Currently in the courtyard of Tristian Academy the students were doing summoning rituals to gain their familiars. A familiar as a reminder is an entity one can summon to be a companion, protector, servant and etc.

One girl was about to commence her summoning ritual, 'hmm... maybe instead I should go with something else' she thought. This was Kirche Augusta Frederica von Anhalt Zerbst, a Fire Mage in training.

She was about to summon a fire based entity, as an example for reference of mythical flaming beasts try the Salamander, she decided to focus on a different entity. Something strong, and not just strong, so strong that it's not even from this universe.

"Oh my comrade, from beyond the stars and further, come to me so I may meet my destined one" she chanted. The next thing anyone knew a large green magic circle appeared and out of it can a blurred figure.

The figure opened its eye to reveal it was a piercing green emerald color. 'Oh my, just what did I summon?' Kirche thought to herself, then whatever she brought forth came into a better view.

It was human boy around 16 years of age, brunette hair, a green and black shirt, a green jacket, green jeans with a black trim, and a type of hourglass shaped badge on his chest. Then the boy let out a rather loud yell and bursted out of the circle, and right after landed in front of the red haired Fire Mage.

He fully stood up and took in his surroundings, this as anyone could guess was Ben 10. Known far and wide, planet beyond planet, heck even in other universes by goddesses, God's, celestial spirits and dare I say it. Extremely annoying fan girls who enjoy trying to get a piece of him.

'Now where to hell did I land?' He asked himself then noticed the girl he landed in front of. Who at the moment was stunned, and he had a minor nose bleed 'oh yeah this girl' he thought trying to keep it together.

"Hello" he said, everyone in the field flinched "HE SPEAKS?!" They yelped, then Ben let out a low growl that scared the hell out of them. "Anyway as I was saying, hello there, would you please tell me where I am?" Ben asked the red head who summoned him. Kirche snapped out of her trance and answered him trying to compose herself.

"Right I apologize, this is the Tristian Academy for mages, I have summoned you to be my Familiar" she said. "My name is Kirche Augusta Frederica von Anhalt Zerbst" She them bowed, "a familiar? If I am to be correct familiars are supposed to be things magic users summon to help them. Often times protectors, companions or slaves am I to be correct?" Ben asked.

He currently has Brainstorm's intellect to make his speech seem regal enough, "yes that is correct" Kirche answered. "Well I will have you know that I am not partial to being a slave, you may have summoned me for to have a warrior of the likes of me as a familiar you must either match or beat me in a challenge" Ben said.

The instructor then gasped "Ms. Zerbst I do believe you have summoned yourself a class S Familiar. Those that are so powerful that they require their summoners to prove their worth" he said. Kirche looked at Ben, then smirked 'well at least my Familiar seemed powerful, and I think I just confirmed it' she thought.

"Okay I accept your challenge" she said rising, "you have to prove your determination exceeds that of anyone even god himself, and that your heart is so pure not even the sun's light can compare" Ben said. 'I can't believe I just said that, I feel like a total narcissist' he thought.

'Maybe it isn't too late' "this will be a challenge of power, what is your power?" Ben asked. "My magic is elemental, Fire" the red head then waved her wand and four fireballs appeared in the air. "Then to win this we have to see who can burn brighter" the alien teen then transformed.

When the bright emerald flash of the Omnitrix dissipated, standing in Ben's place was a seven foot tall pale light green reptilian alien with a long lizard like tail and dark green hair wearing a sleeveless full body jumpsuit with multiple omnitrix symbols located throughout his body.

Description Omni appears as a large humanoid lizard with pale light green skin. He also has dark green hair along with emerald green eyes. The uniform provided to him by the omnitrix is similar to four arms except less bulky. The torso of the outfit resembles Ben's shirt, the pants area resembles diamond head's but has a hole in the back to compensate for his long tail. On his face, shoulders, elbows, hands both palm and back, knees, feet, top only, and on the dorsal surface of his tail are numerous Omnirix symbols. The omnitrix itself located on his chest.

