Backstory

Kenji is one of the 12 Kizuki. he was a demon slayer for a while, but he allowed Muzan to turn him into a demon when he got fatally injured. Kenji's family was told he had died, and kept it a secret from them that he had been turned. he quickly rose up as one of the most powerful demons. he eventually killed and ate his family, which allowed Muzan to let him become one of the 12. 

his blood demon art allows him to create bullet-like pellets from his blood, which he can make any size and he can control, even after launch. he only relinquishes control of the blood once it hits something.
