Screams started as multiple people were running away with each step can be heard throughout a wrecked arena. Numerous posters and glowsticks are being dropped due to sheer panic and terror spreading at the place. Spotlights are still on but multiple monsters are coming in and they called it, Noise.

Panicking Male: It's the Noise!!

Panicking Girl: I don't want to die! I don't want to die!!

But each scene shows the multiple deaths of audiences being hit by the Noise's attacks even though the Noise only dies along with their victims. Two beautiful girls fought them with one young child watching what was happening, traumatized and could not move at all. But when the Noises' grasps almost caught her, the orange teen wearing armor wielding a glaive destroyed those Noises coming close to the child and she began to yell at her to get out now.

But suddenly the teen was bruised and her armor was critically damaged and the child she was cradling was leaking so much blood. She gently put her down and raised her blade and she started to sing but suddenly she was struck on the neck by someone. All of the people still alive in the building only saw a cloaked person with a hood holding a white USB.

???: HENSHIN!

His shout erupted throughout the whole city as power started to flow to him and his golden eyes looked at his enemies and everything started to become white light.

This is the journey of a young man who holds the eternal stories of the heroes of Heisei era.

Before it happened, let's rewind days ago when a young man can be seen from the outside of the store who has bought enough food to get him home. When he arrived he turned on the light of his house in the dining room. He removed his footwear changing it into his house clothing.

Y/n: Just another day of being alone in the house.

He pulled out the cup noodles from his shopping plastic bag labeled "Lucky Me" and underneath it was labeled JJampong. He opens the lid a little bit and pours the ingredients from small sachets on the uncooked noodles before grabbing the thermos and putting it in hot water and finally covering the lid with a small plate to keep the steam and heat from coming out to cook the noodles.

He goes to the couch and sees the news of Fuuto, of Dopant incident involving a giant flaming Dopant who names himself Kamen Rider Core. When in reality, according to the woman named Akiko Narumi, it was only just a knockoff of their city's protector, Kamen Rider W. Of course with the help of a new Kamen Rider named OOO(Oz).

Y/n: *sigh* Just another day in the windy city.

He just turns to another channel containing entertainment and games on a TV show as he sees a picture of a beautiful woman alongside it is a single frame of multiple people with the same woman in the group and the leader of the group is a Kamen Rider bearing a cloak.

Y/n: I miss you, mom.

(Y/n pov)

My name is Y/n Hanahera, a young man who lives in the great windy city, of Fuuto. It always feels good to feel the breezing air in this place. What a thrilling experience, but it was not for my whole life when I entered school for the first time.

So many kids like me are being away from me when I try to befriend them kindly. Even if I want to join in on their picnic times and talk about projects, they always are looking at me with neglect and disgrace. At that moment I didn't even know what was happening, or why are they looking at me like that. Some of them have befriended me until we graduate. But after that, they forgot about me because they called me many things, "son of a murderer b*tch", "a baby of a whore", and a lot more.

The first two are what hurt me the most. I tried so hard not to cry and defend my mother's pride until I got home and they found me. They started demolishing everything using sledgehammers, wrenches, and other utilities. After that, they started beating me up to death; child abuse. No one was there to hear my screams of pain and cries for help.

When they were done, I felt cold and all I saw from my bloody red eye was a silhouetted person who asked me this.

"Do you have the courage to ride with the devils?"

After that, I woke up to find myself in the hospital bandaged, and the nurses along with the doctors tried to calm me down only to discover that my wounds and injuries were healed when I accidentally kicked one of the doctors in the face by a leg cast.

As I got discharged, a beautiful woman and behind her two adults came up to me and gave me something. An envelope containing multiple bank cards and they are all different names and two briefcases. At first, I didn't trust them due to how they treated me so kindly when I was treated like a murderer's son. That's when I found out about my mother's origin and her life before she "died" and reborn as a mercenary.

Turns out that she was filed as a serial criminal after I was born 5 months later. She was gunned down to prevent the death penalty from the Alcatraz Prison. Then the adult named Philip told me about her becoming a mercenary of a group named NEVER. I received the picture of the group and witnessed it I found my mother's picture and her Dopant form, Heat Dopant.

Then I asked them, that if they defeated her, did she die with good intentions for my life before reborn as a mercenary? And their answer, was yes. Heck, even made me touch my first Gaia Memory, the Joker Memory.

