This Dua is asked to seek Allah's protection and the death of a true believer.

It is mentioned in the Noble Qur'an in Surah Yusuf chapter 12 verse 101: ..."

فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ‌ٰتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِىِّ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ

Transliteration:
"...faatiras-samaawaati wal-ardi anta waliyyee fid-dunyaa wal-aakhirati tawaffanee musliman wa-alhiqnee bissaaliheen.

Translation:
"...Creator of the heavens and the earth!You are my Protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.

It will be good if you add:
رَبِّ in front of this, which means, 'My Lord.'
As this Dua is taken from middle of the verse, this exact verse starts from 'My Lord,' so since we are making Dua in between the words, we can use 'My Lord' and ask Allah!
