A/N:  A Suggestion. Probably shouldn't read this chapter when hungry.

When my alarm goes off at seven the following morning I'm most definitely not ready for it. Getting to sleep the previous night had proved quite difficult, although the bath did help me relax from my euphoric delirium. It still didn't do that great of a job turning my brain off. That isn't stopping me from making breakfast for my guys this morning though. Before I start anything I make sure the coffee machine is going for those that drink it in the morning.

Breakfast is going to be a huge endeavor however. I planned a portable breakfast, in case I run out of time. But, it requires a lot of steps. I get out everything I need. Eggs, milk, potatoes, calabresa sausage, onions, cheese, roasted peppers, garlic salt, season-salt, and extra-virgin olive oil.

Because everything is in metric I first google the conversion I need for the oven and set it as close to 218° Celsius as I can (since that is the closest measurement to 425° F). Then I peel and cube the potatoes, placing them in a mixing bowl when they have been cut. Once that is done I grab the extra-virgin olive oil and lightly drizzle some over the potatoes. I use a spoon to make sure each cube is lightly coated. I spoon out the potatoes on a cookie sheet that I have already lined with aluminum foil. I lightly sprinkle the seasoning salt over that.

Once those are in the oven I grab an onion and begin to dice it. That's when I hear footsteps on the stairs. It's obvious he is still half asleep when he peeks his head through the doorway and his face looks puffy. "You're making breakfast?"

I smile at Yoongi. "Yes, yes I am." He rubs his eyes. "There's coffee percolating behind me." I'm sure he can hear the auditory drip, but perhaps he isn't actually aware of it with how drowsy he looks.

He grunts sleepily in response and grabs a mug to help himself. I have started peeling an onion when he has had a couple of sips and seems a tad more human. "I'll prep the onion, Daisy. How do you want it cut?"

I briefly consider telling him I got it. But there are so many steps I could really use the assistance. "Diced please." He nods to me in confirmation.

While he is doing that I apply a light coating of extra-virgin olive oil to a couple of skillets and set them to preheat on top of the stove. Once the onions are cut I will add them to the pans to sauté them, then after the onions become translucent and golden in color I will add the raw sausage to the skillets to marry the flavors together.

While he is still tending to the onions I grab another mixing bowl to prep the eggs. That's when I hear another set of footsteps come down the stairs. Jin comes in still wearing his RJ pajamas, which I find absolutely adorable, and his wire frame glasses that just seem to add to his already handsome face. I point out the coffee to him, but instead of going directly to grab a mug he comes over to inspect what I am doing. "What are you making?"

"Breakfast empanadas. It was hard to decide what to make initially, but I settled on a Portuguese/Spanish theme since we are in Brazil." I'm still cracking eggs when Jin has had a couple sips of coffee himself. I add milk to the bowl. When I am satisfied with the ratio I gently sprinkle an ample amount of garlic salt to the mixture and grab a whisk to start beating it together. Before I can do so Jin is taking it from me and doing it himself.

At that point Yoongi has finished dicing the onions so I add them to the skillets. He decides he is going to babysit them for me. So, I grab the ground sausage I put to the side and inform him what the next step will be. Then I lightly coat a couple more skillets that I plan on scrambling the eggs in.

I clean the cutting board and start dicing up the roasted red pepper. That's when Joon, Hobi, and Jungkook trickle in. I'm really not surprised it's the 95s that are still lingering in bed. Hobi and Jungkook both try to insist on helping too, but honestly the kitchen is crowded as it is, and I am almost running out of tasks for myself. "I think we have got it covered at this point but thank you."

I set the diced peppers aside and turn to attend to the eggs when I realize that Jin is already pouring them into the skillets. Yoongi turns to me. "Are these going to be scrambled?"

"Yes." Then he proceeds to grab a pair of chopsticks and babysit those skillets too.

"Jin can you whisk a couple more eggs together for me so I can use them as an egg wash for the pastry shells?" He scurries to do that, and I'm not overly surprised to see him replace the whisk I was using with a pair of chopsticks. I imagine he was only using the whisk before to humor me.

Since the ingredients are still cooking I decide to start preparing the two sauces I planned on making. I also have jarred salsa, but I want to have some additional options. I focus on the chimichurri sauce first since that has more components to prepare, and one of said components I will also need for the cilantro cream sauce.

I chop parsley, oregano, cilantro, shallot, and a Fresno chile. After chopping each of them I keep them separate by putting each ingredient in a clear custard cup, splitting the oregano in half since I also need it for the next sauce. The recipe calls for fresh garlic too, but because of the garlic salt in the eggs I really don't want to unintentionally go overboard seasoning wise.

My timer goes off for the potatoes, and before I can tell Yoongi what the noise was for he is already pulling them out of the oven. I peer over his shoulder at the skillets on the stovetop and notice that those ingredients are about done also.

So, for the time being I abandon my sauce making prep. I can come back to it while the empanadas are in the oven. I pull out two more cookie sheets, grease them so the pastries won't stick, and grab the pre-made empanada wraps.

I ask Jin to clean the mixing bowl that I prepped the potatoes in. The one the eggs were mixed in is still occupied with the egg wash. So, I grab a third mixing bowl. Dishes are going to suck after this. Once Jin cleaned his and the ingredients are done cooking I turn to Yoongi. "Can you put half of the potatoes in each of these bowls? Put one skillet of scrambled eggs and one of the sausage mixture in each also, then mix them together for me?" He nods but once he has those spooned in two separate bowls Jin takes one to combine so he has something to do.

