This anger is tearing me up because I hate to see you tear yourself up. You don't want any of us to get hurt, but by doing this your hurting us. "I'm fine." Is just a way of crying out for help, and when we hear that you try to deny the cries.
I can't do this anymore. You see, I care too much about my friends. I care too much, in fact I would rather take a blade across my skin any day instead of one of my friends having to feel like this.
By this point this isn't filled with anger anymore, it's filled with care.
Do not confuse pity and help, because whilst one may pity you and your "situation," others just want to help.

I used to believe that people eat so they can feel terrible. Now I know that people don't eat to feel pretty. Well pretty is overrated darling. I want you to take the word pretty and change it. Take away the p,r,e, and the t's. Keep the y.
Now replace the letters with these: u, g, and l.
That all together spells ugly. Ugly is suppose to mean not pretty. I mean that is what you've been told right?
I've been called ugly. Accept it. The truth is that most of us that aren't accepted by society are ugly. But honey! You change the meaning of ugly. Because if ugly means to have a great personality and voice and sense of humour then you are plenty ugly.
As said by one of my favourite artists, "Don't ever let the media tell you what your body is supposed look like. You're beautiful the way you are. Stay beautiful, keep it ugly."
Don't let just the media, but other people who like to tear you down. Your beautiful is what all of this means. Just a simple message trying to reach you. Please just make sure to stay beautiful.
