"We face the archway that is now the lounge door and see...."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gear's POV:

We face the archway and there's this... guy and a really weird cat.

The guy is in white t-shirt with black lightning on it, black jeans, a red leather jacket, and red and black hair and he's holding a baseball bat.

And the cat just looks almost human and she has horns.

And of course, the first thing I do is hold Lana closer to me since I don't want her getting hurt as much as I don't want to hurt myself.

And a lot of confusion is setting in.

Zach: 'So, this guy and this.... cat lady walk into our lounge and I think it's Lucian and his demon cat, Lucile.'

"Hey, so I don't know you guys, but one thing I know for sure... is that I need that choker back." The guy mutters, pointing to the choker Lana had in her hands.

OK, yeah... no.

You're not getting that, dude. Or Lana, if you want her too.

Don't even try it; I won't hesitate to snatch that baseball bat off you and beat you to death with it.

"Yeah.... no. Sorry, Lucian- I think that's what your name is anyway- but it's our artifact and we need to cleanse it, so if you would mind moving, we would really like that." Val emits, pointing at him.

"Well, listen here; that biker dude over there- yeah, Victor or something, I don't know his name and I don't care- he's got other intentions. He's lying to you. So, if that's enough to make you back down, cough that choker up right now or I will whack somebody with this thing!" Lucian shouts, swinging the baseball bat into the palm of his hand.

"But no matter! The Delamont Mistress will soon be free and she's gonna rip your goddamn hearts out." He mocks, chuckling afterwards.

Gear: 'Now, I'm confused to all hell; this Lucian guy is going on about the fact that Victor has other intentions and he's lying to us. I know he isn't working with the Delamont Mistress, so I think if he is lying, though, he's planning to fight the Delamont Mistress alone. But that's not possible, right?'

"Bullshit!" Heidi fumes, stepping between us and Lucian.

Oh, is shit 'bout to go down?

Shit's 'bout to go down, isn't it?

We- as in, us, the guests- all begin to back away to the side of the lounge, slowly edging towards the exit so we can run if things get too crazy.

"We have seven of the artifacts and you're the last thing standing between us and the final one! And my twin brother would never lie to me, so you're the liar. So, get outta here now or I'll beat the psycho right out of you, bitch!" She snarls.

Lucian immediately just burst into an evil laughing fit and me, Val, Lana, Oli, and Zach continue to inch towards the door.

And then Lucian, the privileged bitch he is, straight up bitch-slaps Heidi Heidi with his baseball bat and a huge fight breaks out.

And I'm just stood here like... what the actual fucking hell is going on?!

"Yep, we're leaving!" Zach shouts.

And with that, we all race out of there.

We rush out of the lounge and open the door to the arcade, where we find a note.

Oli grabs it and reads it aloud.

It reads:

'To find the first of the four feathers needed to cleanse the Choker of Possession, you will need to enter the Church of Dynamo and two of you will need to lock wrists at the altar to claim it.'

"Isn't the Delamont Mistress in that church? I'm sure I saw a glow when we were trying to deal with Lassie. It looked like the diamond prison that was mentioned ages ago." Lana frets.

OK, yeah, that's a good point.

"Well, she can't break out yet, so there can't be that big of a problem," Val reassures, shrugging her shoulders.

Yeah, another good point; we'll just go with Val's idea.

So... we make our way to the church, like what the note said- running, of course- and then the door busts open.

And, surprise, surprise... it's Lucian and Lucile.

Victor and Heidi run towards us as Lucile continues to stalk them.

I say stalk, but only if sprinting and looking like a gorilla with a broken spine counts as stalking.

And then we all just have to fucking sprint to get away from this bitch.

We finally make it into the church, but Lucile can't come inside.
It must be because we're in a church and she's a demon.

Slight shock ensues when we see the Delamont Mistress' prison.

But we quickly move past it so we can continue with this mission.

We approach the altar, Zach reading the note on it.

It reads:

'To claim the first feather for the choker, two of you must lock wrists by placing one hand each inside of the altar and closing the metal ring around it.'

"I'm guessing at this point we're getting handcuffed. Worst-case scenario, me and Oli could do it." Val ponders, holding her hand up.

"I've stuck my hand in a chute and nearly got it cut off, so I can get handcuffed to my friend."

"OR... me and Lana could do it. I mean, we accidentally got handcuffed together at a bar once. So... kinda makes sense?" I reckon, shrugging.

"Val, you've already done so much tonight, so might as well cut you a break."

Yes, that actually happened, I bullshit you not there.

For some reason, everyone agreed to this.

So, we do it, the altar pops open and...

We're handcuffed together.

Eh, I don't mind.

