After half an hour I knew we were somewhere rural. It was just a gut feeling. There were fewer cars on the road. None at all in fact. It felt like we were in one lane. So far as I could tell. After all with this blindfold I was literally in the dark.

"Granny Zofia, where are we going?" I apprehensively asked. Up until now granny Zofia had told me she was happy to see me alive and well. She had told me a little about the family history. Off course the revelation I was a descendent of Jesus Christ was quite a revelation. I was assured this was the truth. Granny Zofia explained the family fled the holy land and settled in what we now call Hungry. Then with the rise of Hitler the family who were known as swabs ended up moving from place to place and eventually settled in the big city of London, Englnad. Granny Zofia said she founded a society when she went to America, some years after the war. She stoped short of telling me the details. Even the name would remain a secret., for now.

"We are nearly there, Gisella," granny Zofia said. "She was weak I could tell by her voice. "Im sure you can take of that blindfold now." I did as granny Zofia asked and took of the blindfold. Other than what I could see around me  in the vechile it was still to dark to see out the window. There was a barrier between the end section of the Bentley and the front section so I could not even see the dashboard.

Eventually, the Bentley pulled up and we were in the middle of no where. A great wrought gate separated us and the palatial estate which I assumed we would be entering. Then I saw these bright lights coming toward us on the other end of the gate. I heard the sound of small stones being crunched as thick tyres went over them.

I gulped nervously "Who is going to meet us?" I asked apphersively.

"That is our lift," grany Zofia affirmed. It is still some distance to travel to the manner but we will arive before you kn ow it.

The car stopped on the other end of the gate and a great shadow approched us. It was Helen Rosenthal's personal agent. The beast of a woman. I could never forget. She had the key that opened the gates and she opened the them just as it started to rain. The great woman said nothing, it was as if someone had cut out her tongue. She walked over to the vechile that had taken us here.

"Help an old woman Gisella," granny said to me and I opened the car door.

Bang! I heard it. A gunhsot. The loudest soud I ever heard went off. I pulled back from granny Zofia I nearly jumped the fence. Someone had been shot. I was shocked. My senses sharpened with adrenaline, I began panting. My skin prickled. The beast of a woman came back after killing my grandmothers lacky. "Why did you do that?" I agressively asked the big woman.

I received no reply. Not from her any way. She put her handgun back in her holster and stood beside me. I was fearful, I'll freely admit. I copped on, if she was going to shoot me I would already be dead.

Still my heartbeat ws eratic. I felt like an asthmatic. I dared not look at the victim. I was sorely hoping that no body died. But I was wrong.

Again I heard granny Zofia say, "help an old lady." My gran seemed OK.

I grabbed a hold of her hand and the big lady went to help. "its OK!" I naievly shouted at her. The big woman looked at me like  acocroach she might exterminate. She did not go too far. "I mean, I can help her, you - you just, sstep aside."

With a little struggle granny AZofia came out of the vechil and we joined arms and walked slowly to ward the vechil that the big woman had arrived in. It was a limo.

"Get in Gisella," my gradmother said.I helped her in first and then I followed. We drover out f the gates and turned and went back through the gates.

When the big woman was out lockingup  grannuy Zofia spoke. "I am sorry if that gun irke dyou child."

"Irked me? A man is dead and I am awhitness to a murder. Tell me granny Zofia. Why did it have to happen?

Gisella, you must know, no man can no the entrances of our lairs. I so wish it could have been avoided. Women must be spared child."

"Where am I going?" I asked granny Zofia as the big oman got into the vechile and we set of sdown the lane.I trusted granny Zofia with my life.

"We are going to meet the sisters of SOW."

Thus ended; Why was he shot.
