I sat in my room hiding under my cover as I could hear it growing louder. The storm grew closer as I drew my legs to my body. It wouldn't stop as it only grew louder. I was momentarily questioning if it was gone, but with a single flash of light followed by a giant boom right in front of my door I knew it was here. I had no protection besides my cover that guarded me from it's onslaught that attacked my sight and hearing shaking me to my very being. It slowly turned the knob of my door as I cowered scooting to the farthest corner of my room covering my ears, tear stains running down my cheek. It entered my room bringing in its blinding blinking light and soul shaking booms that caused my whole body to shake. "Hello-" The storm started to say only for it to be caught off by the giant spider that was currently resting in the opposite corner of my room. The spider opened its multitude of eyes looking quite annoyed. With a high pitched squeal it ran far away taking my fear with it.
