It was late at night and very windy. Near the outskirts of a large bustling city a Leafeon police officer was patrolling around.

"I swear to Arceus why do I always get stuck with night-shift patrols out here. So annoying," The officer said to himself.

A rustling came from the bushes. The officer looked over to the nearby forest where he heard the rustling.

"Who's there? Come out!" The officer exclaimed.

From the bushes a young Vaporeon boy with pale skin, blue eyes, and dirty blonde hair. This boy seemed to be very injured. His legs were covered in bruises, his tail looked slightly burned. It was like he had been in a battle against most of the other Eeveelutions all at once. 

"H-help. Me," The boy said before passing out.

"Oh my Arceus. Hey kid wake up! Wake up!" The officer said running over to the boy.