I found out that she wants me to be born because she have imagined wanting to have a child of her own, even though she might abandon me. After all, she broke up with her former boyfriend who was a psychopath and the rapist who harassed her during her college days. By breaking up, she meant murderer him in a gruesome way in an act of self-defense. She went into hiding and was labeled as a wanted person by the former corrupt officials of Fuuto. She changed her name and identity into the last name you've known me today.

Finally, I was born in the Hospital and discharged, she hired a maid to look out for me, until when the reports of her death made her abandon me and started to spread rumors about my mother and how I related to her.

After the memory flashback, they told me something else that rocked my whole life and turned my joyous attitude upside down. I was a Necro-over, an immortal cold person. It made me laugh but also cry in agony, begging for someone to help me rid of this immortality and live as a human, not a monster. But then, Shotaro, Philip's partner, found something else about me, my body temperatures are normal and warm. It makes me wonder why is it. Philip only speculated that my willpower was so strong it defied the laws of Necro-Over. "I ain't Revan", I jokingly said to them but it made me lift my spirits a bit more when I discovered I still have my humanity.

A few years later, they took me in and took the job to help out Akiko. I learned of their identities as Kamen Riders W(Double) and Accel. I managed to learn a lot of topics in preparation for my pursuing course in college Criminology thanks to Philip's access to Gaia Library and giving me books to read from the Gaia Library itself. Then the combination tactics of Terui's experience on how he handles culprits during his days as a Police Superintendent in Futo PD and Shotaro's hard yet half-boiled detective works.

That's what made me through to this day, worked hard to graduate in the course of Criminology and become a 3rd detective of Narumi Detective Office. Though the only question is, what was life gonna throw at my warm, immortal body next after my school days and college days are over?

After a few minutes, Y/n removed the small plate on top to open up the eats his noodles after it was cooked. He switched the news channel once more after getting bored of the entertainment channel as he washes his dishes.

Then when he's done cleaning up, he turns off the TV and goes to bed. But before he closes his eyes to sleep. He thought of the mysterious person who asked him before he was regenerated back to normal.

"Do you have the courage to ride with the devils?"

Y/n: Who... are you? Why did you ask the same question Philip did to his partner?

Y/n then turns off the lights and lamp as he sleeps away in his dream. He dreams of the good times he has with the Narumi team and the stories they told whether it be good and goofy, or sad and horrible. 

But then he suddenly dreams something that was not of his memory. In that dream, he saw a white woman in his perspective. The woman fights him but the inheritor of this memory fights back with his sword. 

He fights her with such fatality even blocking the light of wave attack. But he saw his left arm slowly turning to silver as he cuts it off feeling terrified of this memory as he thrusts his sword into the woman's heart and finally a flash of memory involving a touch of slab activating a mechanism as he looks at the picture of another woman whom he thinks his lover as everything goes blank. All he can hear now is a woman screaming in grief.

Y/n: *gasps* *coughs*

Y/n wakes up and gasps for air. He frantically looked around to see where he was now.

Y/n: Where... am I?

He suddenly saw and looked around that he was in a crater he didn't know if he was protected from something or is it that it was he who created it due to the impact. He suddenly saw that beside him were two briefcases that had cuffs attached to the handles of the case.

Y/n: Best to keep them at me...

He decides to keep it to himself but he first checks his pockets and he finds himself baffled that he's wearing clothing that seems familiar to him. He wears a black shirt underneath and a jacket with red stripes on his jacket's sewed lines atop the shirt. He wears black pants and black boots around.

Y/n: This is... my mother's organization clothing. Though, where is the logo for NEVER?

He found nothing of NEVER's logo as he decided to check himself and saw to his sides that there were two pistols one each and he checked his pockets to find 4 keys two for each, one was original and the other was for backup. He felt like this clothing wasn't enough so he tried to find another piece of clothing before he saw a black cloak with a hoodie but its edges were torn apart due to the crash.

But never the less he grabbed it and wore it around him pulled his hood up and cuffed his wrists to carry the briefcase in his hands before silently leaving. Not knowing that his new enemies, the Noise are watching his every move.

As he traverses this new place carefully he ends up living in an abandoned warehouse that has a bed with no sheets or pillows. He then puts them down and releases his cuffs.to check it out. But there's one problem-

Y/n: Oh man, I need a code here...

But he saw a worktable so he puts it there to leave it and gets out to try and find knowledge of this world. But as he left the Noise sneakily went into the warehouse closer and closer.

