So I know that Dragon Centaurs are already a thing so I decided that I'd just make a different Tribe of them. These are from the Alikalia tribe. They live on a small, secret, tropical island off of the coast of Hawaii. They are always bright colored, like birds of paradise. They age the same as humans, maturing at 18. They can have certain powers. Each power can do something related to nature like grow plants, control water, heal animals, etc. They have certain traits, (like wings and powers) that are of different rarities. Your character can only have either 2 rare, 2 uncommon, or a mix of those. Like, a rare and an uncommon, a rare and a common, 2 commons, etc. You can have as many common traits as you want
Common Traits= Belly Scales, No Powers, No Wings, Scales, Round pupil

Uncommon Traits= 1 Power, Feathery Wings, Fur, Slit Pupil

Rare Traits= No Belly Scales, 2 Powers, Dragon Wings, Fur And Scales, No Pupil.
