• Our Frollo gives me chills, okay? I think he's our best actor of the group; he changes things up every time he does a scene and it's amazing

• I get so freaked out for our Quasimodo because he's always running around and climbing up dangerous things and what do we do if he falls in the middle of "Out There"??

• Quasi: *climbs up a pole*

Lady: *gasps*

• Luckily he did not fall in the middle of "Out There"

• In fact, he got a standing ovation for "Out There"

• Okay so my school choir director's wife is in the ensemble, and I want to be as happy as she looks during "Topsy Turvy" one day.

• Our Clopin is a really chill dude in real life, but put him on stage and he's hyperactive, man

• You can't take your eyes off of him

• Clopin: *juggles*

• I LOVE OUR PHOEBUS HE'S AWESOME OKAY?

• Clopin: *pulls off curtain to reveal Esmeralda*

• Our Esmeralda is an awesome dancer. She does the splits near the end of "Rhythm of the Tambourine" and I want to be able to do that someday.

• When Quasimodo goes up on the platform for the King of Fools competition, his back is facing the audience, and he spends that time making faces at my choir section and trying to get us to laugh

• The audience looked so scandalized when the crowd turned against Quasimodo, it was funny

• SOMEBODY PICKED UP ESMERALDA'S SCARF BEFORE FROLLO COULD GET TO IT SO HE HAD TO STEAL IT BACK FROM THEM AFTER THE SCENE WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FIND IT AND MAKE SURE THE AUDIENCE SAW HIM HOLDING IT AND PUTTING IT AWAY BEFORE HE WENT TO TALK TO ESMERALDA INSIDE THE CATHEDRAL

• Esmeralda's "I ask for nothing"? Perfection.

• POOR ESMERALDA'S CORSET, IT STARTED FALLING OFF OF HER IN THE MIDDLE OF HER FIGHT WITH PHOEBUS SO SHE JUST DIDN'T WEAR IT FOR THE REST OF THE SHOW

• "Top of the World" is such an amazing song, I swear gAH

• My little sister was very offended by Phoebus and Esmeralda's kiss during "Tavern Song".

• *immediately after the show*

Sister: *marches up to me* THEY WERE K I S S I N G THAT WAS GROSS

• Quasimodo holds out that last note in "Heaven's Light" for over. 30. Seconds. It's amazing.

• "HELLFIRE" IS SO GOOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH

• The fight scene during that song is so much fun

• I get chills at the end

• Confession time: "Flight Into Egypt" has always been my least favorite song in this musical, but singing in it has made me appreciate it more

• "It's our lives or yours"? Also perfection.

• "IN A PLACE OF MIRACLES" MAKES ME HAPPY AND DEPRESSED AT THE SAME TIME.

• Do I cry during "Somebody"? Maybe so.

• Let me tell ya, I have a lot of time to overthink every detail and line of the show, and the more I think about stuff, the sadder I get.

• Especially during "Made of Stone"

• I LOVE "MADE OF STONE" BUT IT MAKES ME SO UPSET IT'S A STRUGGLE

• THE ENTIRE FINALE MAKES ME SO EMOTIONAL

• "SAINTS OF STONE! BLAZE THE FIRE! RAISE THE FIRE! LIGHT THE LEAD! STREAMS OF LEAD! LET THE FLAMES GROW HIGHER!!"

• Fun fact: Esmeralda's murder also murders me

• JEHAN AND FLORIKA'S (QUASIMODO'S MOTHER) SPIRITS SHOW UP TO WATCH FROLLO DIE, ESCORT ESMERALDA'S SPIRIT OUT OF HER BODY, AND TO HUG AND KISS QUASIMODO AND I'M NOT CRYING YOU'RE CRYING

Girl behind me: *whispers* Okay so since Quasimodo has watched the people of Paris for so long that he knows their personalities and who they are, did he assign those personalities to the gargoyles so that he could pretend that he was friends with the people?