Y/n then walks around to try and find sources for where he could find libraries or anything involved in this new world he was in. He suddenly saw a poster of a school named Lydian Academy. He rips it off and goes to that school.

After he reached it, he got to the guard who was guarding the entrance gate and asked for him to enter and had to ask where is their library because he needed some books for something. The guard was somewhat happy to give him access for some stranger to enter the academy.

He shrugs it off and goes to the library, ignoring the looks of all the girls who are curious and confused about his appearance. Even though he didn't know about the school being an all-girl school he entered the library to have access to the pieces of information he needed, not knowing he was being watched by this school's secret agents.

???: Sakuya, who's this cutie?

Sakuya: We don't know, ma'am. But we're currently observing him.

???: What is he searching for, Aoi?

Aoi: Sir, it's just basic knowledge of the world and Noise incidents. Why is he searching those up?

They all watched him in curiosity as they heard him speak.

Y/n: Noises are like monsters, huh? However, the only downside of their creation is that they die after they claim their victims... Hmm... What if I search that up?

Y/n typed on his keyboard of keywords he needed to search up.

Aoi: He's searching up... "Kamen(Mask)", "Rider"?

???: Genjurou, what do you think of this?

Genjurou: I don't know, Ryoko. But it seems we need to keep an eye on this man. He sparked something in me that made me look in interest. 'Kamen Rider? Where have I heard that before...?'

Back outside he saw the info and only found a piece of message. He reads:

Y/n: "08-07-10, don't know what's it for..." Hmm...

Y/n just decided to print it on the papers the printer has and grabbed it before going home. But as he goes back to the warehouse he sees that there is Noise in the room.

Y/n: What the hell are you doing here?!

He began fighting them recklessly not knowing about them yet. He was easily staggered by a person who zipped by and stunned him by piercing his stomach. He coughs out blood and saliva as he is starting to be dogpiled by multiple Noises as he only watches the person get close to the briefcases.

Y/n: Who... are you?!

???; Your end...

Y/n tries to reach out to her and make her top on accessing the briefcase. He then felt his pain regenerate and that adrenaline returned to him as he thought to himself as though it had someone else's thoughts merged.

Y/n: I am... Eternal. My purpose and destiny is out there, and I will carry it out for all eternity! That's why...! I won't...!

But as the assailant is about to unlock the briefcase, the two briefcases open up on their own as the assailant is sent outside the warehouse from the impact, and the warehouse is suddenly hidden from its sight. The assailant grits its teeth and clicks its tongue in annoyance and decides to gather all available Noises and commands them to scavenge the place as she left with her injuries severe.

1 year later

In a crowded park that leads to an arena, a young blonde girl is on a phone with someone on the other side talking to her.

Hibiki: Miku, where are you? I'm already at the stadium!

Miku: Sorry, something came up...

Hibiki: What, why?! You were the one who invited me here!

Hibiki exclaimed so loud that the people surrounding her looked at her in shock. Miku on her house, her father is reading a newspaper and her mother is packing for their little visit.

Miku: My aunt in Morioka got into an accident, and Dad's gonna drive us there now.

Hibiki: I barely know these singers...

Miku: I'm sorry...

Hibiki was just saddened at this and ended the call, she mutters to herself.

Hibiki: I'm starting to think there's a curse on me...

She only looked at the screen on the arena which showed two girls looking at the camera but each in polar positions. Meanwhile backstage of the arena are the staffs getting ready with the two main stars covering themselves in white cloak. The blue girl named Tsubasa is clasping her hands due to feeling the pressure she's carrying. But then she was distracted by the orange girl named Kanade who walked up to her and talked to help ease up the pressure.

Kanade: *sits on a crate* It's hard to fill in the time, isn't it? Just before the show starts is the hardest.

Tsubasa: *nods*

Kanade: *rubs her hair* I'm dying to go wild on stage, but no, he won't let me.

Tsubasa: Yeah...

Kanade: Hm? Oh, Tsubasa. Don't tell me you're nervous.

Tsubasa: *blushing* Why wouldn't I be? Ms. Sakurai said today's especially-

Kanade: *flicks her forehead* Why are you so serious?

Genjuro: Kanade, Tsubasa. There you are.

They turn to see a man wearing red suit, skinny and lanky.

Tsubasa: Commander...

Kanade: Well if it isn't old man Genjuro!

Genjuro: I trust you understand that today is-

Kanade: Of paramount importance, yeah. We know, no sweat.

