The Principal of Zetsubo Academy (Which is the setting for the story), a sadistic bear who is in charge of the killing game!

Ironically, despite pushing the students to kill each other 24/7, he can be quite supportive if they have some problem or anything!

Has he been tampered with since the Danganronpa Finale?

Nomokuma

The School Guidance Counselor and also the Mascot of the Killing Game (Because every Danganronpa, fanmade or not, needs a mascot!)

Unlike the rest of the Monostaff, he is not a smaller, sometimes differently colored, 1 to 1 copy of Monokuma wearing some costume! Nomokuma has the appearance of an about 13 year old boy with Black and white hair, wearing a white and black colored Bear hoodie, but he is a robot like the rest of them.

He is the only member of the Monostaff that none of the participants have any hard feelings towards, because he's the only one who actually cares about the lifes of the students — unlike Monokuma who WANTS them to murder each other and the rest of the Monostaff who just don't really care what they do to each other!

Why though.....?

Workokumas

The construction workers at the school. They can frequently be seen roaming around the school, fixing broken walls, floors, electronics, ect!

Also, there seem to be dozens of them!

The school cook.
Every day, he will take the orders of the orders of the students, and make them the food they like!
He will also be available after breakfast in the dining hall!

The Janitor. He will go through the school every nightime when everyone is asleep to clean the whole school.

Crime scenes will be left untouched, but any evidence that was left outside of the crime scene will be disposed of, which will make the search for clues that much harder for the students!

Basically a Monokuma with a police hat and the personality of Kiyotaka Ishimaru!

The School Nurse. Students can come to her whenever they are injured and still alive! With her around, the killing becomes that much more difficult!

She's suprisingly gentle and sweet for a Monokuma!

The Art club teacher. A hippie themed monokuma with a flower crown, a bunch of necklaces and a white dress. Very kind, accepting and open to any form of art!

Although the students don't particulary like anybody from the Monostaff (except for Nomokuma) they are 80% certain she's the one they hate the least!

The Drama Club Teacher in the school! An upbeat and passionate soul!
Moviekuma mostly hangs out with Yuma and they like watching movies and performing plays together!

All the participants are shocked that any of them is such good friends with a Monokuma!
