They both grabbed a glass cup and Shelby poured in the potion. "Do you..." Sausage mumbled nervously and Shelby looked at him in confusion. "Do you think it'll work?" He asked. "Honestly I really hope it does..." Shelby said.

"And...- And if it doesn't?" He asked and she looked down. Shelby sighed and looked at Sausage. "Then we might have to give up..." She said and almost sounded like a mumbled.

"We need this to work. We can't stay like this forever I don't wanna be or even look like a monster..." Sausage said and Shelby nods. "Same but...- Never mind let's just try the potion" She said.

Sausage nods and grabs his glass. Shelby grabbed her glass as well. "Ready?" She asked. He gulps and nods. "Ready as I'll ever be" He said. They both looked at each other and nodded.

They lifted up their glasses close to their mouths. As they were about to drink it Sausage spoke up. "Wait you sure this could be safe?" He asked.

Shelby just glared at him and lifted an eyebrow. "Right right sorry sorry" He apologized and looked back at his glass. "You don't think I wonder if it's safe too" She mumbled and he looked at her.

"Hm?" Sausage asked. She sighs and looks at him. "I said don't you think I wonder if it's safe too" Shelby said. "Of course I'm worried if it won't work or if it's dangerous. I'm scared Sausage but I can't let my fear get me that I won't see the positives" She said.

Sausage went silent and looked down. After being in the silence a bit he spoke up. "Like this not being dangerous and actually helping us?" He asked and she nods. "Exactly" Shelby said.

Sausage nods. "Well let's drink this potion" He said. Shelby nods and at the same time started to chugged the potion. The taste absolutely tasted like shit. "Bleh! What the fuck!" He yelled and drank a cup of water to get rid of the taste.

"Maybe I should've added some kind of special taste to make it taste better" Shelby mumbled as she chuckled seeing his reaction towards the potion taste. "Well maybe we should a wait now to see if anything happens" She said and he nodded as he continued to get rid of the taste with water.

When Sausage finally got rid of the taste, they stood in silence. Waiting for anything to happen. The clock had dropped a tick tick. Every single minute as they wanted for something to happen.

"Is it not gonna work?" Sausage asked. "I don't know maybe we just keep waiting" Shelby said. Eventually something in there stomachs twisted. He groans and falls on his back hugging onto his stomach. She laid down on the couch and groaned.

The pain didn't stop and eventually made them fall asleep. They laid down motionless not a single sound besides their breaths filling the living room.

After want felt like forever, they woke up. "Wha-What happ-" Sausage immediately shutted up when he realized his red eye was cyan again. The random black stuff on his eye was gone. His horns and tail were gone.

Shelby looked around the room and realized her sculk was gone. "It...It actually worked" Shelby mumbled happily. He hugged her tightly and tears ran down his cheeks. They were normal again...They were no longer corrupted.
