Dahyun's POV

Why is it hard for me to confess my feelings to him? Everyday I say I'm going to do it, but I chicken out and change the subject in the end! You'd think after years of being his childhood friend and living next door to him, I'd be able to tell Minho how I truly feel.

I finished my drink and got up to throw it away. Just as I was putting the empty bottle into the trash can, I got a text. It was a text from Hyunjin. From the way he wrote the message, I guess he sent it to the rest of our friends.

Hyunjin 😀:

Be on the lookout for the International Trinity split up! I saw Sera following me and Kristen.

What could those three be up to now?! I swear, somebody has to do something about them. Sensing a bad feeling about this, I decided to look around the park. Then I felt a tap on my shoulder.

Turning around, I saw Gae-nyun standing there.

Letting out a sigh, I say, "What do you want now, Gae-nyun?"

"Oh, I was just taking a walk around and noticed that you and Minho were talking together." Gae-nyun pretending to be acting casual.

"Yes, and?" I asked with a small hint of annoyance. Clearly I knew she was lying based on the text Hyunjin sent to me. If she and her gang are split up to follow us, she wouldn't just be "walking around".

"Well, since it's been a lo~ng time since the last time you hung out with us, why don't you hang out with us again this time?" Gae-nyun coaxed me.

I then let out a scoff and gave a dirty look at Gae-nyun, "I ain't coming back to your stalking self. I know you well that you're trying to follow me and Minho. And if this is a ruse to try and hurt Kristen, you can forget it!"

Then I walked away from Gae-nyun, not looking back and ignoring her completely.

Gae-nyun's POV

Crap. She already knew this time. Although I don't have Dahyun in my plan now, I had another idea. So I texted Hailey and Sera to meet me at a cafe near the park. The cafe was owned by my aunt that lives here in Seoul. That meant I could easily get a private, secluded spot to talk to the girls secretly, and they knew where to go.

When I got in, my aunt was at the register. She noticed me and had my older cousin escort me to the table I usually sat at.

I sat into the table and waited for Sera and Hailey to come here as soon as possible.

About five minutes later, I heard the door open, turned around to look who's coming in, and yes--there are my other two friends.

Sera and Hailey spotted me in the table I usually sit at and they approached me to sit along.

As they sat with me at my table, I started the conversation.

"So have you spotted what they're doing?" I asked Sera and Hailey.

"I was following Mark and Mina and they seem pretty close together. Until Mark found out that I was stalking them and they ran away to the other side. And yes, I got stuck there while the cars started passing around." Hailey frowned as she crossed her arms.

"Hyunjin and Kristen seemed pretty close as well. They're all being smiley and comfy to each other." Sera told me.

"What all did you get on them, Sera?" I asked, wanting to get more information.

"I couldn't really hear much of the conversation, but when Hyunjin found me out, he went into a bakery with Kristen as other people surrounded them. He spotted me as I walked by. Judging by the look, I figured he would've stayed in longer knowing I'd wait for a long time. I just left." Sera explained as she took a sip of her cappuccino.

"It seems like we hit a dead end on trying to stop that baka American transfer student in year one!" Hailey quietly, yet angrily, exclaimed. She lets Japanese words slip when she's angry.

"Not exactly," I smirked, and this caught Sera and Hailey's attention, "You both remember Dahyun hanging out with us last year, right?"

Sera and Hailey nodded, looking a bit puzzled.

"Yeah and? She doesn't hang out with us anymore because we already showed our true colors." Sera reminded me about Dahyun.

"That is true." I said calmly.

"So what? She'd have to be a complete fool to be persuaded to side with us again so we can get the opportunity to go up against Kristen." Hailey added on.

"A lovesick fool." I said. "Remember. She also stated to us she had feelings for Minho. And still does. I spied on them at the park talking, and it looked like she was trying to confess but couldn't."

"Maybe..." Sera spoke; I sensed that she had another idea.

"What is it?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Maybe we could pretend gossiping about us liking Minho, just to make Dahyun jealous." Sera smirked while telling her idea.

"And I know for a fact, judging by observing him in school, he's also infatuated with Kristen. And he's jealous of Hyunjin for being so close to her. That would be the perfect way to get Dahyun to turn against her so we can stop Kristen once and for all!" I proudly told them.