Genjuro: *smiles* I'll hold you to your words then. The show tonight will decide the future of mankind.

This concert has another meaning, behind the scenes is a group of analysts, engineers, and scientists preparing and typing codes on the computers to activate something. It was a rock that was identified as Nehushtan. The girl named Ryoko has contacted Genjuro on her phone.

Ryoko: Cheerio! Sakurai Ryoko speaking. We're done with the preparations.

Genjuro: Got it. Be there soon. *ends the call*

Kanade: Hehe. Leave the stage to us.

Genjuro nodded as he went partways with the girls and moved on to get back to Ryoko.

In the lobby, Hibiki bought a glowstick as she entered the arena. She looked at the glowstick's logo, Zwei Wing. As she entered the interior, she saw the crowds and the big stage for the concert. She was smiling in glee as she started to find her seat in the crowd. But then Y/n, in a cloak enters the arena as it watches from below. He looks at his hands to see the pair of glowsticks he bought as he mutters.

Y/n: Well, at least it'll make me see firsthand who the Zwei Wing are.

At the backstage, Kanade and Tsubasa are about to enter the stage as Kanade now stretches herself before the performance.

Kanade: So, let's leave all the hard stuff to the Commander and Ryoko and do what we do best on stage!

Kanade saw that Tsubasa is still pressured of performing as she decides to hug her from behind to comfort her which made Tsubasa blushed.

Kanade: You take this too seriously, Tsubasa. A reed before the wind lives on where oaks fall.

Tsubasa: Kanade...

Kanade: You're my partner, Tsubasa. None of this is fun if you look like that.

Kanade holds her hand as Tsubasa finally smiles

Tsubasa: You're right. If we don't enjoy it, how could the audience?

Kanade: Right?

Tsubasa: I'm sure it'll work out as long as we're together.

Kanade nods as she finally sees her partner ready to go with her to perform and start it up with a bang.

Tsubasa: Let's go, Kanade.

Kanade: Yeah! We're Zwei Wing, the two wings that can fly to the ends of the earth.

Tsubasa: We can overcome anything!

As the arena darkens, everyone is now yelling at their excitement. At right moment, the music notes hit the audiences with grace.

Kanade: We're not done yet! The fun is just getting started!

Y/n simply smiled at how graceful they were like swans and their sparkling singing voices were like angels. But then he felt something hot in his pocket, he picked it up and it was a Gaia Memory with the letter E and its background was a glittering rainbow.

Y/n: Trouble...

Underground, the moderators are watching the progress of the Nehushtan armor.

Sakuya: Phonic gain growth within the expected range.

Genjuro: Phew.

Ryoko: Looks like we can call this a success.

Everyone undergisnd are celebrating their success over this trial. But suddenly they received an alarming warning of what was going on with its safety measures.

Genjuro: What is it?! What's going on?

Sakuya: The suppressors can't handle the rising internal pressure!

Aoi: At this rate, the relic will awaken- No, it'll go out of control!

As Kanade and Tsubasa we're about to sing the next song when an explosion erupted from below the arena. Everyone started to panic and the stars were disturbed of it, including Hibiki and Y/n. Kanade can only interpret of one meaning.

Y/n & Kanade: The Noise are coming!

As they're spot on, the Noises began to disperse from the skies and crawling out from the floor. The giant Noise deploys it's platoons by spitting them out from its guts. Y/n was disgusted from this disturbing way of attack.

Y/n: That guy has to be the most disgusting yet I've ever seen in the Noise I've fought before.

Kanade: We need to fly, Tsubasa! Only we can fight them!

Tsubasa: B-But the Commander hasn't... *saw Kanade left* Kanade!

Kanade jumps out as she begun to transform to her gear.

Kanade: Croitzal ronzell Gungnir zizzl

She now transforms into her Symphogear armor named Gungnir and the surroundings change a bit as the Noise's true forms are now apparent instead of being one singular color.

He noticed this too as he heard Kanade singing while fighting making him see her way of fighting. He then saw a young girl, much younger than Hibiki, screaming for help as Noise started to approach her and she cried in helplessness and despair.

*slash* *pow* *stab* *Noise ash*

She saw Y/n holding a knife as she looked up to her savior in awe and surprise.

Y/n: Never thought just only this weapon would kill them. Now kid, get out of this hell and fast! We can only hold them for so long!

She nods and screams thanking him as he kicks one of the worm Noise on its underbelly and kicks it back towards its fellow Noise. He then saw Kanade using her spear as she threw it like a javelin along with other clones of the weapon.

