For many years 2 eevee gods they were. One was pure and wanted to give eevee and it evolutions powers but the other one said to only give them a human form. The pure one did so but snuck a power into two of them. Years went by the gods no longer but the powers were past down. The two so called 'cursed' ones are known as Flora and Blackout.
