You might ask. The next chapter. Unless for some reason, I decide to do something else, and I'm not, the next chapter will be the last for this book. And this series! It's so sad! I really loved writing this series! But, I can't help it! I can't continue a story forever. But I can keep writing. And that's what I'm going to do! Not with this story. POV: Nobody

"We, are not monsters." A girl behind Aka said. The black haired girl turned and looked over her shoulder and her eyes widened, as did everyone.

"You-." Aka went to speak but the girl behind her grabbed her hood and threw her to the side. Aka slid to a stop before sitting up and staring at the girl that had tossed her to the side. "How are you alive?" She said as she got scared.

"You took my Spirits from me." The girl said and Natsu gasped as he heard this. "And now, I'm going to kill you."

"Lucy." Natsu said, and the girl looked at him lifting her head so that her blonde hair, that was now down to her lower back, wasn't covering her eyes. Her brown eyes. He smiled as tears fell from his eyes. And for once in over a year, they were tears of joy.

"Hey guys." Lucy said as she smiled. "It's been awhile." And Levy laughed as she covered her face and cried and laughed into her hands at the same time. Gajeel wrapped his arm around her and pulled her into a side hug. Juvia and Mira hugged each other as they cried too. Gray and Erza smiled seeing their old friend again, and Happy cried in Erza's arms.

"Lucy?" Aka asked. "Who the hell are you?"

"I'm the one that belongs to this body." Lucy said as she turned back to Little Red Ridding Hood. "And I'm also the one that's going to kill you."

"You?" Aka asked. "Kill me? That's adorable. Because I know I will be the only one in this goddamn room that isn't going to die."

"We'll see about that." Lucy said. Aka giggled and raced at Lucy. Lucy got ready for a fight and stood her ground. Aka swung her arm at the freed blonde girl and Lucy backed up, dodging the attack. Aka swung a few more times and Lucy dodged all of them only to agitate the golden eyed girl. Finally Aka went to stab Lucy, and Lucy lifted her arm as she moved slightly to the side. Aka's blade slipped right in between Lucy's side and her arm, where she spun and disarmed Aka. Lucy kicked Aka in the chest and she fell onto her back. She rolled herself over so that she was crouching as Lucy swung the sword around and stood with the sword up by her face, pointing at Aka, as she couched.

"You want to know the funny part?" Aka asked as she looked up at Lucy.

"What?" Lucy asked.

"You think they're dead." Aka tried to keep in her laughs. "I mean in a way they are, but I guess since they weren't normal they could still be alive."

"What?" Lucy asked completely confused.

"Your pack is still alive!" Aka was now full on laughing.

"What?" Lucy asked as her eyes widened.

"Hehehe." Aka giggled. "Take a look for yourself." She said and pointed at her sword. Lucy turned her head slightly to look at the blade, and she gasped as she could see all of her Spirits reflections.

"Guys!" Lucy said as she stood up and out of her crouching position.

"Lucy!" They called back, and their voices echoed off the blade.

"They're still alive?" Lucy asked in complete shock.

"Essentially." Aka said as she stood up and stared at Lucy in amusement.

"How do I get them out?" Lucy asked, and this made Aka laugh.

"You don't!" Aka said after taking a moment to catch her breath. Lucy gritted her teeth and while Aka was distracted she ran forwards and slammed the blade into Aka's stomach. Aka's eyes widened as her own sword went through her body and she bent over Lucy's arm. Lucy was breathing hard as she was trying to keep herself from crying. "You know." Aka said as she looked up at Lucy. "It doesn't work like that." Lucy pulled the sword out of Aka and backed up as Aka stood up straight and her stab wound healed, without any blood flowing out of it.

"Then how does it work?" Lucy asked.

"Oh, you think I'm just going to tell you?" Aka asked as she walked around Lucy in a large circle. "How to kill the great and all powerful Little Red Ridding Hood?"

"More like hysterical." Lucy said, and Aka nodded as she laughed.

"Well, I guess it would be fun." Aka said as she put her arms up to the sides and pretended she was walking on a beam, trying not to fall off. "To watch the hope fade from your eyes." Aka said and her eyes glowed with excitement. "You see that sword?" Aka asked pointing at her sword that was in Lucy's hands. "That sword, is tied to my body. And you know how I 'killed' your friends?" Aka bent her fingers to put quotations around 'killed'. "Yeah, well what really happened, was that I extracted their souls. Every monster I've ever killed, is in that sword. Keeping me alive."

"What? How?" Lucy asked as she looked at the sword.

"Well werewolves live a slightly longer life than humans, and so as long as I have souls in that sword." Aka said as she turned to Lucy on her tip toes like a ballerina. "I can live as long as those souls can, put together. And now that I have your precious Spirits." Aka paused a moment to started laughing. "I'm really immortal!" She said excitedly.

"As long as this sword is intact, you'll live?" Lucy asked as she looked at the reflection of her Spirits.

"Now you're catching on. For God's sake, my blood dried up years ago. I'm like an insane zombie." Aka said as she put her arms in front of her and walked towards Lucy a few steps while acting like a zombie. Lucy looked at her Spirits in the sword and a look of determination overcame her. Her Spirits could see it, and they knew what they needed to do, and nodded. The blade started vibrating. "But don't go and get any ideas. That blade is as strong as the souls that are in it." The was now full on vibrating and continuing to get stronger, as she felt every soul in the blade fighting against their barrier. Then the reflection of Kenia appeared on the surface of the blade, and she nodded. Lucy brought the blade above her head.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!" Lucy screamed as she brought the sword down and slammed it as hard as she could against the stone floor, and it cracked under the impact of the blade.