"You guys are real hard cases indeed!" Hailey compliments me and Sera, luckily she taught slang words from her birthplace, New Zealand. "Oh, and since I happen to have ballet class with Mina and Dahyun, I could also listen in on what they talk about and try to talk to Dahyun then, too."

"That's perfect, Hailey. And Sera, keep tabs on everyone in your hip hop class. I'll be keeping track of everything until we know when to strike." I explained, and they nod, agreeing to my plan.

Chris' POV

Since I live away from my parents in Sydney, I was currently living in my uncle's house. He always lets my friend Felix stay with us as long as Felix wants.

Since we met throughout our mothers, I felt like Felix and I were part of each other's family.

I was sitting at a desk in my room, making some brainstorming for the film class I was with Hyunjin, Kristen, Lee Know and Jeongin.

By the way, I wonder where Felix is at now.

Oh, maybe with his Juliet, of course. And I refer to Eva as his Juliet by the way. It's because Felix seeing Eva up on the balcony for the first time, reminds me of Romeo and Juliet's famous balcony scene.

It kinda makes me chuckle by just remembering the way Felix first looked at Eva.

"Oi Felix, you lovesick puppy." I mumbled and shook my head slightly.

As I kept jotting my ideas down, I heard a gentle knock on the door in my room. I looked up and called, "The door's open!"

The door opened, revealing Felix walking in, carrying his backpack over his shoulder.

He smiled at me apologetically, "Sorry I'm late, mate."

"Oi, no worries mate. You already know I'm always chill with that." I reassured him with a smile on my face, knowing that he hung out with Eva.

I went back to writing my ideas down, yet I started, "By the way..."

"Hmm?"

I turned around with my chair and asked out of 'curiosity', "Did you meet Eva?"

Felix was sitting in his right side bed. He then looked at me as he stopped unzipping his backpack.

He only nodded and quietly spoke, "Yeah. I did."

I could notice the faint pink tint blooming on his cheeks. Maybe he looked shy, even if I mentioned my Pom friend.

I tried not to giggle as a teasing for him, so I just comforted him a bit, "Ey, don't be shy. It's just me and you in this chat, mate."

Felix just stifled a shy chuckle and sighed, "Well, I spotted her while I was on the rooftop."

"I just took all my courage just to meet her. Well, she didn't recognize me at first just because we haven't seen each other a lot today. Yet she understood that...I have fallen into a daze." Felix recalled his experience of meeting Eva.

"We kinda chatted about the famous places we went to in our home countries. And our music tastes. The conversation went smoothly, too."

"That's great, little bro! You managed to get a start somewhere." I congratulated him on making the first move to introduce himself.

"Yea." Felix smiled.

"I never thought that I would be in Hyunjin's shoes all of a sudden honestly. I guess I lied to myself of not being nervous when it comes to girls. I guess it's because of Eva." He admitted shyly.

"Well, that's normal, mate. Boys felt something unusual when they saw girls that captured their eyes. But not all could show how they felt to their crushes in public." I explained to him, just to give him some comfort.

"Some are real experts of not showing their real emotions, but that doesn't mean that you have to be like them. Well, if you want to. And you know what, Felix? It's ok to tell me, if you have a crush on her at first sight." I added.

Sighing, Felix explains,"Okay. I admit it. I did fall in love at first sight. But what am I supposed to do?! She was so beautiful and breathtaking."

"Just chill, mate. No need to rush out. Just be friendly with her, that's all. And when it's time for you to reveal your true feelings to her, go for it. No worries, it'll take time." I told him with a reassuring smile.

"Ok. Guess you're right. Thanks mate. I'll keep that in mind." Felix nodded, agreeing with me and smiled back.

"Sure. Glad that I asked you about that, just to help you out. But I'm going to go back to work on some ideas for the film class." I told as I turned my chair back, going back to my brainstorming ideas for the film class.

"Wait, with Hyunjin, Jeongin, Kristen and Lee Know, right?" Felix asked.

"Mmhm, heard that Kristen is assigned to act with Lee Know. Hyunjin would be in charge of the camera." I told him while thinking some more ideas for the film class project, holding my pencil and staring down at my written notebook.

"That's unexpected." Felix admitted.

I suddenly got confused about what's unexpecting for Felix about Kristen and Lee Know acting together. I mean, is there something wrong with that?

