Liam Li Warren the current guardian of Liúwáng a village of half beastmen who are namely shunned and isolated from the outside world as a result of prejudice and exiles of many (hence the name). Liam have the strength to defend no matter what and no matter the cost that may kill him one day.

Appearance
Liam is a relatively short young man whom have spiky ashen dark gray hair and a big bushy brows and eyes that are red in color and can he pass off as a normal human than beastman of no characteristics of one. However most would guess of his Beastman Heritage is his rows of sharp teeth, his feet and hands exposing of slightly sharp nails.

Due to his vigorous training and half blood, Liam is extremely strong and possesses a rather well built and muscular physique. Liam often have a large worn scarf on him. He has bandages around his arms and lower belt of his body leaving his upper body exposed. Wear 
baggy pants with cuffs around the legs and is barefooted in the heels and toes of his legs as bandages wrapped around them to give basic and footwear.

He wear large bead necklaces with one in the center which belonged to his mother before she presumably passed away and it's a keepsake to remember her by, around his waist is a belt and pouches which contain healing beans, personal rations and a figurine of the proposed god of protection whom he keep on him to pray for protect for his village than himself.

Personality
Liam on the surface as a aggressive, stubborn and would look into most with suspicion and Liam with a lack of respect for most calling most by their characteristics, traits and so on and so forth and would be vulgar for most times if he feels disrespected. However he would show respect and call respective titles and their names if they show him the right respect.

Liam have a huge amount of determination to never give up, added with his own steel fortitude during grueling or harsh battles, is a trait that becomes the basis for others to acknowledge him namely the village and most who encountered him.

he wanted to protect the people in the village as he believed the outside world to be a terrible place due to dangers from the outside world cause damage and cause the death of his father and his mother. His world view changed when he see how some from the outside world have good intentions when they help his village from a plague that was brought upon by most of the outside world.

History
Liam was born around fifteen years ago to a father who was a half-Dragonkin human born and raised in sanctum a village full of exiled members of beastmen who are shunned or self-exiled whom are self-reliant and often help those of the outside world and his human mother whom is a traveling fighter who often seek for a challenge fighters she met Liam's father when he saved her from a Mera and nurse her back to health and from than on they would spar and fell in love and soon cultivate their love and married and soon after Liam was born.

Liam however never met his father and wouldn't see him during the great event of a Mera unleashed and razed havoc during the village with most of the abled body men to put a stop to him whom they succeed however cost the life of his father and leaving the mother to take care of him.

Liam held a loving bond with his mother whom he see hear her amazing stories during her travel as a martial artist and study and learn the prodigies and feats of his mother and deceased father whom he takes to heart and wish to be like his father and mother one day which his mother encouraged greatly with a smile on her face.

One fateful day a illness struck liam rendering him very sick and no medicine in village that can help him with his mother felt she would need to travel to find it due to the apothecary theory of liam may not make it in a couple of days of unknown.

The days passed with the illness getting worse than ever as he was being taken care of by the apothecary and soon the party to bring to special herb to cure him only to see his mother not their whom the news broke out that his mother during a great weather that have strong gust of winds, huge rainfalls and hazardous lighting that strike upon them and during one incident his mother 'died' when she saved one of them only to fall in place leaving only her necklace. This necklace is the tragic keepsake whom liam take as a memento and soon was under the care of most who are indebted to his mother.

Liam when he was 9 met an injured man laying ina pool of blood whom was suffering and breathing. With the creed of sanctum to help him and soon treated and respected him as such. The man himself was a afflabe humble man whom present himself as a gentle and kind man whom liam see as a surrogate father for the past months.

However this came to an end when the man returned however he brought several men whom plan to murder and enslave most as they are the Claw bandits whom the man rebels his nature as a cold harsh calculating man who cared nothing about the boy however use him to get closer and plan to take him to be sold to slavery. He witness most of the inhabits slaughtered or prepared to suffer a fate worse than death itself. This unleashed his inner-flow which he transformed into a 12 ft tall full dragon beast to show the rage and anger which slaughtered most of the bandits and left no one alive before his rage was calmed as a result to keep his human will to reappear.

from that day forward Liam whom trained and began to take a cold stance to isolate his village and be the defender of his village which he carried for most of his life.

Powers & Abilities
Liam is a very close range combatant who is an unarmed prodigy to not be taken lightly if one is not to careful. Liam is considered the best of their is and keep his title as a protector/defender.

