3rd person pov

In a world different from our own a legend stands. In this world  mankind stands as one of many races in possession of great powers. These powers were of many that stood as common place in life. These powers are known by many names;Semblances,Magic,Quirks,Sacred Gears,Imperial arms,Spiritual energy , and even the very soul. However while mankind  was still left in the terror of it's darkness. Creatures known as Grimm,Strays, and the Gohma wonder the world looking to devour humanity. The world began to sank into darkness when 8 Demigods came to their aid and helped combat this evil. One among them would rise above all darkness and become a savior to all. His name was Y/n L/n and with the fire of his anger burning bright; he would fight back against all. This is his story and of those who's lives he impacted. Our story begins as Y/n stands over a warn out Issei. 

Issei: D-Damn dude you hit like a  train. T-try going easier on me next time will ya?

Y/n chuckled at Issei before offering the Devil boy his hand. When Y/n first arrived at Verse the Issei along with the rest of the Orc had helped him. Over his time within the school Issei grew close to Y/n even;  learning to control his perverted side. In truth their bond was of that of brothers not mere friendship. After helping Issei up Y/n spoke to him with a slight smile. 

Y/n: What good is training to get stronger if your partner fights on your level? Issei you might not want to believe it but that pain is important. Pain helps  people know when they have reached their limits that information is common place. But for a warrior that pain is proof we can still fight so never forget that.

Issei: Yeah I guess your right bro but still; Not everyone can be a badass Demigod like you.

Y/n: Neither can they be the Red Dragon emperor. You asked me to help train you because you knew you were able to get stronger.That fact alone makes your doubts meaningless Issei. You are far stronger than you give yourself credit for my friend. I promise you I'll help you awaken your true potential.

Issei:*Smiles* Yeah your right thanks Y/n. I know I can always count on you bro.

The two turned then began to make their way back towards the school. Upon their return they were greeted by the Orc and 2 more of Y/n's friends.

???: Welcome back guys how was your training?!

Y/n: It went well Issei is getting better. I take it you two were on a mission Maka and Soul?

Soul: Yeah we were stuck with that bonehead Cardin for it. So we were late coming back after having to save his sorry ass.

Y/n scoffed at  Cardin's name being mentioned. To Y/n Cardin was nothing but a weak scumbag. He was just another racist Bully only able to attack those who couldn't do the same back. Cardin and his team had tried to bully Y/n but were left terrified. After having been beaten they were only able to stand in fear by Y/n's very presence.

Y/n: I will never understand why the Headmasters let that scum  enter or even stay here.

Rias: Well I just want to thank you for everything  Y/n. It really means alot to Issei and the rest of us too.

Y/n: You have nothing to thank me for. Now let's get going alright?

The others followed him and walked away when his name was called out. Y/n growled in irritation but chose to go leaving them. When he arrived he was met with his ally and old  friend talking to the headmasters.

Y/n: Yasha what exactly are you doing here huh?

Yasha: What no hello Y/n? I thought you would be more happy to see me.

Y/n ignored him only listening to the headmasters who explained his mission. After being told his mission he left. After arriving towards the area he saw all of the beast before letting out a roar as he charged towards them with a powerful punch.  Y/n ripped through a Grimm  before quickly flying towards a group of Gohma  that charged at him. Tearing through them with his anger he heard the sound of something crashing to the ground. Turning in a rage he saw one of his old mentors laughing with his blood lust filling the air.

Augus: COME ON YOU DAMN BEAST BRING EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT AT ME!

Augus laughed as he ran towards Y/n smashing all that stood in his way.

Augus: OUT OF MY WAY Y/N I'LL FIGHT THESE WEAKLINGS!

 Y/n growled before charging towards Augus killing all creatures in his path. Y/n and Augus swung their fist at each other only to crush the poor Gohma standing between them. Y/n kicked of Augus with a yell before slamming his fist into the ground smashing the Gohma infront of him to paste.

Y/n: STAY OUT OF  MY DAMN WAY THIS IS MY FIGHT! YOU NEVER TAUGHT ME TO EASE UP DURING COMBAT SO DON'T THINK I WON'T ATTACK YOU!

Y/n swung his fist and blew a giant grimm head into pieces. A group of Strays tried to attack Y/n but causing the Demigod to look in anger. Y/n ran towards them leaving them while he knocked away their attacks. Y/n winded his fist back leaving them frozen in fear before; he punched them through the ground. Y/n and Augus saw a massive Gohma coming towards them then ran at it. Jumping into the air Y/n  kneed it in it's face sending it flying.  Augus bursted past the creature before slashing it in half. Millions of the beasts continued to surround them but the Demigods only continued to strike each on down. Soon to after they had  finished slaying every creature standing Yasha placed his hand on Y/n's shoulder. Y/n jerked back looking at Yasha with anger still in his eyes.

Yasha: You can calm yourself my friend the battle is over.

Y/n:..Fine.

Y/n let out a deep breath before they agreed to return home. While that happened in Verse a man stood infront of the headmasters. 

Ozpin: So you believe this plan will work?

???: Yes I do her power is will make our dream a reality. If we can only harness it.

Ironwood: Y/n L/n  will stand against this plan. We need to find a way to deal with him for good.

Sirzechs:  I've already discussed this matter with our dear friend here. I've already set this plan into motion we hope you can handle the rest

Lord Deus

Deus: Of course leave him to me.