I turned around and asked Felix, with a puzzled look on my face.

"What do you mean that's unexpected, Yongbok?" I asked.

Felix frowned at me, tilting his head and gently scolded at me, "Chris..."

I realized that I called his Korean name, and he does NOT like when his Korean name gets called on.

"Oh, I'm sorry Felix, I didn't mean to call your Korean name honestly." I apologized.

"I know, it's just that I don't like my Korean name that much. I prefer to be called Felix over Yongbok." He admitted and shrugged his shoulders.

"But anyways, it's just that Hyunjin has a crush on Kristen. Despite being nervous about it, he was able to approach Kristen and have a connection with her. And throughout the school day, you'd think he already asked her to be his girlfriend by their closeness." He added on.

"Well I heard that Lee Know is attracted to Kristen as well. He was staring at her the whole time in dance class. Yugyeom told me about it." I told him.

A sudden silence lingered between us. It was the silence of confusion but also...of realization.

"Will that lead to...?" Felix then paused.

Yep. A love triangle.

"Jeez." I muttered as we just realized what will lead to between Hyunjin, Kristen and Lee Know.

"I have to admit that this first year will go nuts, mate." I deeply sighed.

"Tell me about it... this will be one wacky year. I'm kinda worried about Hyunjin right now." Felix admitted, a hint of worry crossing his face while shaking his head slightly.

We thought that no one would get involved in any mess, but it seemed like something had started up between the group of friends.

"I'm sure that Lee Know would like another girl over Kristen. Who knows?" I reassured him.

"Such as Dahyun, the same person that likes Lee Know?" Felix asked. "Kristen told me that her best friend, Dahyun, often talked about him when they talked on the phone. And they also met up at the park."

"Didn't you say Kristen admitted that she started liking Hyunjin, as well?" I asked him in curiosity.

Felix shook his head and said, "Hyunjin only."

"So...she doesn't have a liking at Lee Know yet at Hyunjin she does. Hyunjin likes her but Lee Know likes her too. No wonder why they each got a carton of milk for her to match their own." I spoke to myself.

Thoughts were rapidly piling up into my head, yet I shook my head slightly, brushing them away. I let out a deep sigh, feeling something wrong might happen between those three.

"I had a bad feeling that...it would end up a huge mess." I admitted.

"I agree... this whole year is gonna be a huge mess. We got a love triangle. Well... sort of, and International Trinity's on some of our tails. What can we do?" Felix asked, shaking his head slowly.

"At least..I'm honestly glad that...I didn't get to experience this but...I feel bad." Felix spoke, still feeling a bit worried.

"I know. I know how you feel." I muttered while nodding.

I sighed out deeply, trying not to weigh this atmosphere.

"Well, let's not get carried away and...yeah." I decided as I turned back again to jot down my ideas.

Narrator's POV

Eva was sitting on her desk in her bedroom, continuing drawing the sketch she started from art class in school. It was a while after she arrived home from school. Well actually, Felix walked her home before he went to Chris' home all by himself.

She was looking at the photo she took of the black swan and white swan forming the heart shape. Studying the texture, the outlines, the details that may seem possible to draw. She then kept drawing on the sketchbook.

She then heard the door opening, and it was her older male cousin, who just arrived from the university.

"Hey, prima." He greeted her.

"Hey, primo." She smiled. "Did you just arrive here?"

He nodded and said, "Yeah, I was busy working and studying in the library along with my colleagues. Not to mention I was leading the study group too."

"How did it go?" Eva asked him.

"It went okay, we were just getting started with the first chapter of the textbook we're reading." He told her and she just nodded.

He then asked her, "How was your first day of school today?"

"It was great! I was kinda a bit nervous in the first class, but I made a lot of new friends then." She told him.

"I'm glad to hear that. Sounds like you're liking it there already. Is that a drawing you're working on?"

She glanced down on her swans drawing and said, "Oh yeah, I started working on it from school. Looks pretty, huh?"

"Definitely. I'm just gonna leave you to keep on working, ok? Oh, Mami's gonna make some dinner soon so I'll let you know when it's ready." He said as he walked away from her room.

"Ok." She nodded with a smile.

Actually, she didn't want to tell anyone about one thing: The pretty, freckled boy she met today.

