Once upon a time, not too long ago, there lived a beautiful human princess: Frisk Dreemurr. She loves exploring, most especially when she explores on her own. She is truly quite the adventurer, like her mother. But living with a monster family, she doesn't really know who are her real parents. One day, she was looking out the window from her room. Her mind wandered off to the mountain in view. As from the book she read yesterday, the mountain was called Mt. Ebott. There's a myth that a secret civilization lived under it.

Was it under? Or inside?

Probably inside, right?

And as a curious princess, she asked her parents if she can explore the mountains to see what's inside the mountain.

"But, Frisk, isn't that too dangerous?" Toriel, Frisk's mom asked with a concerned look on her face.

"Don't worry, Tori, she's turning 18 soon. I'm sure she can handle it alone." Asgore, Frisk's dad said.

Toriel sighed. "Be careful, alright? Don't you want anyone to go with you? What about your brother?" Toriel asked with a worried tone in her voice.

"Mom, dad's right. I'm turning 18 soon. I can handle it besides, Undyne taught me how to use a sword...and I think Asriel will just be regretting everything, for coming with me and being a total crybaby." Frisk snickered, staring at Asriel, her brother.

"Hey!" Asriel exclaimed. Then, a moment later, all of them started laughing.

"Mom, dad, Asriel, I'll be going now." Frisk said. Toriel, Asgore and Asriel stood up and hugged Frisk. Frisk thought this was familiar. Then she remembered, when she was young, she was an orphan. Toriel and Asgore found her lying on the snow. They brought Frisk home, treating her as their own daughter. As for Asriel, he felt jealous at first but then when time past by, he started treating Frisk as his real sister.

"We are so lucky to have you Frisk." all of them said in sync and hugged Frisk. Frisk stopped gazing and remembered she was inside the palace.

"Don't be home too late Frisk." Toriel said. A moment later, they all let go and said their goodbyes to each other. Frisk took her sweater in case it gets cold on the mountain peak.

I'm lucky to have a family. Frisk thought. She headed to Mt Ebott to explore all the wonders there. When she arrived, she saw a cave. She went inside and saw a big hole on the ground. I wonder what's inside it, the real question is, what's under it? Frisk thought. She walked closer but suddenly, she tripped on a vine and fell in the hole.

Falling into the deep abyss, Frisk found herself crying out for someone to help her. But nobody came. As she fell deeper in the never ending abyss, she saw her tears floating above her. Her dress was flapping, her hair was flying, and she thought everything came to an end. Accepting her fate, she closed her eyes as she prayed for at least a small miracle. Then she felt vines wrap around her (this ain't Flowey) everywhere, slowing her fall. She finally landed on a bed of golden flowers.

No, literally a bed cause it's so soft it's impossible to not be a bed.

But it actually isn't.

The vines may have helped her slow her fall, but her landing was still a bit rough. Groaning and grunting out of pain, she let her eyes open. She was temporarily blinded from the sun's rays from above. Unable to move yet, she saw the vines slowly disappearing in the dark. She let her body rest for a while before descending from the flowers. She groaned as she adjusted her position. She heard footsteps coming her way, and found herself staring into the eyes of a fancy skeleton.

"Where...am I?"
