Preeta was working in her cabin, when she heard a knock. She made an irritating face.

Preeta : (in mind) ughh....wohi khadoos hoga, jab dekho tab aa jata hai, pata nahi kuch kaam hai bhi ya nahi usse.

She saw no one came inside. Then she get up, and went to open door.

Preeta saw here and there but find no one, she shrugged her shoulder and closed the door.

On turning back....

"Bhawwwwww......"

Preeta shouted loudly.

Preeta : aaaaa......

She had covered her face being afraid, breathing a bit heavy.

But loud laughs make preeta out of trance. She removed hand from his eyes, and see Karan. Preeta angrily removed his hand.

Preeta : (angrily) tum...

Karan was continuously laughing hard at her.

Karan : (laughing) oh god...apni.. hahaha.... apni shakal Dekho... Hahaha..

Preeta took a deep breath, but still angry.

Preeta : (angrily) sir aap ye karne aaye the yaha par.

Karan stopped his laugh anyhow.
He went and sit on chair with legs on table.

Karan : (raising collar with attitude) I am Karan Luthra, meri company hai, mai chaahe kuch bhi karu.

Preeta widened her eyes.

Preeta : (annoyed) what...aapka office hai to Kya kisiko bhi darate firenge sir aap.

Karan saw her with stern face. He stand up and adjust his clothes. Preeta got scared for a minute seeing sudden change.

Karan move a bit closer to preeta.

Karan : bilkul nahi, mai kisiko Kyu darau. Mai to tumhe daraunga.

Saying this, he again burst out in laughter and went out laughing.

Preeta : (annoyed) yeh...

At last, she also chuckled.

Preeta : pura paagal hai.

Preeta was packing her stuffs. Again she was late to reach her home, like sometimes.

Karan : (from behind) mai drop Kar du.

Preeta turned and saw Karan.

She was about to deny.

Preeta : wo...

Karan : (annoyed) dekho ab Mana mat karna, mai tumhaara kidnap nahi karunga, Jo jitni baar lucha hai utni baat Mana Kar deti ho.

Preeta giggled,and nod her head giggling.

Preeta : ok.

Karan : (smiles) good, come in parking area, I am waiting for you.

Preeta : ok.

Karan left and preeta left from there too after a couple of minutes.

Preeta went in parking area,and sat with Karan.

Karan stopped the car after some minutes.

Preeta : Kya hua.

Karan : don't know, let me check.

Karan went out of car, and returned after enquiring.

Karan : (from outside) preeta, they are telling koi work on going hai, to thoda time lagega.

Preeta : accha, ok..(looking here and there) umm...sir of you don't mind, jab Tak ham ice cream khaa le. (excitedly)

Karan : ha sure, lekin I don't eat, to tum khaalo.

Preeta : ok..

Preeta get out of car, and moving towards Karan, she grabbed his hands softly, and took him to vendor.

Karan : are..Preeta...tum...

Preeta : (to vendor) excuse me, ek Choco chips and (to Karan) aur tum bhi Choco chips ya vanilla..

Karan was nodding his head in no, as he wanted to deny but Preeta wasn't letting him.

Preeta thanked vendor, and handed over him one ice cream.

Karan sighed, and began to eat.
But he smiled lovingly seeing her.

Karan ran in his home's hall. Preeta was behind him.

Karan : tum chalogi...Maine kaha na.

Preeta : mai nahi chalogi, tum aise mere saath zabardasti nahi Kar sakte.

Karan : (laughing) ho Gaya tumhaara.

Preeta was going ahead, but rakhi came in between.

Preeta : oh sorry..

At that time, Mahesh also came down, and asmina was already enjoying the show.

Rakhi : are koi baat nahi, tum preeta ho na (Preeta nods) asmina need mujhe bataya tha. Aur beta aise bhaago mat, gir gai to.

Preeta : (cry baby face, holding her hand) aunty, dekhiye na ye karan, zabardasti keh raha hai.

Suddenly asmina's laugh disappeared and Mahesh also become serious. Both exchanged glances of each other.

Preeta : (continuing) mai Mana Kar rahi hu fir bhi nahi sun raha, isiliye mai bhaag rahi hu, aur...

