My mom took out a colorful and stretchy band and while giving Pear scratches, she put it on his head, which gradually fell down to his neck.

"You look so cute, Pear!"

He bit my nose and tried to take the band off with his beak.

He failed.

"Fine. If you really don't believe me to which you should, I'll bring you to Ava, so you're not alone."

I did so; he looked at Ava, then at me, then reached his neck up almost as tall as a giraffe's would go when they got food.

He began to sing and dance; once I let him do so for a while, he bit my finger a million times!

"Okay, okay! I'll get it off and put it on Felix!"

He screamed at me, but instead of acting upon his peculiar yet regular actions, I just let him be.

-Bluey-

The humans secretly put on a band that I had worn once, but his reaction was way more dramatic and worse than mine.

Know-it-all: You were playing with it and flipped it onto yourself.

Me: Well, yeah. I was confused. I suppose you can say that.

Pear's was put on by a human, so it was indeed different.

"You look so cute, Pear!"

He bit my mom's nose.

I didn't tell him 'no' because his situation couldn't be compared fully to mine.

He then lifted the band, though it dropped in shame.

"Fine. If you really don't believe me to which you should, I'll bring you to Ava, so you're not alone."

In my opinion, he was good afterward because he sang and danced to Ava.

However, he, again, bit my mom.

"Pear, no!"

"Absolutely do not tell me what to do! I'm not a dog for crying out loud! I'm a freaking bird! I loathe 'playing' dress-up!"

Know-it-all: You got a point.

"Okay, okay! I'll get it off and put it on Felix!"

I simply stared at him as he embellished into someone I barely knew.

-Pear-

Ahh, such lovely scratches...

I tilted my head slightly to the right.

Scratch here, please!

I felt something rough in the 'replacement' of it!

I sense something circular...

"You look so cute, Pear!"

I bit her with all my mighty strength.

Take it off! I'm the king, so you must obey me!

She didn't, so it was up to me whether I wanted to keep it on or off. If I kept it on, it could haunt me. If I took it off magically...somehow, I'd be free again.

"Fine. If you really don't believe me to which you should, I'll bring you to Ava, so you're not alone."

Wait a second. She has one, too?!

The humans seemed to have been waiting for me to do something, but not knowing what that 'something' was, I did my usual.

Stop staring at me, and take this off at once or else...this will happen! Argh!

I bit my mom, who was holding me against Ava.

"Pear, no!"

"Absolutely do not tell me what to do! I'm not a dog for crying out loud! I'm a freaking bird! I loathe 'playing' dress-up!"

"Okay, okay! I'll get it off and put it on Felix!"

No! Ugh, I should've made it even more evident! I meant that none of my friends would have this on them!