Yeah, she knew it's normal to feel attracted to someone. Yet also she's a type of person who keeps some things to herself, as if it was very personal for her. She doesn't want anyone else to know.

While staring at her unfinished drawing, she remembered the very first time they first saw each other during lunch break. She still cannot forget the way he looked at her while she was standing on the balcony.

The look he had on her that time was never something cliche as she expected. It was more like seeing through each other's souls. Their eyes had their very first conversation on that lunch break outside.

Eyes and words may not go together, but their eyes speak more than just literal words coming out from their mouths.

She then glanced at the photo of the two swans once again as the same question came back into her thoughts:

"Who is my white swan?"

The attraction she felt since then was unbearable. She doesn't know what kind of feeling this is.

Yeah, she never knew that she fell for him at first sight.

Also she doesn't want to admit everything about it. Yet at least expected for her is that anything could change around her.

She suddenly heard a notification ding from her phone, picked it up and saw a new message...from Felix.

'Hey Eva! 😊'

Yeah, she and Felix exchanged each other's numbers before she headed back home.

Honestly, it was unexpected for her. Yet, she slightly smiled and started typing as a reply to him,

'Hey Felix! 😊'

Then he replied, 'How are you doing?'

'Just taking a break from working on my assignments. Hbu?' She typed and replied to him.

She saw him typing and he replied, 'Same here 😂'

She slightly chuckled at his reply, realizing they both have the same time of taking breaks. And that's when they started texting each other as a conversation.

Chaeyoung's POV

It was getting late, and Kristen and I changed into some pajamas. We're laying in her bed. Since she moved back to Seoul, my parents let me spend the night with her. We also snacked on the macarons Hyunjin bought for her earlier today.

"I'm happy you're able to have a sleepover with me, Chaeyoung Eonni!" Kristen happily tells me, hugging me in the process.

I giggled and told her, "Me too, Kristen! It's been a while since the last time we had a sleepover."

"What do you want to do before we go to bed, Eonni?" My little cousin asks me.

"Well," I said, hoping she agrees to what I'm going to say, "you already know we decided to celebrate my birthday and your family moving here by going camping, right?"

"Yes." She says curiously.

Scooting closer to Kristen, I quietly said, "Eomma said we each can bring a plus one, so maybe you can invite Hyunjin so you two can spend more time together, and maybe you could text him and ask him."

"Eh-WHAT?! But I just--met him today! I don't know if I can do that all of a sudden." Kristen expressed her disbelief.

"So you'll be able to get to know him more! Plus this will give you the chance to be able to find Jinnie. You did say Hyunjin wanted to help you with that, right?" I asked.

Looking down at the necklace in her nightstand drawer, she replies with, "That would be great, but I also want us to be able to have fun. I also don't want to put that pressure on him because I care deeply for him."

"Oh no need to worry about that, little cousin. I'm sure he'd love to come over." I smiled at her.

Kristen still looks hesitant to send the message.

"I don't know, Eonni. I'm shy." She says, fidgeting with her phone, which thankfully is unlocked.

Hugging her, I reassured, "There, there, Haneul. Everything will be okay. You'll be fine." Then I sneakily grabbed the phone from her hands and searched Hyunjin's contact.

I get up, and she starts screaming and chasing me around the room, "YAH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" as I text Hyunjin and read out loud:

"'Hyunjin. My family and I are going camping next month. They said I could invite anyone I want. Would you like to go with me?' And send!"

"CHAEYOUNG EONNI! DELETE THAT TEXT RIGHT NOW!" Kristen exclaims as she tackles me to the bed, and I started laughing because of her reaction and her tickling me.

Looking at her phone, I see Hyunjin read it, and now typing a message.

"Kristen! Look! He's writing back!" I exclaimed with a smile.

"WHAT?!" she yells. Then she gets off of me whilst snatching her phone back. "OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! WHAT DO I DO?! WHAT DO I DO?!"

The door opens and there stands my aunt, who happens to be Kristen's mother. She was smiling and giggling.

"Hanuel, why are you screaming so loud at night? Did Chaeyoung tell a scary story again like she did when you were kids?" She joked.

"Eomma. I'm not a child anymore. And sorry about the screaming, it's just that..." Kristen then gave me a playful glare and I started giggling.

"Kristen figured out who she's inviting to the camping trip, Auntie!" I said, and got elbowed hard by Kristen.