Blessing of combat sense
As a result of his half human heritage he garner a special blessing whom was developed later when he was 10 years old which give Liam the ability to read and discern other people's combat abilities and potential, which allows him to somewhat understand who he's going up against, as well as hastily decide how dangerous his foes are. He does so by observing the way posture, their body type and whatever walk, talk and what presence they carry. Due to this he can perceive if they are stronger or weaker which would focus on going all out if it's deemed too dangerous. however the limit of his blessing is that Liam cannot read what abilities a person possesses and any trump cards they might have their disposal which can have short coming and be miscalculated. This is a rare blessing passed down from his mother whom blessing is a more superior variation of his own that reads what abilities a person have at their disposal.

Dragonkin physiology
Liam demonstrates a variety of enhanced physique and physiology due to his half blood and his training to boot to be more formidable in combat.

Inhuman strength
Liam inherited and developed high degrees of strength, enough for him to perform a number of physical feats, among which is kick a Mera head clean off of its head with just a kick of his feet. With enough strength to shatter a solid stone wall with just a single punch.

Inhuman speed
Liam speed is untraceable, enough for him to close great distances in quick seconds and dodge swift attacks easily and would react quicker for most to react to quicker and is able to outmaneuver most foes and easily jumping over trees and multi-story buildings.

Inhuman Reflexes
Liam possesses very fast reflexes, having been capable of dodging attacks and react to a attack for him to counter the attack with enough time to act quickly.

Enhanced sense of smell
Liam's potency of his sense of smell is also far greater than a regular human's. He can distinguish the scents of separate individuals from a considerable distance.

Fire affinity
As a result of being a Dragonkin human he has a affinity for fire since birth which give him passive ability to use fire and control it easily. With fire he is resistant to moderate and strong fire attacks and temperatures which can empower liam to get stronger from fire alone and can conjure fire whom his fire is short range in comparison to other casters.

Drako form
Calling back on his ancestral blood, Liam transform himself into a towering, 12 feet long red colored bipedal dragon with massive and thick limbs as well as razor-sharp fangs and claws which can easily rip a man or even a fully grown Mera in two with a single swipe. His tail so massive and thick which  allows him to swing his tail as a very devastating object to smash objects with ease with a single flick of his tail to crush most. He gains the ability to breath fire from his mouth which is immensely intense to turn most to ash.

Naturally, Liam physical strength and durability in his drako form was increased exponentially, although his speed suffered a reduction due to his size increase. His natural ability of breath and spew fire which the base  range stream of flames around 5 meters of effect range to burn and incinerate or greater if pure concentrations.

He uses instincts of heightened senses than intelligence at best.When in this form, he can easily deal devastating attacks and decimate entire areas and burn most to ash, but with a cost of losing his reason, making him avoid it if possible. He uses this ability when he's pushed to the limit or facing an overwhelming foe.

Wild instinct combat
Liam has a very wild of fighting-style which relies on instinct, superior physique rather than finesse to perform maneuvers only he can do. In addition to his natural strength, speed and reflexes, Liam was able to hone his skills in melee combat over the years.

The secret behind Liam's skills is a journal written by his mother whom she record her combat experience as a result of his mother blessing and her vast intuition she adapt perfectly and achieve maximum efficiency in an offense, defense, evasion, and countering, ensuring optimal success as long as there is the slightest chance which is her strength.

He took it to heart by using her style however modify it for his liking and how he fights to give him an edge in battle with most unable to discern his combat style due to it focus on his physiology than finesse. savage fighting style revolved primarily around instinct and was therefore difficult to analyse.

Equipment
Twin Shields
Liam uses two shields arms in combat. He's very skilled with them, using them for both offense and defence as they're sturdy enough to withstand devastating blows that would usually shatter his bones or cut off his arms, as well as deliver bone-shattering punches. The shields were made by the blacksmith to correspond with his fighting shield whom he keeps as a keepsake as a defender.

Yao beans
Special hard beans whom are grown in the Spi region sparsely whom they can grow in thick mana rich area to make more in a pod at times. When eaten, a person's physical condition is near-instantly restored to its natural peak. This property makes them immensely useful to carry in battle.

The properties of a Yao Beans is highly versatile: fatigue disappears, stamina and mana reserves are restored, and they become full nourished.

Yao beans have its limits can not heal injuries that have already healed over, like scars or stubs of a missing arm and they cannot heal people of sickness or diseases since the beans only fix physical wounds than ailments. Farming Yao beans are heavily difficult due to needing reasonable mana reserves not to small or too large and would need to be stabilized enough.

Liam keeps them in his belt to be in top Peak and help those around to heal and carry over 100 beans in a sack which he use wisely.
