Nicknames: Fae, FaeFae

Age: 3 and a half (fairies mature fast)

Species: Fairy (if you didn't already catch that)

Likes: sleeping, eating, her friends, pouting

Dislikes: blushing, BEING SQUISHED, sadness

Extra: Fairies of Royal blood inherit the special ability of being able to morph into any size, explaining why Fae can mingle among human-sized creatures.

Theoretically, she could also become a giant, though she hasn't tried it yet.

Background (world):

The Fairy society--at least Fae's one--is a matriarchal one; where females rule. Only females can take the throne and males are treated with less respect and have less rights (huehue). Due to their long lifespans--the oldest known fairy is over 1 000 years old--fairies' birth rates are drastically low, and young fairies are few and far between. 

 To ensure a better chance of reproducing, fairies rarely take a life-long partner choosing instead to 'mingle' around (*winkwink*). Even with this method in place, female fairies are still rarely able to fall pregnant, and even rarer still to give birth without suffering from miscarriages.  

Contrary to popular belief, fairies do not flit about sparkling in the sunlight. Instead, they prefer to snuggle up during the day and are most active at night, when the moon's light is stronger.  That being said, there is still the odd fairy who prefers to be active during the day, namely Queen Faery.

Fairy Queens usually rule for an extremely long time and Fae's mother had had the longest reign at over 600 years before she unfortunately died.

Background (Faery):

As said before, Fae's mother had been Queen until she died giving birth to Fae. No one quite knows who or where Fae's father is, and no one particularly cares--all that mattered was that the late Queen had left an heir.  

Fae's mother had died before she was able to name her newborn daughter, so it was agreed upon to call the new Queen 'Faery', another word for fairy.

Essentially, Fae had started her reign from the moment she was born and though fairies mature at a very fast rate, she was still quite young when she became Queen. Unfortunately, Fae has never had the chance to be 'Princess Faery' and sometimes she dreams of what it would be like.

Anyway, the reference sheet up there is Faery's 'official' and most likely final (lolol she's evolved quite a bit since she was created) design DUNDUNDUN

I'm putting some other Faes,  that other Wattpad artists have drawn for much added reference and angles even though a little has be changed since then