"Ow!" I yelped and rubbed on my arm gently after being elbowed at.

"That's wonderful. I can't wait to meet your friend. But please keep the noise down so you don't disturb your Appa." Auntie says.

"Yes Eomma." Kristen says.

I added, while playfully rolling my eyes, "I promise not to scare her anymore Auntie."

"Good night girls." Auntie tells us and leaves the room.

The phone dings and we see a reply from Hyunjin.

His reply says, "I love camping! It's one of my favorite things to do in my free time with family and friends! Of course I would love to go with you! 😊"

"Way to go little cousin! Your boyfriend said yes!" I happily told her, even happier knowing my plan worked.

Kristen looked at me in disbelief and warned me, "I swear to God, Chaeyoung, this will be your fault if Hyunjin asks me out next time!"

"Your welcome, Hanuel!" I say, hugging her and acting like I'm about to kiss her.

She tries to shove away my face and act like she's disgusted.

"Get away from me!" She then pouted, crossed her arms and turned away.

"You know you love me, baby cousin!" I tell her, hugging her from behind.

"Yes, but you shouldn't sneak up my phone like that! Even without my permission!" Kristen interjected.

"I'm sowwy!" I baby talked to my cousin as I used aegyo to make her feel better, or at least try.

I can see Kristen trying not to laugh but gave up anyways, and we ended up laughing together.

"Aish, but seriously, you don't have to do that!" Kristen slightly whined.

"Oh, you'll be fine! I'm sure he'd love to spend time with you while camping!" I reassured her.

"You really think he likes me? A mixed ethnicity girl from the USA he just met today? I'm not so sure about that!" Kristen says in disbelief, covering her cheeks with her hands.

"I don't think he does. I know he does! He was being such a gentleman to you in school and out of school. And I got told you two held hands after school." I explained to her.

Kristen looked at me still in disbelief, which made me smirk and was about to laugh.

"But...who told you?" She nearly stammered.

"Maybe Mina might've seen you two and texted me on her way to the café." I said, and tried to stifle my laughs.

Kristen poked her tongue as if she tried not to get annoyed but sighed and faced down anyway.

I just ended up giggling at Kristen's reaction. "Oh don't get too annoyed for that, Haneul." I spoke in a squeaky tone of her voice, as if I was babying Kristen.

"I am not a baby, Eonni!" She defensively spat back.

"Right~" I teased as I jokingly rolled my eyes at her.

"But you still are in our family." I added in. "Besides, I heard that Jeongin is the youngest in our school. He doesn't want to admit that he's a baby. But I think he still is because he got babied a lot by you and Eva. Guess that Jeongin is a baby anyway and he can be a mischievous kid sometimes. So, I guess you're not alone."

Kristen then shrugged her shoulders off and said, "Think you're right."

I let out a chuckle and reassured to her, "Hey, but you'll be fine. I know Hyunjin's a nice and sweet guy."

"Yeah." Kristen nodded as she agreed with me.

I then gave her a pat in the back to make her feel okay now.

Hyunjin's POV

I was finishing up some homework after taking a shower and changing into my night clothes. As I finished my English homework, my mind wandered off to Kristen. Not too long ago, she asked me if I'd want to go camping with her and her family. Luckily my parents agreed to let me go since I told them a lot about her as soon as I got home.

I wonder what camping with Kristen looks like. I bet we get to have stargazing because I always love stargazing at night.

Besides...what's creative for me is that I dance in the dark. It may sound weird because I might not see myself with my movements, or end up stumbling myself. But while dancing in the dark, I felt like no one was watching. I could only focus on myself without distraction. I could feel myself the only one standing in a pitch dark space, and dance like I was floating on air.

Who knows, maybe she might want to watch me dance outside in the dark. Usually when I practice dancing in the dark, I prefer to be alone. However for Kristen, I would gladly make an exception.

As close as Lee Know and I are, I'm glad it'd be just me and Kristen during her family camping trip. It makes me feel uneasy when he gets close to her. Although I hate to admit it, I guess I'm jealous about the idea of Lee Know also liking Kristen and she somehow falls for him instead of me.

With this bad thought on my mind, I took my pocket watch sitting beside my papers and looked at it. Thinking about Tokki during times like this really helps me feel better.

