Hey, guys.

I know, I know, this isn't my normal happy-go-lucky kind of theme I've set for this book.

But this is my most popular book, even if I update extremely slow.

First of all, thank you guys for that. It means a lot.

Secondly, there's something that we need to acknowledge.

Some of you may have noticed that I changed my bio slightly. No big changes, just a different background photo and a hashtag.

But that tag is super important.

During World War II, thousands upon thousands of young women, aged from 14 to early 20s, were stolen from their homes. They were sexually tortured and beaten up.

I don't mean to ruin someone's innocence, but this really happened.

Japan is a beautiful place (they created me, first of all), and I don't want to spread the idea that Japan is evil.

The old ways of the Japanese Imperial Army were.

During the Doolittle Raid in WW2, they killed nearly 250,000 Chinese citizens.

That's not what I'm talking about, however.

I'm talking about the injustice of Comfort Women.

They were beaten up just because the male soldiers would go insane if they didn't.

That's just sick.

And 50 years later, the few surviving women, now in their elderly years, have got nothing back from the Japanese government.

They've gotten back money rewards, sure. But that's not what they want.

Money is not a valid apology.

These women just want a heartfelt, 20-letter note from the government, saying that they are sorry for stealing then from their families and ruining their lives.

But have they gotten it?

No.

In fact, the Japanese government refuses to accept that they did it in the first place, removing this incident from all school textbooks and official records.

I ask for one person who thinks this is fair.

Nobody?

That's what I thought.

This is unfair and unjust to humanity.

I'm rather uncomfortable sharing the details here, but moonwatcher71 has wrote a book about it. Please, please, please read it.

And if you want to help make a difference in this world, please scroll all the way up and sign the link written on the photo.

That's all.

Thank you.

(I'll update soon!)

All my love,

Juliet ❤
