Fandom: Big Hero 6

Orange and red leaves started to fall on trees as fall season started in San Fransokyo. People we're busy with preparations for upcoming events such as Prom and Halloween. They were excited since these events are important for them except for this one particular person named GoGo. She doesn't go to proms and of course she doesn't celebrate Halloween for it was too childish for her. Her friends, however, they do both of these things for they find these happy and interesting.

Now that the younger Hamada attends her school- San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, she has been acting different lately. She would sometimes mutter Hiro's name, eat gummy bears when he does and she shows up when he shows up. Her friends seemed to notice this too. Even if it was too obvious, Hiro doesn't seem to notice it for he was too oblivious but he has the same feelings for the Adrenaline Junkie.

Also now that prom is coming up, she was thinking if she should go or not.

GoGo's POV

I am now munching on my donut as I watch Spectre. My eyes sought on my wall clock. 12:15 ㏘. Today is Sunday which means no school, no interruptions, and no Hiro. To be honest, I never thought that I would fall for that guy. I mean he's smart and all but I always knew that he won't like me back. Sigh...

As I was watching the movie, I suddenly heard that there's someone at the door. Hmmm... I'm not expecting someone today. Who could that be?

I placed the donut on the little plate and turned the TV off. I rushed to the door and opened it. It was Honey Lemon.

"What are you doing here?" I asked as I raise my eyebrow.

"Um the whole gang is going out for Prom shopping and I thought you would like to come." She said.

I sighed. "Honey, you know that I don't like to attend proms. Mom and dad  might not approve of me going there. For them, studying comes first."

"But GoGo, everyone is coming. You have to be there too." Honey said.

Everyone is coming...

Does that mean he would come too?

"Please come GoGo. Besides, Hiro's gonna be there. His brother persuaded him to come. Please, please, please." Honey Lemon pleaded. (She knew that Hiro likes GoGo so GoGo has to be there at Prom.)

"Fine. Just this once. Wait here and I'll ask my parents." I said and left her.

I went upstairs. Good thing it's their day off.  I went to their room and saw them sitting in the couch.

I went in and said. "Hey mom, hey dad."

"Hi Leiko. What is it?" They asked.

"Um mom, dad? Can I please attend the prom?" I asked and closed my eyes.

"Yeah, sure." Dad said. I opened my eyes.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yep, besides you have to live a little." Mom said.

I hugged them. "Mom, I have to go. My friends and I are going shopping." I said and left.

Honey and I are here at the mall with our friends. We'are on our way to the department store. We we're all just laughing when Tadashi asked.

"Who's your partner at Prom?" Tadashi asked. "Wasabi?"

"Uh, I'm going with Abigail." Wasabi replied. "How about you, Tadashi?"

"I-I'm going with Honey." Tadashi replied as Honey blushed.

I look at them in disbelief. "You're going with Dashi?" I asked Honey.

"Well, yeah." She said.

"How about you Fred?" Tadashi asked.

"I'm going with Lucy. You know, the girl who loves video games." Fred replied with a  smile on his face.

The began talking about random stuff again. I stayed at the back. You see when you're younger than your friends,  sometimes, you can't cope up with them. It's a good thing that they didn't asked me who my partner was. I was deep in my thoughts when Hiro went beside me. I blushed.

"Hey, why are you so quiet?" He asked.

"Nothing. Just thinking about prom." I replied and looked away.

"Speaking of prom, who's your partner?" He asked.

"No one's asking me yet. I said.

We arrived at the department store. We all separated ways. Honey and I went to the 'Girl's Section'  and saw tons of dresses. I began to look around until I saw a beautiful dress. It's a purple knee-length dress with sequins at the bottom. I took and and saw Honey. She was holding a yellow knee-length dress with straps and a glittery belt. She was talking to a saleslady.

"Oh hi GoGo! You had found a nice dress. By the way, Elsie will be the one to find our shoes." Honey said as the sales lady left.

"Oh, okay." I replied.

After a few minutes. "Elsie came back with two boxes. She opened them and I saw two wedges. One is yellow and one is purple. Both are the right sizes.

We paid those at the counter and went out to meet the boys. As we headed out of the store, we saw them.

"Hi. Since shopping is really tiring, let's go to the food court. My treat!" Tadashi said.

After a whole day with my friends, I went back to my house. I sighed and dropped the bags that contains all the things that I bought. A few minutes later, I decided to go to my room.

I headed to the bathroom and took my clothes off. I went to the shower and sighed as I feel the warm water flow down my body. I started to think if someone would ask me tomorrow. Tomorrow is my last chance to be asked.

I went out of the bathroom and changed into my pajamas. I went to bed. Before my eyes were shut, someone opened the door.

I yawned and sat up. "Hey mom, what brings you here?" I asked.

She sat down on the edge of my bed and gave me a red box. "I just wanted to give you that." She said as I opened the box, revealing a silver necklace.

She continued. "Your father gave me that during prom." She said with a smile and left.

Will He ask me tomorrow???

Hiro's POV

I am now carrying my stuff for tomorrow's tourney match. Ever since it became a popular sport, the head of our school decided that students should play sports too. That's when Tadashi and I decided to join. It was really fun. Even during trainings! 

"Hey Hiro, Are you ready for tomorrow's match?" He asked reading some Wattpad stories in his phone.

"Yep, I'm ready." I replied.

That's when I didn't expect him to ask the 'question'.

"By the way, who's your partner at prom?" He asked.

I put the things in my bag and faced him. "You'll know tomorrow."

"Alright Hiro," Coach said. "You're up."

I saw Wasabi being left behind. "What about my buddy?" I asked as I grabbed Wasabi.

Wasabi sighed. "Hiro, I'm not that good." He whispered.

"You said that a team is made up of body parts." I said to coach, ignoring Wasabi. "Well, Wasabi is kind of like my fist."

"Okay, now both of you, get on the field!" Coach yelled.

"Don't worry, Wasabi. I got your back." I said.

"How about my front?" He asked, terrified.

The game began.

The ball was passed to me and I passed it to Wasabi, and Wasabi ran through the 'kill zone', dodging all the balls being fired at him.

Wasabi passed the ball to Tadashi and Tadashi passed the ball to me, and I shot it in the goal. Our team had won the gold trophy and it was all thanks to us.

But there was something I had to do.

I ran to the announcer and grabbed the mic from him. "Excuse me! There's something I'd like to say!"

The crowd grew silent. I looked for GoGo in the crowd. I smirked when I found her with Honey Lemon.

"I love you Leiko! Did I mention that?" I announced.