Powers Omni is equipped with the powers of all the aliens of the Omnitrix. He can transform his features into those of the aliens and has the power to use their abilities. These capabilities that he has are what make him the most powerful being in the universe. Omni can also combine the powers of different aliens to create stronger powers along with making weapons out of alien DNA as inspired by Skuurd. He can even use the powers of a celestialsapian. Due to his unique powers Omni is far stronger compared to any other alien race.

Other knowledge this unique transformation Ben has gained was the result of an accident with the omnitrix. When Azmuth called Ben op Galvan Prime to give him an update on the omnitrix a few way bads appeared. After promptly defeating them The omnitrix malfunctioned and all the DNA got erased except for one from an unknown life form. As it turned out a few of Ben's bad guys planned to finally destroy him by erasing the omnitrix. After a slight trauma Ben turned into his new alien which had all the powers of all his aliens. Though he missed all the transformations he originally had, he was glad their demise hadn't been in vain, they were used to create a new member of his arsenal. So to put it in a way, Omni is the only one of his kind.

Once the transformation was complete Ben roared, "you ready?" He asked turning hit hair, part of his scalp and arms into Heat Blast's. Kirche waves her wand and made seven fire balls appear "let's go" she said. Then Ben's entire body began to glow bright orange "DRAGON SLAYER SECRET ART!!!" Yeah he picked that up in the base while watching Natsu in the training hall after the while horrid Hex incident.

"FROM THE FLAMES THAT LAY DEEP IN THE CORE OF MY BEING, LET THEM BURN THROUGH AND ROAR!! FIRE DRAGON BLAZING SPIRE!!!!!!!!!!"

In a moment a circle of flames surrounded Omni and he released a powerful tower of fire to the sky. "Your turn" he said keeping up his fire, Kirche was amazed by how much fire her new Familiar was giving out. 'Can I really match this?' She thought, then shook her head 'I have to' her fire balls then multiplied and swirled them around.

"In Ex Bet Flame... FIRE!!!!" In a second her seven flames bursted into meteor sized fire balls. And after she combined them into one, 'it's still not enough' in a moment she created more and merged it with her giant fire ball. Only problem was this was wearing her down and fast. 'Oh no, if I keep using my magic, I'll end up passing out' She thought as she staggered a bit.

And this Ben took notice of, she was reaching her limit and was about to pass out. 'I guess she's at her limit, the fire ball she's got can't compare with my spire in size nor in heat. In fact I think my tower here is starting to absorb it' Ben thought. 'But I'll say that it is impressive, and she's doing this until she reaches her limit' he then smiled and then toned down his tower of flames.

Everyone had been confused by this and even more when Ben absorbed Kirche's fire ball after she fell to her knee panting. "Though you hadn't beaten me, you showed great determination. You tried harder and kept going even if you were at your Limit" Ben said. Kirche looked up to see the alien turn back and lend her a hand to pull her up.

She accepted it and got up "and for showing such effort, I shall become you're familiar" he said. The red head lit up like a Christmas tree, "but on some conditions, I will not be a servant. Instead think of me as a protector and comrade to help you, also my Name is Ben Tennyson" Ben added as he turned back. She nodded, "Thank you", the instructor spoke up "Okay Ms. Zerbst May you please continue with the ritual?" He asked.

She looked at him, then at Ben and smirked. "Gladly sir" she said, she offers him a hand shake and the teen accepts and after Kirche kisses Ben on the lips. Little to say he was pretty stunned by it and for some odd reason had melted into it.

"Uh... why did you just kiss me? Not that I'm complaining" Ben asked, then felt a sharp pain inside him. Fortunately he had enough self control to not show it much, 'what's with this pain inside me? I feel like I'm going to explode' he thought.

All of a sudden he exploded with an orange aura surrounding him while at the same time giving off a powerful battle roar. "Wow, what did you do to me? I feel great?" Ben asked, "I'll explain later, for now let's just watch the rest of the summonings" Kirche said as she gestured Ben to follow her. Seeing as there wasn't a place to sit, the alien teen decided to make a seer for himself out of Bloxx's blocks.

