   Blaza was sobbing now.
He remained curled in a ball, the sounds having faded but the lights still down.
He felt tears rolling down his face, but didn't really care. The silence that had befallen the room was torture, and he couldn't see a thing. Why were the lights still down?
After what felt like decades, the lights flickered back on.
Blaza stayed in the corner of electrical, shivering and listening to the electricity crackle gently around him.
He sobbed, huddling closer into the corner. He could hear footsteps coming, but didn't move from where he was. He didn't have the strength to. "Blaza...? What...?" A voice stammered from somewhere.
He could feel his watch buzz, and opened his eyes slightly to see a hologram of a dead TBVG arise from his watch.
He could hear more footsteps coming in, and huddled himself closer into the corner. He knew he'd be blamed for this.
"Blaza, Blaza, Blaza. That's not even your real name, is it?" He heard Laff say. "I... I don't know... it might still not be Blaza..." someone, he thought it was Tommy, stammered.
"Oh come on, it can't not be!" "I can't believe this. I trusted him." "That's three dead in his presence now. It's him!" "No! I can't believe it... I-I won't!"
Blaza sobbed as an argument broke out. Most of what he could make out was against him, with only one or two people in his defense.
"I-I..." Blaza attempted speech, but all that came out was stammers.
He could hear footsteps behind him, and could see Socks come up and defend him out of the corner of his eye.
Blaza couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope. Socks was still on his side!
If Blaza was being honest, that was all that really mattered to him. If Socks stopped trusting him... Blaza was pretty sure he'd break completely.
Socks bent down beside him. "Are you ok?" He said softly. Blaza shook his head. "Come on, let's get you to your room." He said, helping Blaza to his feet.
The second he was on his feet, Blaza leaned over on Socks, unable to stand on his own.
Blaza ignored the glares he was getting from everyone else as they headed toward the bedrooms.
After what could have been years, Blaza stumbled in to his room, and collapsed onto his bed.
He practically fell over onto the bed, pulling the covers over him. Socks sat next to him, watching him sympathetically.
Blaza had no idea how long he lay there, but it felt like a long time.
Socks looked to the floor. "What happened?" He asked softly.
"T-there was s-some kind of c-creature..." Blaza stammered. "I-it said I w-was its k-king... and everyone e-else was a p-pawn..."
Blaza shivered as he remembered the horrifying few minutes.
"S-someone came I-in and it shut off the l-lights... all I could hear was s-screaming..." Blaza shuddered more, everything rushing back to him.
"Hey, hey, hey... it's ok..." Socks said, trying to calm Blaza down. Blaza hated that he had to be treated like a child, but Socks' presence was comforting nonetheless.
He snuggled into the mattress, closing his eyes in attempts to sleep.
Eventually he did sleep, but it wasn't a break from what had happened like he'd hoped it'd be.
It was riddled with nightmares, and he must have relived the horrible several minutes at least a dozen times, each time worse then the last.
He woke in a cold sweat, his watch buzzing with a hologram over it reading "Emergency Meeting"
Blaza slid out of bed shakily, his conversation with the creature still fresh in his mind.
He pushed the door open and dragged himself toward cafeteria.
He collapsed at the table, staring at the floor as several faces turned on him.
Socks moved from where he was sitting and sat next to Blaza.
"You ok?" He asked quietly. "I... I don't know." Blaza said truthfully.
He could see some harsh glares soften around him, though a few stayed angry.
Oh frick, how bad did he look? He had softened the glares of people who thought he was a murderer! He hated feeling this helpless.
"So, Blaza." Laff said. "What happened at electrical?"
Blaza shuddered as he explained. "There was some s-sort of creature... I-it talked in so many voices... it treated everything like a chess game, a-and said I was it's k-king..." he shuddered as he remembered the creatures terrifying voice. "S-someone came in and it shut the lights off... a-all I could hear was screaming... and... something r-ripping..." Blaza trailed off, suddenly feeling as if he were being watched. Not by the many faces hanging onto his every word, but by something else...
"That monster is hiding right under our noses!" Woolf growled.
"W-who do you guys think it is?" Tommy stammered, glancing between everyone that was left alive.
"Whatever that creature is, it's definitely good with disguises." Socks said with a sigh.
"You'd think we could tell a fake with how long we've known each other."
Everyone at the table looked to the floor except for Blaza, who was already doing so.
"Who else was in electrical?" Oompa questioned.
There was silence.
"Well? It had to be someone."
More silence.
"We'll have to find ou' more in the next meetin." Laff began. "Meeting Dis-"
"Hold on." Tenson said, interrupting Laff. "I think it's Laff." "What?" Oof said. "He's playing leader so we don't suspect anything. Think about it, it's the perfect crime." Tenson finished, his arms crossed.
"It makes sense..." Blaza heard Woolf mumble. "Hold on! Let's think abou' this." Laff said as all eyes turned to him.
"No! We aren't doing anything unless we have sure evidence!" Socks said, standing up.
"If we wait for more evidence, then people will die, Socks!" Tbh said, standing up to face Socks. "There's not enough evidence!" Socks retorted.
"Just... let's talk about this later... we've... been through a lot." Tommy said, dismissing himself and walking off.
Socks and Tbh shot each other a fierce glance before walking off as well.
Blaza stood and walked off to his room as fast as his legs would carry him, just wanting to lay down and forget any of this ever happened.

Note: I am NOT Shipping Socks and Blaza. Blaza is traumatized and as far as he can remember Socks is the only one who seems to care.