STARDUST∞FOTON

He was amazed by it and focused back on fighting when he stabbed one of the walking Noise to its torso multiple times until slashing its eye gem. He then goes downstairs to clear any Noises that are getting in his way.

Genjuro gets up as he sees multiple dead bodies crushed by the rubble.

Genjuro: Ryoko? Are you there?

He saw the armor moving like an entity

Genjuro: Nehushtan... Armor?

But suddenly more debris started to fall under him as the lab was being destroyed. Kanade continues to fight the Noise and this time Tsubasa transforms into her Symphogear armor and slashes all of Noise with her sword as she's getting to Kanade. Kanade raises her spear which it's head is spinning rapidly to create a devastating tornado attack against all the Noise including the giant one.

LAST∞METEOR

They continue attacking the Noise and Hibiki is watching the incident unfold in front of her innocent eyes.

Hibiki: What is... happening?

Just then all the giant Noise commanded their platoons to attack them with all their might. The Noise transformed into long sharp spikes and the girls dodged them and killed them at the same time following up their attacks with Tsubasa's multiple slashes and Kanade's LAST∞METEOR against them. But then her song ended which spells trouble on her part.

Kanade: So that's as far as I can go?

Kanade blocks an incoming Noise that rams her far back as she's panting, running out of time. But suddenly Hibiki's floor began to crack and destroy as she screamed from the quake. Kanade heard it and saw to her left Hibiki's condition; her knee had a small wound and she couldn't stand up due to the pain she felt when she touched the wound.

But suddenly the Noise discovers her presence and she starts to feel fear and she closes her eyes seeing them closer to her. Kanade arrives to kill the three Noise as she looks back at her in Hibiki's shock.

Kanade: Run! Get out of here!!

She then gets up and limply tries to get to safety as the Noise uses their speed to get to her but Kanade defends her with her spear spinning it like a shield, but the armor is now slowly damaging due to how the Noise's attacks are slowly overwhelming her. Tsubasa kills one of the Noise and sees her partner's situation.

Tsubasa: Kanade!

The giant Noises spits out their deadly poison as Kanade pushes on her defense even further. Tsubasa screams to her partner's name as Kanade yells at blocking the attack with everything she has, resulting in small armor fragments purging from her body and one of the fragments hits Hibiki's vital part which she didn't see it coming.

In shock and horror, Kanade saw this as she was starting to feel the terror of what happened to her as he body hit the wall and was knocked out, still fatally bleeding.

Kanade: Don't die! Open your eyes! Please, don't give up on living!

She can only see the bleeding girl respond by opening her eyes a bit, lifeless and on death's door. Kanade was just glad that Hibiki still is alive, but barely. Kanade then gets up as she thinks to herself while picking up her weapon and walking towards the ever-increasing Noise.

Kanade: I once wanted to sing with an empty soul and body. Look how many came to listen to our songs today. That's why, I wanted to end it with a blast. It's time for my ultimate performance. My greatest aria... My swan song...

As she starts to sing her swan song, Tsubasa hears her voice and cries out to her in despair.

Tsubasa: No, Kanade. Don't sing that song!

Hibiki: I can hear... her song...

Kanade: Yeah. This is my final song. The one that will burn my life away.

As she was about to finish that song and activate it fully, another voice gets in the girl's head. As Hibiki saw a cloaked person running to Kanade.

Y/n: Not on my watch!

Kanade was suddenly chopped on her neck by Y/n who arrived in time. Kanade was knocked out as she coughed up saliva with a bit of blood. Tsubasa was shocked to see a unknown person gets to be in the battlefield without knowing it's consequences.

Y/n: You said you wanted to sing with an empty soul and body. How will that happen if you die? Do you think that will happen for all eternity? If you wasted your life recklessly, when will that happen? If you're gone, what would Tsubasa feel and how can she sing her own songs without your help?

Y/n's voice began to scream out to the whole place, making the civilians and the others watching hear his voice of encouragement and determination.

Y/n: You're all still alive, right?! If my horrible past is going to disappear soon because of what I am, than at least I want to pave a way to the future of this world! So that's why... I'll continue to struggle even if I'm a son of a dead family who has a bad past!

Y/n removes his cloak to see everyone in the arena and the Noise his full figure and looks. He now holds a red device and a white USB.

Y/n: You both must live on, never give up your life away this early! Not now, not ever in your dreams! Because until the day I can engrave all of your song's presence into the world... I will become your eternal beacon of hope!

