Growing up you fear the worst

Fear controls you

This thing you call anxiety
It doesn't exist, it's just a name
People fear for something
Whether it be water or heights
It doesn't matter, they define you

And yes people want to exterminate these fears
But sometimes it's hard
And other times it's easy

Being alone is all you know