"Oh what an interesting power you have" Kirche notes as she inspected the red, blue and yellow plastic segments. "Figured we could sit down" Ben replied making another chair for his new comrade. "If you want I could give you a throne of crystals" he asked, "Well aren't you the gentlemen" she said sitting down. "But this will do".

After that was a pink haired girl, Kirche flinched and told Ben he better put up a barrier when she tells him. The pinkette did a chant similar to Kirche and instead of a magic circle like Ben. The place exploded, Fortunately Ben reacted faster than Kirche could give him the signal. He put up a diamond barrier around the area where the girl was, "woah that was close, is everyone okay?" He called out. Little to say all the students were impressed at what Ben did.

"Thank you, But if you wouldn't mind could you please lower the wall of crystal?" The bald instructor asked. The hero nodded and lowered it down to reveal the girl along with a black haired boy in a blue and white jacket.

"Did Louise the Zero summon an S Class Familiar also" one student asked, he had blonde hair and wore a cape. "Not a chance" another said, "Oi... Nani ga okotta no? Koko wa doko?"  The boy asked.

"What was that?" One of them asked, "he spoke a language from my world, Japanese if I'm not mistaken" Ben said. "Oh is that right?" Kirche inquired, "let me see if I can speak to him" Ben said.

Funny thing before Ben had left his world he was working on learning extra languages. And during his time in the base his skills improved, "Kon'nichiwa, anata no namae ga nandearu ka tazunete mo īdesu ka?" "Ā, watashinonamaeha Saitōdesu, watashi wa dokodesu ka? "" Watashi wa jibun jishin wa, tonikaku anata ga sono pinku no kami no on'nanoko no yō ni mieru to wa omowanai. Tonikaku ben".

"So Ben, what did he say?" Kirche asked, "he says his name's Saito, and by the looks of it I think he's your average teen from worlds like mine" Ben replied. "Hold on" Ben then put a device on Saito's eat and he spoke "hey what's this?... what? Hey what happened?" Saito said in English.

"Ben what did you do?" Kirche asked her Familiar "I just gave him a translator is all" Ben explained.

Later on Kirche had brought Ben to her room, "Okay So first question, what did you do to me?" Ben asked her. "Well if you look down your shirt you'll see some runes on your chest" the red head explained.

But she hadn't expected Ben to actually takes his jacket and shirt off completely, now it was her turn to have the nose bleed. 'Wow... my Familiar is definitely quite the specimen' she thought.

Ben then saw the Runes under the Omnitrix "Okay I see them, so what do they do?" He asked. Kirche snapped out of her fantasy and answered him "since I knew you already had fire abilities as seen during our challenge, since I can only give my Familiar runes based of my affinity. Instead of literal fire I went with it's figurative forms" she explained.

"So like it makes the fire of my fighting spirit grow?" Ben asked putting his shirt back on. The red head frowned a little knowing she can't see his body anymore, "in a way yes" she replied. "It also connects you to your roots and allows you to wield the skills they have" Kirche added.

"Oh cool, so just to be clear, I'm a..." Ben was cut off by his new master... er... you get it "friend and body guard. In any case I'm not the one for servants, it's kind of demeaning" Kirche said. "Well, We're on the same page with that then" Ben said, "Well for now why don't I take you for a tour of the academy" she asked. He nodded and followed her, for the rest of the day Kirche explained to Ben about what this world was like and Ben gave her a telepathic information bomb. Little to say her head aches a little, "agains sorry about that" he apologized.

"It's fine, all abilities whether magic or your alien powers may come with draw back and side effects" she replied. "So who would've thought that my Familiar would be a super hero" she commented.

"The world is full of possibilities Kirche" Ben said, then the next thing he knew by the time they got back to Kirche's room his partner was suddenly frozen in ice. "Wha!?!" She yelped, then a brunette haired teen climbed into the window, "Styx what are you doing?!" Kirche yelled.

"You know I'm here for you, and I'm taking you by Force" he yelled levitating her to him. "Hey what gives you that right!!!!" Ben said spitting a Ball Weevil Ball right at Styx and knocked him out of the window.

