"Patience is the key,"
Is what they all say.
Because the more you wait,
The more you'll gain,
The better it is.
But we all wait for the rain,
Knowing that at the end,
Our crops' thirst it'll quench.
We all wait for the sunlight,
Knowing that a new day
Is brought with it.

Patience comes with time.
The clock ticks...
Tick tock.
And we wait,
Patiently...
At least some of us do.
Under the distress,
And worry, and hunger,
And confusion, and stress,
And...
We still wait.

We're not all patient.
Yet, we all wait.
But what if we do not know,
What we're waiting for?
Is patience, then,
Really the key?
