admins and they are supposedly the strongest in the Universe "As of now")

6. If you want to be a specific Species or make your own, tell me and explain why(Must have a VERY good reason)

7. No starting off with a strong relationship, unless someone else's character has something to do with your backstory and such

8. Highest Transformations Currently will be Super Saiyan 2, Mystic, and Having your power awakened by the Namekian Leader, but that's only for now as things will get heated, but be warned these transformations are stronger in this Universe than in that of Universe 7

9. Please be Original, I'm tired of seeing oc's who are just a copy of another character either in the same anime or in another, THIS IS A MUST FOLLOW