"Are you done throwing your tantrum?" Aka asked as she stood their unamused. "Cause I think its about time that we move this-." Aka suddenly stopped, as the sound of something cracking filled the air. Everyone stared at Aka as she lifted her hand up to her face and she felt her cheek. There was a crack in her face. Lucy looked down at the sword in her hands and saw that there was a single crack on the blade.

"Hey." Lucy said as another crack appeared on the sword and Aka's body. "What would happen if your gets overwhelmed with strength?" Lucy said as she lifted the sword up. "Shall we find out?" Aka looked down at her hands as the cracks spread to the tips of her fingers. Then all of a sudden, she started laughing uncontrollably.

"You've done it." She yelled into her laughter, and she wrapped her arms around her stomach because she was laughing so hard. The top half of Gin was now completely covered in cracks, just like it's owner. Lucy lifted her arms up and swung the sword around her body until it was pointed at Aka. And when it was aiming at her, it exploded and hundreds of colors rushed out of it. In forms of either human or wolf, the souls that had been contained for years, ran forwards and they all slammed into Aka as she continued to laugh. And as the souls collided with Aka, she turned into nothing but dust and drifted into the air. Everyone stood still as all of the souls were freed, and Aka was defeated. Lucy looked at Aquarius, Loke, and Sagittarius's bodies as they started glowing and turned into little balls of light. They floated towards Natsu and circled around him as seven more drifted into the guild and joined the other lights. Natsu reached into his pocket and pulled out a pouch with the Fairy Tail symbol on it. He opened it and the little lights rushed at the keys that were inside. And the golden keys that had been rusty and dull for the past year, were back to their shiny usual selves. Lucy walked forwards towards Natsu and he looked up at her. He smiled as he held out the keys to her and she took them back. She stared at them and smiled, before sighing.

"You know?" She asked aloud, more to herself than anyone. "I think the beating will be worth it." She dropped the pouch and the sword and jumped at Natsu, wrapping her arms around his neck and tackling him to the ground.

"Luce." Natsu said with a smile, before Lucy leaned forwards and kissed Natsu. This time not on the cheek, but the lips. Natsu wrapped his arms around Lucy and kissed her back. When they pulled away, Natsu was still smiling.

"I'm home." Lucy said, as tears ran down her cheeks.

"Welcome home." Natsu said as he wiped the tears away.

"This is bullshit." Gray said out of nowhere.

"Its good to see you too." Lucy said, as she got up before helping Natsu up as well.

"We've been busting our asses, trying to kill that bitch." Gray explained. "And you show up for five minutes and kick more ass then we have in days."

"Thanks." Lucy said as she flipped her hair as she turned around and it smacked Gray in the face.

"No I agree, that's fucked up." Gajeel said as he joined Gray's side.

"You'll get over it." Levy said as she hugged her long lost friend.

"Says who?" Gray and Gajeel asked in union, confused.

"Do you want her to just die again?" Mira yelled at the two boys while she hugged her second favorite blonde, and hell could be seen in her eyes, telling the boys to be careful how they answered. Instead of saying anything at all, they just kept their mouths shut.

"Lucy?" Someone said and the blonde turned around, to see a bunch of children in front of her.

"What happened to Kenia?" Emma asked, as Lucy kneeled down to their level.

"I'm sorry guys, but Kenia's gone." Lucy said. "She saved me, so that I could save you. But I know that even though we can't see her, she will still be around to look after you."

"But, you said she was looking after some important people." Nash said as he looked at Natsu, who kneeled down next to Lucy.

"She was." Natsu said. "This whole time I thought she was watching over Fairy Tail. But it turns out, you were all the important people." The kids looked back at Lucy.

"You were looking after us?" Sylvia asked.

"Yeah, I was helping Kenia take care of you. Did you know, that she had absolutely no idea how to take care of kids." Lucy said, and the kids laughed a little. "I'm sorry, if it hurts to be around me. I can understand if you chose to hate me." Lucy told the kids.

"You're the real Lucy Heartfilia, right?" Nova asked.

"Yeah." Lucy said.

"Then we won't hate you, if you tell us your stories." Luna asked.

"But what happens when I run out of stories?" Lucy asked her.

"Take us on adventures, and let us make our own stories." Luna said.

"You mean, your okay with me?" Lucy asked.

"Of course." Reiki said. "Kenia told me she would do whatever she could to protect us. And now that she's gone, it means it's what she thought was right." Lucy smiled at him, and the rest of the kids, as she realized that they understood that Kenia did this for them. The lights of her life.

'I will take care of them.'

Lucy thought to Kenia, even though Kenia was no longer there. But she knew that she was still looking over them, and Lucy.

"I know you will." A voice whispered in the air and Lucy seemed to be the only one that heard it. Lucy smiled as she looked around her. She was back in the Guild and back with her friends. And most importantly, she was back in her body. She took her fingerless gloves off her hands and on her right hand, was her Guild mark.

"Hey, was Kenia walking around with our Guild mark this whole time?" Erza asked.

"Yeah." I said as I touched it, and everyone was silent for a minute.

"So, theoretically speaking, she was part of our Guild?" Juvia asked.

"Yeah." I said and hugged my hand to my chest. "She was family."

"She still is." Natsu said. "I think she always has been." Lucy gasped as she looked up at Natsu. She smiled and laughed a little.

"And she always will be."
