I've been talking to Caleb everyday. We've become best friends. Of course I still like him. He probably doesn't feel the same way. I walk outside. Madison is already waiting for me. That's a first.
      "Hiya faith! I need to tell you something! I think my crush likes-" she starts.
      "Ugh! Stop talking about him! I need to tell you about Caleb. I'm gonna tell him I like him." I say. Madison's eyes get real big. I put my hand on her mouth before she shouts anything. I see Caleb from far away.

Today is the day. I'm going to ask faith out. Hopefully, she feels the same way and I don't get rejected. I see her walk over to me.
       "Hey, Caleb... Can I ask you something?" She starts. I nod.
       "How do you tell a guy you like him? I'm asking you since you are my best friend." She says. I felt my heart sink to my feet. She likes someone... And it's not me....
       "I-I- u-mm-mm I don't know." I stutter. I walk away. I feel something fall from my eyes. Tears. Great. I take the flowers I was going to give faith out of my backpack, and threw them in the trash
