Let me start with...the best thing for Good health is Salah! Pray on time and you will stay healthy and everything will fall into place for you In shaa Allah! Especially ASR Salah as mentioned by Allah SWT in the Qur'an!

اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في بَدَنـي ، اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في سَمْـعي ، اللّهُـمَّ عافِـني في
بَصَـري ، لا إلهَ إلاّ اللّه أَنْـتَ.

اللّهُـمَّ إِنّـي أَعـوذُبِكَ مِنَ الْكُـفر ، وَالفَـقْر ، وَأَعـوذُبِكَ مِنْ عَذابِ القَـبْر ، لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْـتَ

Transliteration:
Allaahumma 'aafinee fee badanee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee sam'ee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee basaree, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta.

Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-kufri, walfaqri, wa 'a'oothu bika min 'athaabil-qabri, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta.

Translation:
O Allah, make me healthy in my body. O Allah, preserve for me my hearing. O Allah, preserve for me my sight. There is none worthy of worship but You.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is none worthy of worship but You.
(Abu Dawud 4/324, Ahmad 5/42, An-Nasa'i)

Another Dua made by Ayyub (A.S) when he suffered with illness...it is mentioned in the Nobel Qur'an in Surah Anbiya chapter 21 verse 83:

أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Transliteration:
Annee massaniyad–durru wa-anta arhamur-raahimeen

Translation:
"Indeed, harm has afflicted me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy"

This dua can be recited :-

When you are overtaken by adversity and distress.
Good health and the cure of all the diseases
Removal of affliction and calamities
Fulfillment of all types of needs. For example marriage, business, jobs, exams etc
Basically in all problems...

The power of this Dua is that Allah SWT says in the next verse 84:

84. So We answered his call, and We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his family to him, and the like thereof along with them as a mercy from Ourselves and a Reminder for all those who worship Us.

It is narrated in one of the Hadeeth by Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (R.A) reported:
Jibril (A.S) came to the Prophet (S.A.W.S) and said: "O Muhammad (Sallal laahoo alaihi wassallam)! Do you feel sick?" He (S.A.W.S)) said, "Yes." Jibril supplicated thus (i.e., he performed Ruqyah and recited this Dua)

Transliteration:
Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay'in yu'dhika, wa min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'aynin hasidi, Allahu yashfika, bismillahi arqika

Translation:
"With the Name of Allah. I recite over you (to cleanse you) from all that troubles you, and from every harmful mischief and from the evil of the eyes of an envier. Allah will cure you; and with the Name of Allah, I recite over you"

It is narrated in Saheeh Bukhari and Muslim by Aisha (R.A):

Transliteration:
Az hibil ba'sa rabbanaasi ishfihi wa antash shaafi laa shifaa aa illaa

shifaa ooka shifaaoon la yughaadiru saqama

Translation:
remove the harm O Lord of mankind

and heal this ailment,

You are the one who heals and there is no healing expect Yours,

with a healing which does not leave any disease behind

Virtues of reciting Surah Falaq and Surah Naas chapters 113-114 of the Noble Qur'an:

Imam Malik recorded from hazrat A'ishah that whenever the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.S) was suffering from an ailment, he would recite the Mu'awwidhatayn over himself and blow (over himself). Then if his pain became severe, hazrat 'A'ishah (R.A) said that she would recite the Mu'awwidhatayn over him and take his hand and wipe it over himself seeking the blessing of those Surahs.
(Al-Bukhari, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah all recorded this Hadith)

It has been reported from Abu Sa'id that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.S) used to seek protection against the evil eyes of the Jinns and mankind. But when the Mu'awwi- dhatayn were revea- led, he used them (for protection) and aban- doned all else besides them.
(At-Tirmidhi, An-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah recorded this. At-Tirmidhi said, "This Hadith is Hasan Sahih)

Recite these three times each in Arabic. Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4. - Al-Falaq 113:1-5. - An-Nas 114:1-6 - Whoever recites these three times in the morning and in the evening, they will suffice him (as a protection) against everything.
(The Hadith was reported by Abu Dawud 4/322, and At-Tirmidhi 5/567. See Al-Albani's Sahih At-Tirmidhi 3/182)

VIRTUES OF SURAH AL-FATIHA :

Narrated by Abu Sa'id Al-Mu'alla

THE PROPHET (S.A.W.S) said "Shall I not teach you the most superior Surah in the Qur'an?" He said, '(It is),

'Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. ' (i.e., Surat Al-Fatiha) which consists of seven repeatedly recited Verses and the Magnificent Qur'an which was given to me."
(Bukhari ,Book 6 , Volume 61 , Hadith 528)

Narrated by Alaqah ibn Sahar at-Tamimi:

Alaqah came to the Prophet of Allah (S.A.W.S) and embraced Islam. He then came back from him and passed some people who had a lunatic fettered in chains.
His people said: We are told that your companion has brought some good. Have you something with which you can cure him? I then recited Surat al-Fatihah and he was cured. They gave me one hundred sheep. I then came to the Prophet of Allah (S.A.W.S) and informed him of it.

He asked: Is it only this? The narrator, Musaddad, said in his other version: Did you say anything other than this? I said: No. He said: Take it, for by my life, some accept if for a worthless chain, but you have done so for a genuine one.
(Dawud , Book 28 , Hadith 3887)

Narrated by Abu Said Al-Khudri:

While we were on one of our journeys, we dismounted at a place where a slave girl came and said,"The chief of this tribe has been stung by a scorpion and our men are not present; is there anybody among you who can treat him (by reciting something)?"

Then one of our men went along with her though we did not think that he knew any such treatment. But he treated the chief by reciting something, and the sick man recovered whereupon he gave him thirty sheep and gave us milk to drink (as a reward).

When he returned, we asked our friend, "Did you know how to treat with the recitation of something?" He said, "No, but I treated him only with the recitation of the Mother of the Book (i.e., Al-Fatiha)." We said, "Do not say anything (about it) till we reach or ask the Prophet (S.A.W.S) so when we reached Medina, we mentioned that to the Prophet (S.A.W.S) (in order to know whether the sheep which we had taken were lawful to take or not). The Prophet (S.A.W.S) said, "How did he come to know that it (Al-Fatiha) could be used for treatment? Distribute your reward and assign for me one share thereof as well."
(Bukhari , Book 6 , Volume 61 ,Hadith 529)

Surah Al-Fatiha is said to be the cure of many diseases.

A.n- Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu. May Allah SWT cure all the diseases and sufferings everyone is facing and may He grant them all Sabr to deal with everything and a quick recovery Aameen Summa Aameen.
