It has been a hot minute since I've updated. Let's remedy that.

Confession Description: I think that if Apple, REALLY wanted to follow her destiny, she will had painted her her hair black; so that nobody would be critizing her about being blond(don't get me wrong, I like the idea of her being blond; but I think that wanting to change the story so she can stay blond, is a little bit rebellious for Apple White)

Rebelliously_Yours' Take: My head hurts.
What is this? Semicolons and conjunctions? They cannot be together.

Can I rewrite this? I'm going to rewrite this.
(I will do this if I cannot understand what I am reading.)

Rewritten Confession Description: I think that if Apple really wants to follow her destiny, she will have her hair dyed black so that no one would be critizing her for being a blond (don't get me wrong, I like the idea of her as a blond, but I think that wanting to change the story so she can stay blond is a little bit rebellious for Apple White).

Rebelliously_Yours' Take No. 2: Confessioner, I strongly advise you to read her original doll diary, the first book and rewatch some of the webisodes.

Apple White was pretty darn upset that she didn't inherit her mother's dark hair, yes. Especially since she wants to follow her destiny so badly.

The Great Apple White cringed because she overheard some of the maids in her castle talking about the lack of black (accidental rhyming quh-ween!) in her hair, and she probably gets questioning looks from people who are fondly familiar with the well-known tale to this day, yes.

However, this is the bottom line: Apple White was and still is determined to show Ever After that looks don't matter when it comes to running a kingdom/queendom.

She is not rebellious for keeping her blond locks because of that very reason.

Also, if you like her as a blond, why would you want her to change it just because of critizism?

Personally, I think it was ingenious of Mattel to break away from hexact replicas of their parents and give them real personalities and looks. I mean, look at Poppy! The girl has dyed a side of her hair purple. Purple!

I believe a lot of people in the fandom like her hair as well.

And anyways, what's a good queen (or story or life) without a little conflict?
Life is a rollercoaster, you can't just want to rush ahead to the smooth parts. You have to handle the ups and downs of it as well.