Flashback

Multiple colors come out of the briefcase one and the other are two bright white and red lights. The colored energies hit every Noise and disintegrate them as he gets up completely fine and healed. He saw the two lights going on his hand as he looked and saw what it was.

Y/n: This is...

The Lostdriver and its memory, an Eternal glowing rainbow as the multiple colors showed themselves in front of him. It shows each motif of different Riders of the Heisei era ranging from Kuuga up to Wizard, except for Double. Two each; original and final forms.

Y/n: So this is it... a power to become a Kamen Rider.

He then saw multiple Noise barging into the warehouse which he would assume the assailant sent everything it got to kill him. Then the Rider memories are all merged in the Eternal Memory as the Eternal Gaia Memory's casing and the background of the letter E are in glittering rainbow colors but the letter remains in its original gold color.

Y/n: To whoever that guy is asking me: I'll ride with the devil, and even lose myself?! So be it!

Flashback end

Tsubasa tends to to her aid as she drag her body away and keep an eye on Hibiki. But then she asks Y/n one question.

Tsubasa: Who... Who are you?

Y/n: *smirks* Just a passing through, Kamen Rider. Remember that.

As he transforms into his Rider form, multiple data colors of white and black covered his whole body and the surroundings is erupting lightning from his sheer power. Tsubasa is looking in awe, Kanade is slowly opening his eyes as she and Hibiki can see his transformation but blurry due to their consciousness drifting from being alive and dead.

Then his body is covered in rainbow flames as it revealed his true form. A black robe appeared, his eye lens glowing yellow, the trident crown shining and on center is a rainbow gem, his rainbow flame-pattern around his arm radiating incredible power and finally his all of his maximum drive slots for all the Gaia Memories he wield are on his left leg, around his chest and right arm.

The new Kamen Rider Eternal has arrived to bring all Noise back to hell.

Eternal: Kamen Rider Eternal. Now, time to send you back to hell.

As he walked forward he felt his heart resonating with an unknown source as he started singing even without knowing what he was singing. Everyone could hear his song. The song of Eternal's past inner turmoil.

He looks at the girls and the cameras who are connected to the news network as he begins engaging the Noise all by himself.

He has begun intercepting the small Noise with punches and kicks. He kicks one of them in the torso as he is sent back to his friends. One of the Noise tries to dogpile him but he slashes its underbelly and looks at them as he continues singing

Tsubasa can only watch as he sings the song, she can feel the song flowing to her heart along with Kanade and Hibiki.

As he continued singing, the girls and other audiences who participated in the concert could hear his song. They can feel the song's meaning as he stabs the next Noise and sings his chorus.

He runs and sends cross-slash waves on all the small Noises eradicating them all, remaining the big ones. He dodges the spit attack from the giant Noise and he stabs its long neck with his knife and drags himself down to kill it brutally. He moves to the next big Noise and simply gashes its long neck and dies due to its leakage of spits.

Mada ima wa Sukuenai boku wo

He then dodged the last big Noise and he removed his Eternal memory and inserted it into his Eternal edge as it announced.

ETERNAL: MAXIMUM DRIVE

Y/n pressed the Maximum Drive button and it rendered the Noise's movement by glitching, and he jumped high and corkscrew kicked the Noise's mouth.

He backflips and lands on the ground to say Eternal's final words to his enemies.

The Noise began screaming to its death with the blue flare fires bursting from inside its body and exploding and becoming ash. 

As the song ended, everyone else was jaw dropped when his finisher rendered the footage corrupted and everyone else started to try and approach the man in the theater but the security wouldn't let them.

Tsubasa can only look at the menacing look of Eternal as he gets close to Kanade, she slowly motions his hand over the handle. But then Eternal spoke to her.

Eternal: Please, Tsubasa Kazanari. Let me tend to her before the medics arrive.

Tsubasa still doesn't trust him as he pulls out a Gaia Memory of a Kamen Rider's motif. He pressed its button and it announced the name of the Gaia Memory.

GAIM

Suddenly the Gaia Memory glowed and Kanade's body glowed as well. She returned to her concert clothing and her cleavage had a tattoo appeared on her as the Gaia Memory was injected into her.

All of the data from the Gaia Memory is now feeding into her as everything else went glowing white and orange, leaving a mysterious result of what Eternal did to Kanade, Hibiki's condition and what is Tsubasa's reaction to it.
