No ones POV

      Edd furrowed his brows at your words, feeling a sense of confusion as he slowly spoke out, "what do you mean by that?" He asked, his voice soft and warm as it always has been. You let out a soft sigh as you looked into his dark brown eyes with a serious gaze, considering this wasn't a matter that could just be joked about, "I'm a princess, I had to come here because my kingdom went under siege because of the red leader, I had declined a certain proposal and he was not happy about it. So he tried to take me by force, but I had luckily escaped.." your words sounded timid with a hint of fear "though I don't think I can say the same about anyone else in my kingdom.." tears threatened to fall from your (e/c) eyes as Edd stood up, he went over to you and embraced you in a warm comforting hug, which you didn't even know you needed until now. You felt safe, and fully relaxed for once, your guard had finally been able to be put down. Edd then looked back into your eyes with a soft smile resting on his lips, "we'll keep you safe, I promise you." You couldn't help but smile at his words as you could feel a certain warmth about the man in the green hoodie, your eyes fluttered shut as you rested your head gently against his chest, feeling the soft fabric of his hoodie against your cheek and hearing the sudden fast pace of his heartbeat. Edd was surely flustered but welcome to the feeling, he continued to embrace you as his hand gently rubbed your back. Though the feeling was immediately disturbed by Tom, "What are you doing?" The man without eyes rose a brow, feeling a small tint of jealousy as he watched the girl he had fallen for being held by his best friend. "Oh! Tom! Sorry, I was just—" Edd had no clue how to tell him, but you simply gazed up at Tom, your eyes half lidded as you looked  at him and began to explain everything, including your true identity. 

Toms POV 

I had to admit, I already knew. It was sort of obvious really, plus considering she looks exactly like the 'missing princess' on the news, i figured it out pretty quickly. I simply smiled at the sweet girl, "yeah I know." I said as I leaned a bit against the door frame but kept my eyes trained on her face, and the expression of surprise she had made. "Wait— how??" She asked in utter disbelief as I explained that I had saw the story on the news, she then sighed and buried her face deeper into Edd's chest and from what I heard, she softly swore into his chest out of most likely frustration before sighing and resting her chin against his shoulder, though Edd looked as if he was about to faint due to the girl he also had feelings for was basically laying on him in a way, I gave her a soft smile, "don't worry, the people here are idiots, if they haven't figured it out by now then I think you'll be fine." She seemed to relax at that which in all honesty, made me relax, I didn't like seeing her feeling stressed or frustrated. I'm not sure why. "Alright well, how about we all just relax today?" Edd finally spoke up with the suggestion, (Y/n) smiled softly and nodded.  "that would be lovely."
