REPOSTED

Here are things you may not know about Falling to Rise! We'll start with the more technical facts. There are to many story related/character facts, that I'm going to split those up into other parts for the future.

Stay tuned! The Book facts will be very interesting ,because they'll make you think :D

General Facts:

Began around April 20 2015 (Stop telling me what that day represents, I know!)

Part 1 was originally planned as 6 chapters. But writing them as 6 made them to long for my liking, so they were split into more chapters.

The original ending of this book was with the defeat of the king. But I felt like I was rushing things to fast, so yea I re-planned the entire part 2 and 3 after I finished part 1.

This was supposed to be a stand alone book, no book two, but, obviously not.

Falling to Rise plot was completely different. With the changes to the original ending, this book is going on a completely different path, that even I am not completely sure where it will lead.

If you haven't figured it out, the time system is completely different. 360 days in a year, 9 months, 5 weeks per month 40 days a month 8 days in a week, but still 24 hours in a day.

I created a 9 month calendar with actual holidays for each kingdom.

I designed a world history for this, from the beginning of the kingdoms to current time in the story, along with how magic came to be and things about the gods of this world and their roles.

I created a culture for every kingdom to the best of my ability. Including holidays, main religion if any, specialty, clothing, main activities and arts, etc.

As you know I spent A LOT of time planning F2R. I think a good 3-4 months before I began the actual book.

When I started writing, I had 6 paper documents of planning.

At least 5 of them were front and back. The back side filling at least half of the back page.

By the time the book ended there were 18 paper documents just for this book

At least 13 of them were front and back. The back side filling at least half of the back page.

These were just the paper documents. I have probably 3-4 maybe even 5 times as many digital documents. I don't know how many pages there are. I hope to calculate it all eventually.

EDIT: I have approximately 228 pages of digital planning! Wow, that's a lot more than I thought, it's pretty much a book itself.

EDIT: HA, HA. Wow. When I said I might have 3-4 maybe 5 times as many pages in comparison to the ration of paper documents to digital documents, those numbers aren't even close! NOPE It's almost 13 times as many digital documents in comparison to paper.

This story has readers from all over the world. With 33 countries represented! Super cool to see that even all over the world, we all have similar interests *cough* youtube *cough* #IHaveNoLife

Barter, if you guys remember him, he's a merchant in Keuta and also friend and mentor to Seto. His name was inspired by Slamacow's ender friend Bart, and Barter's occupation as a tailor came from Bart's snazzy little bowtie. :D

In a word document, Falling to Rise is 308 pages in the book mode. It is 82,408 words also.