Something else came into mind as I looked closer at my pocket watch. More in particular, at the chain attached to it. That's when I thought back to walking with Kristen after school.

I remember exactly what her necklace looks like. The key that can open the pocket watch.

I looked way back in my childhood; the flashback came into my memory again.

Me as a young boy giving Tokki the necklace in the hospital room.

"So we'll have a connection even when we're apart?" Tokki guessed, fiddling with the key of the pocket watch.

I nodded at her, with the reassuring smile still plastered on my face. "Even when we're apart. Yet...there will be the time where I'll have to find you...no matter what it takes. No matter what path I'm on."

"There's so many paths in life, but I'll follow the one that leads to you." She reassured me.

Her last words echoed through my thoughts.

"Tokki?" I whispered out of my thoughts.

I felt like I'm starting to realize something, but I wasn't so sure if it's true.

Could Kristen be...the same girl I call her Tokki? Or what if it's another coincidence and she just has a necklace with a similar chain?

Honestly, I don't wanna get my hopes up because I want to make sure I really found Tokki after all this time. Since I'm becoming great friends with Kristen, I don't wanna concern her, or creep her out. Maybe I will start off slowly to figure it out if I have time. Although, I'm still hoping that I will find Tokki no matter what.

Anyways, I'm kinda more interested in what's in store for tomorrow. Maybe filming with cameras would be fun to learn in film class. Since some of my first year friends are going to help me out, it would be more fun as well. The only thing I need to do is...well...keep an eye on Kristen when Minho's around.

I then picked my phone to text Felix, just wondering how himself and Chan are doing for the short film project.

I typed, 'Hey Felix, how are the ideas coming along with Chan for the film class?' And sent it to him.

After sending him the text, I thought back to dance class, and what he told me during math about Minho looking at Kristen during dance class. Knowing Felix will also be in my film class, I'm sure I'll be fine. All I'm hoping for is Bang Chan doesn't come up with something for Kristen and Minho that will have them very close to each other.

My phone dinged, indicating I got a message. It was from Felix.

It said, 'Hey Hyunjin! Our ideas seemed to be going pretty well this time. 😊'

Then I saw that he started typing more. Then, his new text said, 'I honestly thought that you were going to act with Kristen. What happened? Is it because of Minho?'

I replied with, "Honestly, I have no idea. I thought the teacher would've paired me with her, but I guess not. Let's just hope she doesn't let Minho and Kristen get too close during the film."

After sending the reply, I finished my homework and put it away. It frustrates me every time I think about Kristen with that guy. He may be my friend, but I can't help the jealousy that boils inside of me.

"Everything will be alright! 👍" Felix replied to my message.

I began texting about the camping trip she invited me to, and how excited I am about it. That's right. She did invite me to go camping with her and her family. This again eases me because she and I will spend more time together. Maybe she'd possibly fall for me, too.

"Ooh a camping trip?! Guess that would be romantic, don't you think? 😏" Felix replied to me as a tease.

"Very funny! 🙄" I replied back, actually rolling my eyes.

I could imagine the snicker behind Felix's recent text. Yet...I got something else in my mind that made me smirk. The girl Felix fell in love at first sight. Guess that would be a good payback for that Aussie friend of mine.

"And what about your Juliet? Did you meet her, Romeo? 😏" I texted back as a tease, more likely unexpected for Felix.

Oh, I can imagine Felix trying not to screech out of defeat, and that made me snicker lightly.

Then I saw Felix's reply, "You shut your cakehole, Hwang Hyunjin! 😑"

I let out some snickers, then I replied and sent it to him saying, "Oh tell me about it, because my hearing holes are ready to listen about meeting the girl you're in love with! 🤣"

Then Felix replied to me, "Good night then! Catch you later! Don't talk to me the next day!"

That made me snicker and slightly wheeze out of laughter. Gosh I tried not to laugh so hard at his hilarious reply. I slowly turned and kicked on the bed with my two feet together. I'm sure that Felix would be so angry at me the next day.

"Gosh, poor Felix. I made him so mad right now." I mumbled, while trying to collect my breaths from laughing.

The next day...

Eva's POV

After eating breakfast, I went to Tzuyu's house to pick her up so she and I could walk to school together. She and I didn't live far from each other, which also meant we get to see each other a lot.

