Everything has sorta been a blur for me recently, so it's great to have a day where I can put it all aside and be with my family. My sister's flying in, and so is her new boyfriend, which is really exciting. This is going to be the first time I've seen them together since they started dating. There's a long story behind that, which I can tell sometime if anyone's interested, but all you really need to know is that it's a big deal.

I'm really lucky to have such a great family when I know others aren't always as fortunate. Still, I hope all you Americans (or others?? I don't want to leave anyone out but it's a US holiday) have a great Thanksgiving!
