It has no name

Basically what it is, is that a horrible experiment went wrong and this thing escaped from a lab. It wounded up in the neighborhood. It learned to take form of anyone but the eyes stay the same.

Ya wanna know why? Because this thing eats the victims body parts that it doesn't like. The thing will see someone. Take form and dislike something attacks the person and eats the body part.

Will be often found in parks or verrrry late at night. This thing will rarely come out in the sun and will look through people's windows.