I stood in front of her house, waiting for Tzuyu.

I then picked my phone and texted Tzuyu, "Hey Sally, I just came here in front of your house, just to let you know." And sent it to her.

A minute later, I see her exit the house. She approached me and we started walking to school together.

"Hey there, Sally. How are you doing?" I smiled at her, while walking.

"Oh fine," she said, "I'm just preparing for the new school day."

"Me as well. Well, today's the second day by the way. Hope it will go more smoothly this time than yesterday." I hoped.

"I hope so, too. Yesterday was quite eventful. I just can't wait for the second period!" She happily responded.

"What about the second period, Sally? I mean, is it something that I don't know about?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Of course to sit with you and our friends, Eva! Being with my best friends always comforts me!" Tzuyu says in an excited tone.

"Yeah that, but..." I paused as I slightly bit my lower lip, wondering if I should say something else or not.

"I mean...is it something between you and Changbin?" I asked her, not meaning to tease around but...it got me curious honestly.

"Changbin? He's our friend and all, but I didn't specifically say that it was him," Tzuyu tried to sound normal.

"But hey...it's ok if you have a liking for Changbin. I mean, yesterday in our second period, he was actually blushing in front of you when he smiled back at you. You know, when he tried to make a funny sound." I told her as a reassurance.

Tzuyu was looking down, obviously her face was flushed red.

"Does this mean you two are secretly dating?!" I asked out of curiosity and excitement.

"Could you be any louder?!" She covered my mouth in embarrassment. "Actually though, he and I aren't together. I don't even know how he truly feels about me. And if Changbin and I were to be dating, I wouldn't want to keep it secret."

I felt kinda embarrassed asking that to Sally out loud, but I understood what she said if she were dating Changbin.

"I see." I nodded.

Then I heard someone calling, "Hey, wait up!"

I turned around and it was our bestie Changbin, rushing towards us. I chuckled, "Don't worry, you're just in time, mate."

Changbin stopped between me and Tzuyu.

I saw that the two of them were blushing. I tried not to giggle so loud so I looked away. Changbin broke the silence by talking about a song he was working on. We asked if we could hear it sometime, but he said that it'll be a while before he could let anyone listen to it.

We arrived at school on time and went to our homerooms. Changbin and I of course were in the same homeroom class. So we went to class before school officially started, and he pulled me to the corner so he could talk to me in private.

"What's wrong, Changbin?" I asked, tilting her head out of curiosity.

"Well, you see Eva...I'm not sure if I could say this but I felt the guts to. The reason why I'm waiting to release the song is because I have a crush with Sally. I just want to show her how I feel towards her." Changbin told me.

"I knew it." Eva muttered as she snapped her fingers.

"I've liked her since she and I were in middle school, but I didn't know how to tell her at first." Changbin confessed.

"You don't need to rush it all at once. If you can't think of what to say right now, it's ok. It's better to think deeply of what to confess." Eva reassured him.

"I really would like to spend more time with her before I confess, though. That way, I could build up the courage to tell her and so I can figure out the perfect way to tell her how I feel." He added on.

"It's better that way, Changbin. Spending more time with Tzuyu, would definitely lead you to confess." Eva guessed.

"Maybe...I could help you out if you need some." Eva offered him some help.

"That would mean a lot to me, thank you Eva." Changbin said with a smile, and I nodded him with a smile as a response.

The bell rang, meaning school has started, and it was time for us to take our seats. We immediately sat down and pulled out our homework assignments. As we pulled out our textbooks for our Korean language class, I noticed Felix glancing at me every now and then.

I'm not gonna lie, because I glanced back at him every now and then as well. I do not know what kind of feeling this is right now. Is this just...attraction? Or is it more than that?

I deeply sighed as I went back to concentrate on the textbook. I pulled out my notebook from my backpack to take notes.

Later, the bell rang, indicating that our first class is over. I was packing my materials, yet the good thing is that I still have the materials for next class, so I don't have to go to the locker this time.

While the teacher went away for a moment, I looked at Felix, packing his materials in his black backpack as well.

"Hey." And he looked at me.

"I caught you glancing at me the whole time." I teased him.

He smirked and chuckled, "I ain't the only one. You were doing the same thing to me."

I jokingly rolled my eyes and stifled a chuckle.

"Besides, you have something on your face." He told me.

