Atia was content with what she did. Servant to the Grandmaster of Sakaar, like her mother before her and her mother before her, she found no reason to question why she did what she did, happy to just serve the ruler of Sakaar, never pausing to question why others around her had withered away long ago yet she remained as youthful as always, never paid much attention to the murmurs of uprisings that never came to fruition, or wonder about the fates of the newcomers being sent to the gladiator rings if caught by the wrong person at the wrong time.

With no true worries or care, as the Grandmaster never seemed to find any reason to be upset with her or her family, Atia continued to live her life in relative disinterest, only pausing the constant thrum to let her heart skip a beat whenever Scrapper 142 came in with new items and contenders to sell to the Grandmaster, finding herself wandering down to the garage heaps to watch her work on her Warsong.

But as time goes on, she begins to realize that the blissful life she had been leading, was not a life she wanted to lead anymore, and the pain of letting go is nothing compared to the joy of moving forward.

AUTHOR'S NOTE

I mean, I planned on making a Valkyrie fic, but I never thought I'd actually, you know, make one, you know what I'm saying? But here we are, and as you can see, the Ragnarok trio all have pretty people to smooch with. Atia's name means Ancient, which will come into play in the story, just you wait. Also, while I did use three actors from Game of Thrones, I have never seen a singular Game of Thrones episode.

For those who don't know, Alasdair is the OC in my upcoming Loki fic 'Carpe Nihil' and Kaipo is my OC in my Thor fic 'Amor Vincit,' though you don't have to read them since they intertwine at the end of their stories, though will have varying components full a fully arced plot.
