Don and Chaos pull out weapons from the shadows that are completely made of corruption. Don pulls out a sword while Chaos pulls out a scythe, and thus the battle begins. Only one of them will come out of the shadows alive.

Chaos goes to take a swipe at Don but he blocks and pushes her back.

"Don't think I'll go easy on you, not after all the pain and misery you caused." Don says darkly.

"Let's see what the Deity of Chaos can really do." Chaos says going in to try and attack again.

Don blocks her attack and stabs her in the shoulder, dark red blood spills from the wound and Chaos cries out in pain. But she doesn't stay down for long and hits Don in the side with her scythe, Don stumbles back a bit but don't fall.

"Lucky shot but it won't happen again." Don says amused somewhat.

"I'll kill you one way or another." Chaos gets to her feet and attack him again.

"You really think you can challenge me, the Deity of All Chaos?" Don says as he takes on a dangerous dark red aura.

Chaos back away in fear but pulls her scythe up in front of her trying to act like she's not afraid.

"I'll make sure you never leave this place alive." Don say, his voice dropping with malicious intent to kill.

Dumon watches all of this, fearing for Don's safety and sanity. He's still in unbearable pain but watching the fight keeps his focus off the pain. Don unleashes his malicious side that he's kept locked away for years since he didn't want to be evil and hurt the people he cares for. But Chaos has given him no choice, he let's go of control and give it to his malicious side. Who wastes no time in beating Chaos within an inch of her life.

Chaos desperately tries to get away but Don doesn't let her escape. Once he's ready to end her life the kind and gentle Don forces his way back in control, he's a bit surprised at how violent he can be when he lets malice and rage take over.

"It's time to end this, you will longer be able to hurt anyone ever again."

"You may kill me but you'll never get him back." Chaos weakly says and uses the last of her power to brake Dumon mentally beyond repair.

Dumon cries out in pain and Don goes to stop her put it's to late. Dumon falls back again the cage completely lifeless and unconscious. His shallow breathes are the only thing to show that he's still alive.

"Y-you monster!" Don yells at her and stabs her right through the chest with his sword taring out the chaos crystal that gives her life. He crushes the crystal in his hands until it's nothing but dust.

Chaos screams in pain then suddenly falls limp and lifeless on the ground, her body dissolving into pure chaos then vanishing within the shadows. The shadow cage disappears and Dumon falls to the ground, Don rushes to his side and desperately tries to wake him but Dumon doesn't respond.

"Please open your eyes Dumon!" Don cries over his fallen emperor, shaking him to try and get him to wake up.

Dumon just lays there lifeless on the cold ground, Don tries to pulls himself together but he can't do it. Eventually though he manages to pull himself together and returns back to the palace. While he was off fighting in the shadows the other victims of Chaos have regain consciousness after their minds healed to some degree to where the SpellCasters could heal and get them back on their feet.
