Six months later,

"How are you baby?" Avu asked with joy. "Fine but missing you. Let's meet next month" Jannat replied sadly. "Yeah,  sure" Avu agreed happily. "Where is Siddharth?" She asked. "He has not yet came. I think he will be late today" Avu replied sadly.

"He didn't inform you?" Jannat asked with rage. "Yeah, a new project is going on and he is very busy in that. He is in a very important stage of his career, so I shouldn't distract him. But I am missing him so much now a days. It's been three months, he smiled at me and talked with me normally" Avu replied sadly.

"I understand baby, don't feel sad. He to miss you but not showing it". She consoled Avu. Avu hummed as response. "Okay, what about Faisu?" Avu asked. "Same like him, always running behind his work and not caring about his wife" she said with anger. Avu smiled and consoled her.

"Avu, I wanna tell you something" she said with hesitation. "Tell me baby" Avu asked with smile. "I think, I am pregnant" she said in confused tone. "Seriously!! Oh my God. I'm very happy for you darling. Muahhhh 😘" Avu replied with joy. "But..." She said. "What? What's bothering you. This is the time you should be very happy. Why your voice is so dull". Avu asked with concern.

"I'm afraid Avu. I don't know why but I have some unknown fear" she replied sadly. "Nothing like that baby. My girl is very strong and she can face everything boldly" Avu cheered her up. "Have you confirmed it?" Avu asked. "Not yet, but I can feel that" she replied slowly. "Have you told this to Faisu?" She asked doubtfully.

"No" she replied sternly. "Why you didn't tell him? He will be very happy if you say this right" she asked with concern. "He won't. Only his business is important for him. I am not going to reveal this. I'm very much anger on him" she said with anger. "Are you crazy. Don't do that Jannu. He will be happy and you should tell him this good news. Now you end my call, call him and tell him this happy news" she said.

"Hmm, I too need to consult doctor. I didn't say this with anyone, I felt to tell you" she said. "Don't think about anything. This is the time to be happy and in next nine months, you will give birth to a beautiful baby same like you. Everything will be happy once the baby visited the earth" she said happily. Jannat agreed and ended the call. Avu's hearty fluttered in happiness.

"A baby is the dancing joy of the life and a bundle of happiness God gift us. Avu thought and felt happy to welcome Jannat's baby. How cute is I have a baby just like Siddharth. His face, his nose, his eyes his character, his skills. Whoo!! It will be so cute and I'll be the most luckiest mom" she said while lost in her own imaginary world.

She prepared dinner and weird for him but add usual he was late. She ate that food half- heartedly and slept on the couch which became her routine for those days. Siddharth was very busy in his works for last few days. He came home very late and for job early morning. He already informed her about that and apologized for that too. Avu understood his position and never questioned or argued for his activities.

She slept thinking about some random things. She felt like someone touching her forehead. She slowly opened hey eyes and was surprised to see him. "You came early?" She asked with excitement. "Time is 12:30" he said rolling his eyes. "Ohh! I thought it will be around 11" she replied smile.

"Why are you sleeping here uncomfortably". He asked while caressing her hair. "I didn't get sleep. So thought to watch TV but slept without my concern and you know what I didn't like to sleep in our room alone. It's making me miss you more" she replied sadly.

"Sorry honey" he said sitting close to her. "Don't be sorry. I can understand" she replied with smile. "And one happy news. All my work are done and from now I'm going to spend time with my cute wife. No office stuffs for a week" he said happily. "Really!!"She asked with joy. He nodded by giving her close. She felt happy since she missed him alot.

"Dinner?" She asked with concern. "Hungry" he said sadly. "Didn't you eat yet?" She asked sadly. He nodded, "The work was about to finish. So I didn't had" he replied. "Okay two minutes I'll heat the food" she said and felt to kitchen in hurry. He smiled looking at her direction.

She served the food, he asked her to feed him. She fed him with her hands. He had that happily. "Avu shall we go for an small trip?" He asked caressing her cheeks. "Where?" She asked raising her head which she placed on his chest. "Hmm... Wherever you suggest" he said pinching her nose.