Once that is done I grab one of the cookie sheets and show them how much to spoon in each wrapper. I make sure to instruct them to also add cheese to the top, since I nearly forgot that step myself. They make quick work of filling them and fold them over without much additional instruction. Once that is done I show them how to seal the pastry shells with a fork, and to lightly coat them in an egg wash so they come out a golden brown.

I go back to my sauce preparation when those are in the oven. Yoongi and Jin vacate the kitchen and Joon and Hobi come in to take their place. They start cleaning the dirty preparation dishes. I find myself wondering if Jin and Yoongi instructed the two 94s to do so when they start working on it. More than likely. The two did offer to help out after all.

I measure out the appropriate amount of wet ingredients for the chimichurri sauce. Pulling out two more custard cups and pouring red wine vinegar into one and extra-virgin olive oil in the other. I grab a small mixing bowl and add the wet and dry ingredients together, adding a pinch of salt to taste.

Compared to the chimichurri, the cilantro cream sauce is a lot simpler. I don't bother grabbing more custard cups because aside from the cilantro there is only two main ingredients. I first scoop out Mexican cream to measure and put that in the bowl. Then I add the cilantro, mixing them together well. The last ingredient I add is lime juice. The recipe calls for ½ a lime, but I prefer to buy the little citrus shaped bottles of juice to make it easier than ending up with half of lime leftover and having to work around the seeds.

Not surprisingly, after all that is done Tae and Jimin both make their way downstairs. Tae immediately drawing to me like a moth to a flame and wrapping his arms around me in his full body cuddle-hug. "Morning angel." He kisses me on the cheek and sits down. I glance at the others after his endearment wondering at their reaction, but if they seem surprised by it they don't physically show it.

Jimin heads straight for the kitchen and coffee, which I am wholly unsurprised by. When he comes back he brings a decanter of orange juice and a glass. Without questioning whether his best friend wants any or not he pours him a glass and hands it to Tae before the both of them sit down at the dining room table beside each other.

I'm sitting for about five minutes before my timer goes off, and I have to go get the empanadas out of the oven. Jk and Jimin follow me into the kitchen. I pull the cookie sheets out and place them on trivets on the counter to cool for a few minutes. "What can we help with?" Bunny asks.

"Jk, can you grab plates for everyone?" I hand Jimin the two sauces I made. "Jimin, can you take these in to the table for me?" I then pour some salsa into a third and take it out to the dining room along with a trivet so I can bring the coffee carafe out and place it on it.

Jin nods at the trivet once it's placed and grabs the carafe from the kitchen himself. Joon grabs a glass for me since they have all learned I am picky when it comes to coffee and don't often drink it myself. Once a few minutes pass Hobi pokes at my shoulder. "What can I put the pastries in to bring them out here?"

"There is a basket in the corner of the counter with cheesecloth in it. Scoop them into it and bring them out here that way. If you can't fit them all in it then once the basket is empty one of us will just have to make another trip." At this point I am thankful for the help, because had I done all the prep myself I would have been completely exhausted.

The chatter over the table is pretty quiet, which surprises me until I notice the looks of enjoyment written on their faces as they savor the flavor of the pocket pastries. They all start prattling out praise, thankful for the delicious meal. I'm surprised to see that Jimin seems to be fond of the chimichurri sauce and make a note to double check the nutritional value regarding herbs, although I'm pretty sure it's similar to leafy green vegetables if not the same.

Once they are all done eating the ones that helped me in the kitchen with breakfast take off upstairs to get ready to leave. Jk and the 95s carry the dishes into the kitchen, telling me to rest after I went to all the work for their meal.

I go into the smaller sitting area and turn on the television. Luckily it's a smart tv so I have plenty of options on what to watch. I select Youtube since I don't have to access my account, plus there isn't anything I really want to watch anyway. I just need background noise. I pull up a BTS playlist, and the first song that streams through the speakers is 'Euphoria.' Which seems fortuitous when Jk claims he's done and comes to sit beside me. When he starts singing along next to my ear I curl into him and start smiling blissfully.

A few songs later 'Serendipity' is playing, and Jimin happens to come into the room right after the line he claims the person he is singing to is 'his angel, his world.' He sings the next line in English, once again declaring himself as my Calico cat. It's too cute not to grin at although a part of me is tempted to roll my eyes at his goofiness.

Not long after the three that lingered head upstairs to get ready themselves. I'm exceptionally thankful that they don't have to be in until a bit later today. But, they still have to leave soon because of the two hour drive.

They all line up for their goodbyes. Each giving me a kiss on the cheek before they head out the door. But, I'm surprised to find that Hobi doesn't follow them. "What are you doing?"

He shrugs at me and smiles broadly. "Playing hooky."

A/N:  Hobi playing hooky? O.o

Also, I apologize that this chapter was a lot of cooking, but I do feel that Yoongi and Jin both would definitely bond with her over cooking.  I myself have a huge love for cooking, and yes I would claim to have learned from my grandmother also.  I haven't ever made an empanada though.  Closest thing was breakfast quesadillas.