I tilted my head and said with a smile, "What about yours? Your freckles."

I swear why I have been so bold of this?! Not to mention that I noticed the faint pink color appearing on his cheeks! And he tried not to giggle but failed and we ended up giggling together. I could see him hiding his face with his hands. Gosh, I feel like my face is about to burn. He looks blooming cute when he gets shy!

But seriously, his freckles are a beauty mark on his face!

"No but really...they look so unique on you." I complimented him about his freckles.

"Really?" He asked me with his sweet smile.

I smiled back and nodded, "Yeah."

And I could see the shade of his blush turning to a light red. Not gonna lie but I'm slightly blushing as well.

"Well, what I was just gonna say...there's something on your face." He then paused as we stared at each other in silence for about ten seconds.

"What is it, by the way?" I asked in curiosity.

He then approached me and placed both of his hands on my ear, as if he was gonna tell me a secret.

Then he whispered..."Your beauty."

Is he serious? I mean, I know he said that but did he just say that for real?

Please tell me if I'm dreaming. No. This is for real.

So I got beauty in my face, is that what he just told me?!

I mean...I was in complete disbelief. My heart is already fluttering and I'm blushing right now! Not to mention that I see his cheeks in rose pink this time.

"Really?" That was all I could say and he just nodded smiling despite blushing.

I faced down and buried my blushing face. "Stop, don't say that." And I ended up chuckling. Now I'm the one getting shy.

I heard his soft chuckles as well. So I looked at him and he told me, "Come on. I'll take you to your class if you want me to."

"Absolutely. That'll be nice." I agreed with a smile still plastered in my face.

So we walked out from our homeroom together.

Jackson's POV

I was surprised that I'm the first to arrive in class. The only weird thing is that I'm kinda alone. Until I heard some chatting behind me. I turned around and saw Eva standing by the door talking to some boy. He looks familiar to me honestly but I can't remember how---yet his freckles are obvious.

Them smiling and giggling together looked like a couple would already do. That made me smile but I tried not to giggle about it. They shared a hug before he walked away and her coming here in the classroom.

Just as she spotted me sitting in the front row, she took it by surprise.

"Jackson?!" She whispered.

"Surprised?" I asked and ended up chuckling.

"What in the blooming heck are you doing here, I thought I came here first!" She said, looking a bit startled.

"Who was that guy you were speaking to earlier?" I asked, wiggling his eyebrows. I nudged her arm a little, super curious about him.

She jokingly rolled her eyes and told me, "Just a friend. He's Aussie."

"Oh, he's Aussie too?" I asked her, surprised.

Well since I met Bang Chan yesterday, I knew that he is Aussie. Yet I didn't know that the boy she was chatting with is Aussie as well.

She nodded.

"I met him yesterday at the rooftop. We have something a lot in common, even though we're from different English-speaking countries." She told me with a smile.

I nodded and replied, "Ah, I see."

"What's his name by the way?" I asked.

"Felix."

"Felix, huh? " I replied.

"He's Chris' friend too. They met through their moms back in Sydney." Eva told me.

Jackson nodded. "Ah, okay. I got you." I replied. "Well, I can see he's a very good friend of yours." He stated.

"Yeah. Oh, by the way...I think Changbin needs some help from me along with others." She told me.

"What's up?"

"Changbin was waiting to release his song because he wanted to confess his feelings to Tzuyu. He wasn't sure how but I told him not to worry about it. Just to take his time. He told me he's gonna spend some more time with her." She told me about Changbin finding his way to confess to Tzuyu.

"I think I know just the right people Changbin could go to for this kind of purpose." I replied, knowing who could be useful for something like this.

"Who?" She asked as she slightly tilted her head.

"JB and Jisung. JB's tutoring Jisung in songwriting and producing music. That way they can help Changbin more." I told her.

I saw the look on her face as if she doesn't look interested in those two boys I mentioned. I wondered if she doesn't have some good terms with them.

"Is something wrong, Eva?" I asked her with a hint of concern.

Eva shook her head and told me, "You can tell them instead of me. No need to worry about it."

I have a feeling that she didn't get along with JB and Jisung before, yet since I don't want to push her to tell me something's wrong, I just nodded.

We sensed more students coming, even Changbin, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung. Guess the class is about to start in a few minutes.