Suddenly Karan came, and take rakhi's hand from Preeta.

Karan : oh hello. Preeta Arora,Tim mere Ghar aakar, Meri hi Mom ko mere khilaaf bhadka rahi ho.

An unexpected shock to trio. While a light smile appear on rakhi's face.

Preeta : what, Mai nahi bhadka rahi hu.

Karan : tum bhadka rahi ho.

Preeta : nahi

Karan : haa..

Preeta : nahi..

Karan : haa..

Preeta/Karan : aunty/mom aap hi batao, mai/yeh aisa nahi Kar rahi hu/hai na.

Rakhi : (still shocked, with smile) Mai khaana laga deti hu.

Preeta/Karan : whattt.....

Preeta : (to Karan) dekho tum...

Karan : Mai kuch nahi sun raha Hu.

Both again start to ran behind each other.

Rest was seeing them lovingly.

Preeta and Karan was shown walking and eating ice cream, but Karan noticed preeta glaring him while eating.

Karan : Kya hai, aise Kyu dekh rahi ho.

Preeta : (glaring) kisine mujhse kaha tha, (mimics) Mai ice cream nahi khata.

Karan laughed while Preeta huffed.

Karan : ha nahi khaata, jabhi tumne khilaaya to acchi lagi mujhe, isiliye khaaya.

Preeta : accha Ji.

Karan : haanji. Accha Preeta, waise I am surprised, tumne golgappe ka stall nahi notice kiya, us din bhi aur aaj bhi.

Preeta : uff...Maine notice Kiya tha, us din bhi aur aaj bhi.

Karan : (shocked) what...aur tumne khaaya nahi.

Preeta : (casually) nahi kyu...

Karan : Kyunki, ladkiyo ko to bohot pasand hota hai na, golgappe, chocolate, ice creams and all.

Preeta : haa, lekin mujhe nahi pasand. Matlab Mai kabhi kabhi mood par khaati hu bajarbattu, so stop over thinking.

Karan : ha.. (annoyed) lekin stop calling me from those weird names.

Preeta : (giggles) I won't.

Karan huffed while Preeta laughed seeing him.

Preeta was arranging files, cleaning stuffs, making karan's breakfast, and etc.. but all Karan Karan was doing is staring preeta with each sip of coffee of increasing attraction being lost in her.

Preeta noticed him staring her, she was now more frustrated. She bang the file on table. Karan came back to his senses being jerk.

Karan : (shocked) Kya hua, aise patka kyu.

Preeta : (annoyed) isse tumhe kya, tum to apni coffee ke maze lo bas, aur mujhpe haso.

Karan smirk at her innocence for not understanding his gaze too.
Preeta narrowed her eyes at him.

Preeta : Kya hua ab, aise has Kyu rahe ho.

Karan kept his mug aside, stood up, and start to move closer to preeta, while she was confused.

Preeta : ky..Kya hua...

Karan was coming close to her, and she was moving backwards, at last, she find herself pinned to the wall.

Karan : (gazing in her eyes) nahi leta hu mai coffee ke maze, bas. Sirf tumhaare maze lu ?

Karan softly

tucked her hairs behind her ear, and she closed her eyes for a second

Preeta's heartbeat suddenly rise. Karan was smirking.

Preeta : (stammering) ho gai... Tum..tumhaari flirting shuru.. hato kaam....hai mujhe.

Preeta slightly pushed karan, Karan was about to pull her back, but suddenly both fell down on floor. Both shouted.

Suddenly eyelock create between them.

Karan was somewhere intensely seeing her. Preeta was feeling confused.

Their gaze deepens down, with each passing second.

Finally, preeta somehow same to her sense.

Preeta : hato...

Karan : (lost) haa...

Preeta : hato upar se, to Maine ... uthungi....na

Karan came back to his sense, he immediately get up from floor. So preeta does. Karan was feeling a little awkward.

Karan : wo...wo preeta, Mai wo soch Raha tha, ki wo new project me baare me. To baad me discuss Kar lenge.

Preeta : (nodding head) ok. Can I.. go now.

Karan : yes.

Preeta hurriedly left from there. While a smile appeared on karan's face remembering her.
