New dawn crept in the town. It perfectly aim on the couple sleeping peacefully in room.

After sometimes,

Preeta woke up slowly and yawned. She get up and sat on bed. Preeta's mind filled with confusion, so she looked around and remembered everything...

Preeta : (in mind) are ha, meri aur karan ki kal hi to shaadi hui.

She chuckled at herself and slapping her forehead, and she remembered about karan, she looked here and there but he was not there. She made face.

Preeta : (making faces) ye shaayad early riser bhi hai, pata nahi kaunse papad banane hote hai ise jaldi uthke.

Just then, washroom's door open, and karan came out. Preeta saw him, he too saw her awake.

Karan : (smiles) good morning babydoll. Neend aai thi acche se..

Preeta : (smiles) haa...

Karan : good.

Karan moved towards dressing table while wiping his hairs. Preeta stretched her hands yawning.

Preeta : (in clumsy voice) waise karan, alag to kuch bhi nahi lag raha hai. Sab same hi hai...

Karan stopped wiping his hairs listening it, and smirked. He throw towel from his hand and moved towards her. Karan went and sat beside preeta. She noticed it.

Preeta : kya hua ?

But immediately, karan pull her towards him making her shock. Her hands went on his shoulder due to push.

Preeta : (wide eyes) kya hua ?

Karan smirks.

Karan : wo, tumne kaha na sab normal lag raha hai na, wo isliye kyunki na (caress her face to which she closed her eyes) ab kal hi hamari shaadi hui (says huskily) aur hamare bich aisa kuch hua nahi na abhi tak isiliye....

Preeta immediately opens her eyes listening it, unknown to her, red shade appeared in her face. She blushed more while hiding it. And infront, karan smirked.

Preeta : (gulps) tum... tum kya bol rahe ho ?

Karan : nahi samjhi ? Then let me show you....

With a wide smile on his face, he leaned towards her, but preeta pushed him and soon ran towards bathroom still blushing.

The moment she went inside, karan burst out laughing. He fall on bed laughing.

Karan : (shouts) BTW, it was just a little prank babydoll.... (Again laughs)

Preeta heard it, and soon her face turned red, but this time in anger.

Preeta : (to herself) huhh... Samajhta kya hai ye khudko, bahar jaakar ise batati hu...

Being annoyed, she went for bath.

After sometimes......

Karan was laid in bed scrolling in his phone.

Karan : offfoo yaar, babydoll kitna time laga rahi hai... Jaldi niklo na preeta.

And couple of minutes later, door gets open, and preeta came outside. Karan didn't notice or saw her. Giving the most deadliest glare to him, preeta stood infront of dressing table.

Karan smirked. He wanted to see her face, but he didn't.

Karan : (in mind) control karan, karan, warna abhi aankhon se khaa jaayegi... (Giggles so lightly)

Preeta got ready in some minutes, she again glared karan and smacked him.

Karan : (in pain) aahhh..... (Stops)

Shouting, he stopped suddenly seeing her. Karan look her tip to toe. Hus eyes remained wide.

Her full length dress with dupatta pinned at one shoulder. Average make up, hair open and most importantly her mangalsutra and sindoor adorned on her. Those his jewelry made her more beautiful. She is someone else standing here.

Yes, he thought it right. Because previously she was preeta arora, and she is preeta karan luthra.

Preeta again smack him but lightly bringing him out of trance.

Preeta : kya hai, kaunsi duniya me kho gaye...

Karan came back in sense, his face turned into angry one.

Karan : (stood angrily) kya hai yaar, tum insaan ho ya rakshas, aise pehle din apne pati ko koi maarta hai kya ?

Preeta : to mere pati ki harkatein bhi to aisi hai na ....

Karan narrowed his eyes at her.

Karan : what do you mean by aisi harkatein ?

Preeta : (shows attitude) wo mai batana zaroori nahi samajhti.

Karan's face again turned in angry one. But before hi could speak, preeta started.

Preeta : dekho karan luthra, agar tumhe jhagadna hai to mai batadu, mere paas itna time nahi hai ok... Niche jaana hai, tumhe agar chalna hai to chalo, warna pade raho idhar hi khudse pagalo ki taraf jhagadte hue...

Saying this, she went towards outside. While karan remained there only. He become more annoyed.

Karan : aakhir ye ladki samajhti kya hai apne aap ko...

"Mrs. Preeta Karan Luthra..." Preeta yelled from outside chuckling a bit to herself.

Karan felt like to do what and what not... Being huffed, he went outside immediately to join with preeta.

Preeta chuckled seeing him.

Atlast, both descended the stairs. They saw everyone sitting on table. Four of them saw both and smiled.

Preeta : (whispers) dekha maine kaha tha na tumhaari wajah se mai bhi late ho gai...

Karan : chup karo tum...

Preeta glared him, but he acted like nothing happened. They joined the table.

Preeran : good morning.

Mahesh : morning baccho, baitho...

Asmina : (teases) aur preeta, kaisi rahi raat.

Preeta and karan wide their eyes listening and share a little awkward glare.

Asmina : (giggling) aree, mera matlab ki neend aai na acche se, koi problem to nahi hui na ?

Preeta : ji nahi...

Preeta immediately bowee her head feeling blushed. Karan smiles seeing her. Asmina started y giggle more.

Rakhi : (hits asmina) chup kar asmina, khaane de use...

Asmina : (laughs) are mom... Lekin maine to kuch kaha hi nahi na...

Rakhi glared her controlling her laugh. And ignored her.

Rakhi : beta shuru karo naashta..

Preeta : (nods) lekin aunty, pehli rasoi ?

Rakhi : beta dopeher me bana lena, koi nahi, kal ki hi thakan thi, isiliye maine disturb nahi kiya.

Preeta : lekin aunty...

Karan : (interrupting her) oyee kareli, tumhe kya samajhta nahi hai ek baar me, chup raho tum.. (to rakhi) mom, aap ise kadwi kareli ko ingnore kijiye and continue breakfast.

Preeta's got angry listening it, she was about to say something, but that moment asmina throw the water she was drinking, and she started to cought. Preeta stopped and they all got shocked. Karan goes to her.

Karan : (worriedly rubs her back) dii aap thik ho ?

Sameer gives her water.

Sameer : asmina lo.

She drank a sip of water.

Sameer : feeling better ?

Asmina nodded.

Karan : dii dhyaan se.

Mahesh : asmina kya ho gaya beta ?

Asmina : kuch nahi dad bas aiss hi...

Rakhi : ab thik lag raha hai na (she nodded) chalo sab naashta karlo.

They took her place and resumed eating. While asmina and sameer stared each other with surprised face. Sameer sighed hi as asking "how this happened"

Asmina gave him slight smile, which he too returned. And they both resumed eating.