"Finally, we can eliminate half of the issue; these two can't help as much since they're handcuffed to each other." Zach praises, raising his hands up in the air.

OK, that's just rude; we're not idiots, we're just handcuffed together.

"We can still help, you know! We're not stupid!" Lana scorns, putting the hand that wasn't handcuffed on her hip.

Damn right, babe!

Val looks inside the altar and finds the first feather and a note.

She attaches the feather to the choker and gives the note to me and I read it.

The note reads:

'Many people have memoirs they took to their graves. However, now the town has been disrupted by evil, their memoirs have been scattered. To find the second feather for the Choker of Possession, you must reunite five people with their memoirs by leaving them at their graveside.'

"So, who's distracting this demon cat, then? I say whoever can run the fastest." Zach suggests, a look of curiosity on his face.

"So, how about me and you alternate? Val may be able to sprint in heels, but she's one of the smartest people here, so her helping with the memoirs will help us get the feather faster. If you get tired, Zach, come back into the church and I'll take over." Oli alleges, putting his hand in his pant's pocket.

We settle on Zach and Oli alternating between distracting and helping, whilst me, Val, and Lana solve the memoirs.

When Zach begins to run around, trying to stop this cat from killing us, my alliance and I try to find the memoirs.

"Guys, I've got a whip." Val whisper-shouts.

I find a clock, Lana finds a rosary and Oli finds a rifle.

We all look around the graves when Val sees something.

The grave reads:

'Rosita Allard, always knew the perfect time to brighten up the town.'

"Gear, you have a clock, right?" Oli queries, holding his hand out.

"Yeah, I do. I think it's for Rosita, seems like it, anyway." I disclose.

We place the clock in front of Rosita's grave.

Fast forward a few minutes and we've matched up the whip and the rosary with their rightful owners.

I've also found a crown lying around near the mausoleum.

Then, Lana sees one grave that could be vital to us succeeding.

It reads:

'Sasha Davis. The huntress who was a sharper shooter than Billy The Kid.'

Oli then throws Lana the rifle, which matches up to Sasha.

We're still trying to find something that matched the crown when Zach catches our attention.

"Guys, we need to alternate!" Zach calls out.

We run back into the church and Oli distracts the demon cat whilst Zach tried to help us solve the final memoir.

After a quick hunt, which includes Zach being lazy as he normally was, I catch everyone's attention.

This grave could solve it all.

"Guys, look at this; 'Kody Johnson, the crowned king of the bar.' Wait, give me that crown!" I voice.

They give me the crown and surely enough, part of a grave slides open, releasing the second feather and yet another note.

This time, Val grabs the note and reads it whilst Oli puts the feather on the choker.

 The note reads:

'The demon cat holds the third feather for the Choker of Possession around her neck. To slay her, you will need to find the thieves trap in the trees, lure her in by using a human morsel and impale her with a golden spear. The golden spear is at the Fallen Tree and the thieve's trap is on the other side of the cemetery.'

Oli: 'And, as lucky as we are, Lucian's demon cat has the third feather around her neck. So, we need to get this spear, get to the trap and one of us has to stand in the trap to kill this demonic cat being!'

We all race over to the Fallen Tree (as in, the first one we saw that was obviously dead) and find the spear at the top of the tree.

Val somehow reaches it and we all bolt to this trap with this demon cat following us.

And, as it turns out, she's an idiot.

Lana accidentally runs through the trap, and because Lucile is chasing us, she runs into the trap.

Oli yanks the net up and this cat was having a hissy fit.

Val grabs the spear, and whilst this cat is trying to rip her arm off, she stabs her in the heart with the golden spear, much to everybody's surprise.

Like, this bitch is fucking crazy and I love it!

She then grabs the feather as we book it back to the church.

"I kinda feel bad for it. A bit, but not a lot," Oli pants.

"It's only because I do not support animal cruelty!"

Then, just as we make it to the church, Lucian turns up and sees his demon cat dead.

We just have to keep running, he can't kill us now; we're so close to surviving.

"LUCILE!" He screams, running towards the trap.

"WHAT HAVE YOU MONSTERS DONE?!"

Suddenly, whilst we're still running back, Heidi just gets yanked.

I think it's trying to prevent us from fully cleansing it and saving our asses, so Val decides for the time being to just clip the two ends of it together to stop it moving.

And, somehow, by the grace of God, it works and Heidi doesn't get yanked anymore.

We enter the church.

Me and Lana get our handcuffs taken off and we're safe... for now.

But then, Oli spots something.

"Um, guys? There's something on the altar..." He said, looking shocked as he pointed to the altar.

We all face the altar and see...