"I want to go trekking . That is my long time wish. Once we went but that trip was not that much interesting. I really want to go with you. Will you take me?" She asked looking at him with hope.

"Sure darling. How can I deny my lucky wife's wish" he said hugging her more. "Love you" she said happily hugging him and slept peacefully in his embrace. He too had a good sleep after a long time.

Next day,

"Avu, it's getting late" he shouted. "Comingggg" she said running down the stairs. "Why are you shouting like monkey?" She asked with weird face. "Monkey?" He asked raising his eyebrows. She ignored his question and took the adjacent seat in the car. "We are getting late, start the car" she said casually. "Let me teach you what a monkey will do once reaching the spot" he said glaring at her. She ignored his words and started enjoying the journey.

It was two hour journey, he showed her few places which she truly admired and they both clicked few pictures. Finally they reached the destination. Avu jumped in joy seeing they beautiful Forest. She saw that in Aww. "Sid! This place is really awesome. Will there be animals inside" she asked holding his arms. "Yeah, it's first there will be animals, snakes, birds, everything but don't worry, I'll there with you. The place we are going will be harmless and approved for trekking". He hold her arms protectively and took her inside the forest.

The forest hums with life all around then. She twirled about, gazing up the canopy, searching for the bird that sing sweetly. The sun breaks through the cracks, lightning up the dirt path ahead, decorated with outgrown roots, wildflowers and fallen leaves that crunch beneath her bare feet. She trudge on, taking in the fragrance of minty grass and the damp earth. Each breath was like fresh and cleaning.

Entire journey she held his arms and he told some facts of the birds and the trees they passed by. "This place is really awesome, Siddharth" she said inhaling the fragrance of bloosoms and leaves.

He smiled and they both rested for sometime near a huge tree. Avu looked at the tree with wide eyes. "This tree is very big" she said with surprise. "Yeah, these trees are very strong and it's here for more than hundred of years" he said. Avu nodded with smile.

"Yeah, I remembered" he said suddenly. Avu looked at him like what. "Morning someone said that I am a monkey. Now it's time to show them what monkey will do" by saying this he came close to her. Avu realised what he said and started running. He chased her dearly and caught her in few minutes. She looked at him breathing heavily because of running too fast.

"Monkey will bite a person if they teased it" by saying that he came close to bite her. She bent her head and escaped from his hold again. She started running this time little faster and stopped in mid to breathe. She inhaled and exhaled to make her breathe normal.

She laughed and turned around to see him but her eyes widen in shock not finding him there. Her heartbeat raised in fear. "Siddharth" she cried loud but was shocked to not get any response. Her eyes welled up with tears and her vision become blur. She took slow steps but was not sure about the path she came. Somehow she guessed and walked in the path which she felt correct by calling him loudly but she didn't get any response.

Time passed and the place slowly became dark. Avu cried helplessly sitting on the wood. She heard few weird sounds and gulped in fear. The entire atmosphere was too chill and she shivered in cold with free flowing tears. "Why Siddharth didn't came searching. Is something happened to him? Good please be with him. Nothing bad should happen to him." she prayed silently.

Avuuu she heard the blissful voice and looked at the direction but couldn't find him there. She thought it was her imagination but again she heard his voice and that time little near. She looked around with hope and there he stoodfew gets away from her.

She ran towards him as fast as she could and hugged him tight with tears. He pattered her back and consoled her. "I'm sorry dear, I failed to protect you. Only now I'm feeling like I got back my list life" he said in broken voice.

"Don't talk like this Siddharth. Please" she said with shivering voice. He made her wear her jacket. "Avu, come let's go out from this forest" he said holding her arms. "You said we will stay here tonight right. Then why you're changing the plan in middle" she asked. "No baby, you're already shivering and it's not good to stay in this cold atmosphere" he said keeping her in his embrace.

"But I want to spend this day with you in this forest. Near the campfire, in your blissful embrace". She said without coming or of his embrace. He took a deep breath and nodded in response. "Didn't you felt fear when you were alone?" He asked caressing her hair. "Haah, I was feared but after sometime I strongly believed that you will come for my rescue. And in last moment I feared what mine happened to you, more than this darkness that thought make me weak" she replied sadly. He hugged her tight kissing her forehead.