Kirche fell out as well Ben had jumped out the window also and caught her "what are you doing?" She asked "we're both falling!!". "Not from where I stand" Ben said as he gestured to the bandages holding both of them to the room. "That was too close" Ben said, "yeah thanks, Ben, I can't believe you risked your life to save me" she said.

"I course, after all we are partners with me being your familiar, and friends to" Ben said. "Ben you honestly consider me a friend?" Kirche asked, "Yeah why?" Ben asked.

"Well it's that... all of the male students are only interested in me for my body" she admitted, "I know what it's like" Ben sighed. "You do? Well that's kinda obvious from you stripping your shirt off in front of me" Kirche said blushing a little. Then Ben blushed remembering what he did a while ago, "you have a nice bod yourself you know" she added.

The teen hero blushed more, "er... thanks... but still that's not what I meant" Ben said. "A few years ago when I was ten, me, my grandfather and cousin went to visit his friend from the army. I had a small crush on his grand daughter named Kai Green, on that day an werewolf like alien appeared and the Omnitrix scanned it giving me its form. And I turned into it thinking I had become a werewolf, it was only after I turned back Kai said she liked me for my werewolf form." Ben explained. Kirche has gasped and her eyes watered a little, "and when we had got together around two years ago she broke my heart again always wanting me to be in alien form and not myself" He added slamming his hand on the bed.

"I've already gotten over it, but the pain still runs deep, at least I've already learned never to truly like a girl before you know her", he was then hugged by Kirche. "That's awful, you had to learn that at such a young age... and that jerk did it to you again when you have her a second chance..." she wailed crying.

Thankfully she calmed down after a few minutes "I'm sorry I brought up such horrible memories" Kirche apologized. "It's fine, besides you suffered more considering how many guys want you for your body" Ben assured her.

"Still.. why consider me a friend?" Kirche asked, "Well you're determined for one, willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your goal evident to our contest. Two you had voluntarily showed me around and I didn't even need to ask. Three, you allowed us to do introductions before finishing the summoning, and four the moment we had sharing about our problems. You really did feel bad, I felt all of your emotion. And thanks" Ben explained.

"Thank you Ben" Kirche said, "for being my first male friend", "it's nothing Kirche" Ben said. "No really, my only other friend is Tabitha, and it's really har to keep other female friends when they're jealous or intimidated of... Well... you get it" she explained.

Ben blushed "maybe consider wearing less revealing clothes?" He asked, "unfortunately, my father never gave me anything less revealing saying that it covers my... assets" she answered blushing.

"Your father should have the sense knocked into him" Ben deadpanned, "Don't I know it, he almost engaged me to a man a decade older than me" Kirche added. Ben shivered and paled at that "oh you poor girl" he said.

"I'm just glad mother cancels the engagement because she knew it made me uncomfortable, she always said 'true love doesn't depend on what you are only on who you are". Ben nodded at that "your mom sounds like a smart woman" he commented.

Then he yawned "Wow it's really late out" Ben looked outside to see that there were two moons. "Wow... not the strangest thing I've seen, in fact it's top 10 normal for alien planets" Ben admitted.

"Huh your world doesn't have two moons?" Kirche asked putting her night clothes on. "Nope, at least not on earth, other planets on the other hand have at least two moons.. three least" Ben said.

"Huh Interesting", he turned to he and had to use all his self control and will power not to have a nose bleed. "As you said it's getting late to time to turn in" Kirche said getting into bed.

"Well I'll just set up a Snare-Oh! Hammock somewhere" Ben said about to launch his bandages. When Kirche responded with "Actually I want you to sleep with me tonight" she said. And then she blushed "if you want to..."

Ben had lost to temptation and had as requested by her slept in the same bed but had enough self control to keep calm. That was until they both heard loud screaming, looking to one wall Ben had gotten out along with his red haired partner and listens through.

"What's going on in there?" Kirche said "that sounds like Saito" Ben said, "Well that is Louise's room next to me" She added. Two looked out the door to see Louise chasing Saito holding a whip or riding crop. "I have a feeling this'll be a regular thing with her" Ben commented, Kirche's response was a nod and they went back to bed.
