April was your perfect girl.

Not because she wore all pink and glitter and would give you tips on how to seduce boys.

She actually was quite the opposite of that.

She had her life together.

She knew exactly what she needed, and femininity was not on her list.

When you were around her, you felt as though you had just discovered how to breathe properly.

And in a way, you really did, because after all the sleepovers she would make you go out and do yoga with her and then make so much healthy and beautiful looking breakfast that it would last until the afternoon.

And just when you thought you'd finished she would ask if you wanted to go to this cute café she'd recently discovered.

The only answer she accepted was yes, and so you would go out, even if it was raining – then she would just laugh at the sceptical look on your face and grab an umbrella which she never used because she loved to dance in the storm.

And when you came back, wet hair sticking to your faces, she would be incredibly anxious to go in because she didn't want to get any of the raindrops onto the piles of books that were laying around all over her place.

But once you'd gotten in, she would open all the windows in her living room so she could breathe in the world.

Then you would cuddle up in blankets and stare at the flickering candles while she was happily typing away on her laptop, writing yet another article for her blog.