Y/n pov

I opened my eyes and looked around the place I was at. I found myself surrounded by pillars with a stormy abyss beneath. I was unable to remember just what brought me here. My memories seemed lost to me as I stood holding onto a pillar.

Y/n: What....is this place?

???: This my friend is the Naraka the place where Demigods such as yourself go after death.

I looked around trying to find the one who spoke only to see a golden spider.

Golden spider: I'm sure I don't have to say what would happen if you fall is unpleasant.  Now I know who I am must confuse you but right now your only concern must be to climb.

Y/n: I don't understand wha-

Golden spider: Oh you will in due time after all ; Only you know your reason to climb at the top.

Deciding I had no choice I went to start climbing. When I did my head began to hurt as memories echoed through my head.  I couldn't grasp what they were however one among them echoed the most.

Y/n: T-The crying..Stop that crying.

Golden spider: Crying what do you mean no one is crying?

I began to climb once more as my memories once again flowed through me. I continued to climb faster before then it began to occur to me what happened.

(Flash back)

3rd person pov

Y/n had returned back to Verse with Yasha and Augus by his side. He walked through the halls before he saw his daughter Kanna playing with afew of his friends. Y/n saw Kanna turn to him with a smile as she ran over to him.

Kanna: Papa!!

Y/n picked her up then hugged her with a smile.

Y/n: Have you been a good girl Kanna? 

Kanna: *nods* Yeah I did what you asked papa and I had lots of fun.

Y/n:*Chuckles* I'm glad to hear that. I'm glad you've been a good girl.

Yasha and Augus went there separate ways leaving Y/n to talk with his friends.

Y/n: I'm sorry if I interrupted anything important with this. It's just everyone else was one a mission so I had no one else to ask.

Ryuko: It's cool we didn't mind at all.

Penny: Kanna is a sweet little girl Y/n I would always do this for you.

Y/n: Regardless I can't thank you to enough for it.

Ryuko: I gotta bounce now Satsuki needs my help with something. I'll see ya later Y/n!

Y/n waved goodbye before atlas soldier appeared.

soldier: Mr. L/n Issei Hyoudou has asked me to call you to his courtyard. He needs your assistance on something.

Y/n:*Nods* Fine then Penny can you take care of Kanna a bit longer?

Penny: Of course Y/n!

Y/n nodded before walking to where Issei was seen standing. Y/n walked over to him slowly filling with unease as he saw Issei not moving.

Y/n: Something the matter Issei?

Y/n stopped as he went to put his hand on Issei's before the devil's body fell to the ground. Y/n filled with shock held him up seeing he had died.

Y/n: No who the hell could have done this?!

Y/n heard guns cock behind him before seeing an army of Soldiers surrounding him.

Y/n:Wait this isn't what you think it is!

Ironwood: Y/N L/N FOR THE MURDER OF ISSEI HYOUDOU YOU'LL BE EXECUTED FOR TREASON!

Y/n: Damn you I'm innocent! 

Ironwood: KILL THIS TRAITOR NOW!!

The men began to open fired causing Y/n to retaliate. After taking them down he ran off to find Kanna and Penny. When the Demigod arrived he was met with the horrifying sight of Penny destroyed.

Y/n:N-NO WHO DID THIS PENNY PLEASE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Penny:T-The headmasters..t-they have K-Kanna.

Y/n looked in disbelief before he saw Penny's life fade. Y/n's now consumed by anger he let out a roar as he charged towards where the headmasters were. Many soldiers stood in his way but Y/n tore through them. Y/n punched through the wall where the Headmasters were and say the other  Demigods standing there. What stood out the most to him was a terrified Kanna trapped in a bizarre containment machine.

Kanna: P-PAPA P-PLEASE!!!!!!!

Y/n: WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO KANNA YOU BASTARDS?!!?!!?!?!?!

Yasha: Please Y/n listen to me-

Y/n cut off Yasha by punching him through a wall with a roar.

Y/n: SHUT UP YOU FUCKING TRAITOR!!!!!!!

Y/n ran at the headmasters to kill them when suddenly he was met with lighting from Deus. Y/n's body slammed back into  a wall.

Y/n: You bastards what the hell are you planning!?

Deus:  What you have always been standing against us on. Achieving true peace by any means necessary. Your daughter has the potential to help us destroy mankind's greatest enemy and yet you waste it. No more today we shall end your interference once and for all.

Deus  blasted Y/n once more sending him falling to his death. As Y/n's vision faded Kanna's cried echoed through his ear.

(flashback over)

3rd person pov

With his fury burning through his eyes Y/n ran up the tower with a mighty roar.

Y/n:(mind) THOSE BASTARDS TOOK KANNA AWAY FROM ME!! THEY ARE MAKING HER SUFFER FOR THE SAKE OF SOME TWISTED FAKE PEACE! I SWEAR I'LL MAKE THEM ALL PAY FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!

Y/n bursted from the ground in a pillar of fire. Y/n looked around him seeing the area in ruins.

Golden spider: Welcome back to your world 2 months later.

Y/n clenched his fist seeing the damage done by those who betrayed him.

Y/n: They claimed to be gods....What kind of heartless gods would do this? Nothing has changed here.

Y/n turned around seeing millions of Gohma ready to attack. Y/n gritted his teeth before charging through them.

Y/n: IT'S GOTTEN WORSE AND THEY'RE TO BLAME! I SWEAR I'LL TEAR THEM TO PIECES!!
