Fallen debris littered the damp streets where the rain had poured down to aid the residents against the ferocious fire.

A wounded woman winced when flakes of wood pushed into the gash in her leg.
Blood trickled down her leg as she hobbled through the
town centre- or what was left of it.

"Orva! You cannot outrun us!"

The woman's breath caught in her throat when the thunderous voice bellowed out of nowhere.

Still, she battled against the blazing fire. After all, nothing hurt more than the war that plagued this town.

Orva disappeared into the ruins of an old building. It could've been a shop, or even a home. The flames had left it disfigured, and not even it's position could help identify its name.

She lifted up her sleeve to reveal a brass bracelet with a deep green stone in the centre.
"Young Dragon, I pray you never learn of the atrocity that took place here.
My hope is that the world you are born to is one of understanding and unity.
I pray I am here to see it."

Orva removed the bracelet, gently placing it in what looked like a cupboard.

"Orva!", yelled a deep voice.

Orva gasped, before quickly turning on her heel and heading the same way she came.
She stopped abruptly and turned back to look at the cupboard.

"Young Dragon, I pray that you bring me safety."
